However, immediately after the technician tightened the spring and chain, he ran a few up/down cycles and the motor suddenly stopped functioning (a classic case of over-tightening failure - which will immediately destroy a motor, regardless of age). When we pointed out the suspicious timing, the technician and owner dismissed it as simply due to the motor's age - insisting it had nothing to do with their work - and refused to troubleshoot or repair it further. They still collected their original fee. Worse, the technician offered no solutions and casually mentioned that "this happens to him a lot" - where the motor is operational and then suddenly fails while he is on-site. As a result, we're now stuck with a garage door that operated well before their visit but no longer works at all. A truly frustrating and unprofessional "Elite" experience. Avoid at all costs.

I called the number and spoke with the owner Steve. Steve explained that they don't normally work on Saturdays but because we were in a bind, he would call one of his employees to see if he could do our brakes for us. Sure enough the employee came in and replaced all the brakes on our truck in a very short amount of time. We felt that we received excellent service and were treated very fairly with the price.
