Total rip-off. I understand when calling a locksmith your on your last resort.... In our case we had our daughter locking 2 bedroom doors and we had no keys to unlock them. The technician came, told us 225$ per door. I was able to " negotiate " 375$ for both doors. Plus the fix rate for the visit, plus tax. 455$ in and out in 30min. F*** me. At least the guy was nice and used good technics to unlock the doors. No damage, using air bags. So he get the star of my 1 star review. read more

Our business key broke in the lock at 10pm. We called Locksmith On Wheels and they came out within 20 minutes. Danny was so nice and professional. He was able to fix the issue quickly and I was so thankful that our business was able to be safe and locked up that evening. I had called another locksmith, and she said she couldn't be there until 8 AM the next morning. I appreciate this company coming quickly and late at night. read more

When I accidentally locked myself out of my home during a weekday evening, Locksmith On Wheels saved the day. Jessica instantly responded to my Yelp request and sent a technician, Nathan, who arrived at my home within an hour and was able to quickly resolve the issue. read more

Relatively fast service, GREAT repair!! Nice, friendly employee. I do recommend, especially if you have an emergency. However - I did have to wait a couple of days for service, however it was a weekend, so it was perfectly understandable! read more

I requested service to get a new Tesla model S key fob. They sent me a message via Yelp requesting to call me back at their number. I talked to some person named Jessica. I gave her all of my information and she said she would get back to me as she did not know if the request could be possible. Then they sent me a text, asking me specifically for my name, phone number, address, which I just talked to Jessica and had given her. Then I messaged them asking specifically to let me know if they can replace the key fob or not. Eventually a technician called me and said they could not help today and then when I asked him about replacing the key fob for the Tesla model S he said no we can't help with that anyway. So it was a waste of 20 to 30 minutes a messaging , phone calls, and just a complete waste of time read more

Great job! Came quickly and explained situation well. Nice guy, did good work. I highly recommend Ross.

Great service for changing locks on my newly purchased home! Quick and detailed. I only wish they had additional cores/locks to ensure all entry ways could use the same key. read more

Oren showed up on time and was very quick to program my key fobs for our 2011 Chevrolet Suburban which requires special scanning tools that only locksmith and dealers have. I already purchased the key fobs so the process took only about 15 minutes tops to complete. Very pleased with the service and pricing. Thanks for a great customer experience! read more

I was locked out of my house this morning because of a broken lock and was panicking trying to figure out what to do. I had a wonderful experience with this company, and the locksmith Ruben who came out to service the call. The front door lock was completely broken and was in need of an emergency fix after 1PM on a weekday. Not only did the company get me a rep to come fix that, they sent me an awesome locksmith! He came to my aide quickly, and even fixed my other lock issues (other doors needed replacement fixtures and needed to be rekeyed). He wrapped up the jobs super fast, and made sure I could work all the doors/locks before he left. Super knowledgeable and very professional. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a locksmith and locksmith company. Pricing was very fair read more

They arrived quickly, and the work was completed quickly. Don't know if another Locksmith would've been cheaper.

Great customer service! Got a quote immediately after sending a request. They came out right away and helped me outside in the rain. Very kind! read more

Locksmith on Wheels provided me excellent service on replacing the electronic key fob. I bought a replacement online (saved a lot of money), but needed it programmed. Their technician Michael, came to our house, and programmed my new unit and it worked without any hitches. He also made a new physical key. I also needed a follow-, due to my foul up and he came back and took care of it, and gave me a real deal on it. read more

Having moved to a new place, my family didn't realize that one of our locks didn't work with any of the keys we had received and we found ourselves locked out. As it got later into the evening with two young kids and unable to solve it ourselves, we had to quickly find a solution. Thankfully, Eden answered our call and came to our rescue within 20 minutes. She was very knowledgeable, quick, trustworthy, and understanding. A big thank you to her for having helped us out! A big thank you, Eden! I highly recommend her. read more

Unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket, I would not recommend Locksmith on Wheels. I needed a new deadbolt installed on a front door that didn't currently have one. I had the hardware already. They wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone, but since the reviews were generally good, I decided to call them out. What a mistake. The technician told me it was $150 for a regular installation, $400 for a fresh installation. I understood that to mean it would be $400 for the installation. Even $400 was double the other estimates I'd gotten and well above the high end of estimated costs I'd seen online, but I just wanted to get it done so I went forward with it. The work took under an hour. When he finished, he told me it would be $600. Even though the invoice said "fresh installation" for $400, not "prep work" or anything like that, he told me that was only for creating the holes in the door, and that didn't include installation of the deadbolt. He also added on a $49 service fee I had not been informed of. So all said and done, I was charged $600 for UNDER AN HOUR of labor, no parts involved. It was an absolute ripoff, and when I tried to explain that I had understood a cost of $400, the technician was incredibly rude and wouldn't leave my house without payment of the full $600. read more

Excellent guys. Very professional and reliable. They were prompt and punctual too. After the job was done there were no marks of the old lock and lever. I am very happy with their work. Attaching the pictures with the old and new lock. read more

I inquired about a quote to have a car key fob programmed. I liked the quoted price and made an appointment for that afternoon. We showed up, it took him about 5-7 minutes to program it and after paying him, we were in our way. Friendly, fast and efficient. I'd use them again. read more

Called them for a rekey. Came by in 45 minutes, did the job and was out in an hour. It was a rather complex job where the two locks were different. But then locksmith managed to create the same key for both locks. Price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend read more

The door between our house and garage was very difficult to open. The doorknob is the old style lock and key and had to be replaced and I did not want to have it re-keyed. I called Locksmith on Wheels. I was told the tech who would fix it would call me. He called a few minutes later, we discussed the problem, quoted me $150 and said he would be there in 2 hours. He arrived two hours later, fixed the locked, lubricated the other lock on the door, and charged me $150 as he said. Excellent service, a pleasant tech who showed me exactly what had broken. I highly recommend this company read more

Had a great experience with Locksmith on Wheels. Was looking for a last minute lock repair the same day and not holding out much hope. Then called Locksmith on Wheels and they connected me with someone arriving within 2 hours. Not only prompt they kept me updated of the locksmith's ETA, the price quote, and even when they needed to get supplies. Once arrived they worked with difficult access and offered me a discount to get the materials myself. Work was done well and quickly. Thank you! This was a tight operation!! read more

Sam from Red Rocks Locksmith was the Locksmith on Wheels representative that came to fix our lock. The lock was not broken, but the locking system was being affected by the striker plate and door hang. Sam knew exactly what to do, ground the striker plate a bit, and adjusted the door. read more

I was given a quote of $75 after sending pictures of the latch on the sliding door that was not catching. Of course it is never what you are quoted but I wasn't expecting to pay over double the price. Even after paying $170, the lock broke in less than 6 months. This is a crappy company, that does crappy work and steals your money. Stay away. read more

Service was good, but extremely overpriced. I told when I was making the appointment we are not in a rush and they could drop by when they have a technician in the area, yet they still charged emergency fee for the work they did. If your looking for a locksmith go here. Reasonable prices good attitude accidents happen they don't take advantage. I went for a broken key stuck in the ignition, one shop wanted to open and remove ignition switch to retrieve broken piece which would've cost over $200. Don't expect high quality from this company. They use cheap products/materials. Also, don't expect an experience locksmith. The locksmith that showed up looked like he came off the beach and just woke up. Waste of $$. read more

Quick response. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Work was well done in a timely manner.

I used locksmith on wheels in the past under the previous owner. Unfortunately it appears that the new owner is clearly unable to fill the shoes that they purchased. The lady answering calls is rude and impatient. At first I didn't realize that ownership changed. I later also discovered that they are no longer licensed or bonded as they claim which is a big red flag! I know I wouldn't want anyone with access to my keys. The majority of the good reviews here are before new ownership took over and I feel this is very misleading. Find a reputable locksmith that is actually lawfully licensed before you make a call. read more

Locked myself out if the house and reached out to locksmith on wheels to get my door opened and new keys done. I had a great experience few years ago, but this time it all just went downhill. I was waiting for my technician for 3 hours, even though they told me it will take 30-45 minutes.. once he finally showed up, he did not have the right tools, and ended up completely ruining my door. After I called the management to complain, I realized the company is under new management to and they suck. When I asked for a licence being disappointed with their work - turned out they didn't have one.. zero stars if I could - I am not calling them again. read more

New management is horrible and lacks customer service values. The new owner was literally yelling at me when I asked him why they only support their work and product for 30 days. BEWARE of this new owner, 30 days only is the warranty if it breaks you have to pay full price to get it repaired again. He tried to say my tenant was abusive to the lock using it every day. It's unfortunate Randy is gone, he had such a good business and customer service ethic. If you want a good locksmith try AM/PM lock smith they were reasonabley priced and guaranteed their product and work for 10 years. read more
