I called that same evening and he picked up right away, I FaceTimed him and showed him the issue with my lock. He was very knowledgeable and said he would come first thing in the morning. The next morning, Frank came promptly ( brought an extra specialized lock just in case) and he took the time to assess what was wrong. Frank was very honest with me and said the underlying issue was not the lock but the leveling of my door. He could easily have replaced the lock and charged me for that as well as his time to come to the house. Instead, he DIDNT charge me and said he didn't do anything ( although he did adjust my lock a bit to help me utilize the lock temporarily). Although he didn't actually change my locks and I didn't fully use his service, I will promote his services to anyone and everyone I know both verbally and through social media because he deserves ALL the business because of his knowledge, hard work and HONESTY. I rarely write reviews but this was a bad enough experience to write one for me. I would not…read morerecommend this business. $180 for a simple lock out of auto service and the technician was not able to unlock it... I had to personally pop the lock and I have no locksmith experience and I was able to do it in 2 minutes. $140 to simply put wd40 on my door lock to loosen it so it would work. I also wanted a remote and he had to ask for WiFi to watch a YouTube video how to do it. Still was unable to create a remote for the car. I had to haggle to get price down to $320 for basically nothing and a waste of my afternoon. This was a good $320 life lesson but other than that terrible service. Not to mention but he was 3 hours late on top of this.
