I had to find a locksmith to fix an issue I was having at my office. These guys are nearby and have…read moregood reviews so, I went for it. Scheduled and appointment for first thing in the morning and I was told I would be receiving a call beforehand letting me know they were on the way. Never got a call, and the guy was half an hour late. They told me that they had my written down at a different time and that the locksmith did call me... but no call. Anyway, the locksmith and who I assume to be an apprentice showed up and worked on the door. Showed me that the lock was now working and 90 dollars later, they had left. Not 5 minutes later, I went to check the door and it wouldn't even open... I called their store and told them what happened, the guys came back and dismantled the entire handle and told me it was broken and that they had to take it back to the shop and would call me later with a quote .........? I never received that call either, and later found out I was passed on to someone else because the first guy had another job. Half an hour later, another locksmith comes by and fixes the door in a matter of 20 minutes, explains clearly what the problem was, and now everything is working better than it has in months. He mentioned that the first guys said they didn't take the lock apart. My eyes told a different story. At first, disappointed and irritated, later relieved and happy. Thank you, second guy!

I'm sure you're familiar with the little rubbery things you can put on keys to distinguish them from other keys, yes? Well, this one looked like a LOLLIPOP! It was adorable so I impulsively purchased it. Worst. idea. ever. Flash forward to today - I get home from an afternoon of running around and as I'm about to unlock my front door I realize my lollipop-clad key has disappeared! I check my purse, my car, my yard - nothing. I call every establishment where I had stopped - nothing. After a few choice words directed at my no-longer-so-adorable, totally-crappily-made key holder I suck it up and call Advanced Lock Solutions. I was immediately impressed when the locksmith showed up at my house within 30 minutes (on a Sunday, no less) and diligently went to work trying to break in. Eventually we got into my house and he started examining my lock. Turns out, my lock wasn't that well constructed and neither was the key that was supposed to unlock it! Upon discovering this, he fixed my lock, rekeyed it and made me three brand new keys ALL FOR FREE. What a bargain! On top of it all, he could not have been nicer. I know I'll be calling them back should I ever get locked out of my house or need my locks rekeyed after dumping a crazy boyfriend (not that I'm speaking from experience there. I swear.). p.s. If you find my lollipop key please run it over with your car or something. I'm still bitter.

The technician then call my son he was on his way there but for the price of $80 + tax. When the technician arrived, he told my son the price would be $95+ tax or he wouldn't do it. My son had no choice since he trusted what John quoted $75+tax so we didn't call other companies and also he had waited for 25 minutes there. Integrity is the most important thing in business. John quoted a price of 75 plus tax, then told my child it was 80 plus tax, and when the technician arrived, he insisted on $95 or else he wouldn't do the job. That is a very bad way to do business!!

I called Yanis and he said he'd be there in 30 minutes, I believe he showed up a few minutes before that and in less than 15 minutes I had 3 new keys at a very reasonable price. My only issue is when I asked for a quote on the phone after explaining where I was and what I needed they gave me a range of $74 to $94 which was fine, I needed them and that was in line with the $95 the other place quoted. The receipt specified $74 for the unlock and $20 for the on site call. They knew it would be an onsite call and exactly where I was in advance before I asked for the quote so giving me the range knowing full well it would be the full $94 seems like they were trying to make it sound cheaper than they knew it would be. Now I know how the pricing works for any future needs. I would call again.
