Came here recently and honestly really enjoyed it. Little Mo feels like one of those neighborhood spots you're happy to have nearby, especially in Bushwick. The space is cozy and relaxed, nothing stuffy, and it was easy to just hang out and take my time. Ordered a few things to eat there and take home, and everything was solid -- flavorful, well cooked, and clearly freshly. Portions were a good size and the menu had enough variety without being overwhelming. Service was friendly and low-key, which I always appreciate. As a SEA it's bizarre they only have beef pho on weekends. I know it's harder to make but it's a pho place. I hate the idea of Vegan pho as an avid meat eater but there's is good. The broth was actually too flavorful. I ain't doing chicken noodle soup at a Viet place, I have Campbell's at home bruh. They should put the veggies on the side and not inside and where's the lime wedge? And sugar and S/P shakers? They need to slice the mush worms longways. This time they had a bunch of little caps. The mushrooms are supposed to be like meat slices so long bigger ones better obvi. The spring rolls are bomb! Best spring rolls you can get around Bushwick. Spensive at $10 though. I wish they had an option to order more noodles cause the soup bowl is very big. Wait did they lol? Didn't look and first time there. Man, I wish I took more photos of the food but everything was just so good we devoured it. I came here on a Friday night and what better way than to wind down with some pho. The highlights of the meal were the Mo Special, bulgogi banh mi, brussel sprouts and the chicken wings! The Mo Special is at the top of my list for pho. It was flavorful yet clean. I'm still dreaming about it, I only wish Little Mo was closer to me so I can order it whenever I want. The chicken wings were perfectly seasoned and crisp yet juicy. We also had an order of kimchi fries and that was bomb as well. Shout out to Leo, who took care of us all night. They also have a coffee shop next door.
