Really juicy and tender wings with a ton of flavor!

We popped in here for a quick bite and were blown away!! The fried chicken pieces themselves were huge, cooked perfectly and SO flavorful! We got the half hot half garlic and the hot had a real kick to it and was a unique delicious spice, and the garlic was really great too very garlicky and just perfect. Couldn't decide which we liked more! We also got the side of radish which was suggested by the person taking our order and it went perfectly with the spicy wings, went well with the garlic too but especially with the spicy. We will def be back! This place is just excellent! We also saw a chicken bowl someone else got and it was a huge portion of chicken - seems like a great deal and would make two meals!

I personally got the beef bibimbap, but I had a bite of the chicken and the flavor was phenomenal so will likely get the chibop next time. The bibimbap also came with a small side of kimchi, which I loved. Everything was a bit pricy but the portions and taste do make up for it. I will definitely be back to try other things in the menu :)

Come to Nara chicken for the best chicken sandwich of your life. Stumbled on this spot after pivoting from Lindustrie due to the line and am so grateful I did! Food takes 10-15 mins but they're frying up the chicken fresh. Sandwiches are MASSIVE! Highly recommend the Thai chicken sandwich. Flavorful with fresh and pickled veggies and the juiciest chicken.

First time and it's definitely a Korean fried chicken store that actually does it right. Got the Japchae and the Poppers. The chicken in the poppers were cooked perfectly and had a great crunch! The japchae had a a really good flavor and texture.

Nara Chicken & Korean Cuisine in Williamsburg is definitely a must-go spot if you are in the area or live nearby. After having visited them several times now I can say their food and drinks are very good. On my most recent stop there I had the Sweet & Spicy Chi-Bap with the Yuzu Lemonade drink. The meal was hot and very tasty. My drink was also flavorful and had a refreshing taste. Chris, who served me, was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I look forward to trying more items on their menu. One of the only downsides is that their seating area is very limited so be prepared to take your order to-go in case there's no room! read more

First off Chris was so nice and helpful over the phone. Huge plus as this was my first encounter with them. I was in the mood for wings and they have a variety. They have sweet & Spicy; garlic and spicy garlic; crispy etc. In addition to wings there are poppers, tenders and drums . Once I saw that they had spicy garlic I opted for that. Reminded me of Bon Chon. I got the 8 pcs wings (50/50) which is half garlic and half spicy garlic for $14.99 I was also intrigued by the kimchi bacon fried rice for $18.99 so I ordered that too. For a togo order the presentation was great. The wings have a branded tape band going across. The rice had a nice egg on top and in a big resuable container. No issues with the portion size. You'll definitely have leftovers. Overall I loved the wings. The spice was just right. Definitely a filling meal even if just 4 wings. The kimichi fried rice was plentiful but I feel like it had way more kimchi than bacon. I'd rather a balance of both or more bacon. I'd visit again. This was the perfect afternoon snack ! I enjoyed all the things I ordered and that garlic fried chicken smelled so good I couldn't even wait to get home to eat it (opened it in the car) It was delicious ! That spicy garlic chicken was good too but very spicy ! The kimchi bacon fried rice was good and I also ordered a strawberry lemonade (so refreshing) It seemed like a mom and pop shop, the woman was veryyyy sweet. Its not a place to sit and eat tho . We finally found the best Korean restaurant here in BKLYN! It's a tiny spot with just four counter seats, but wow, the food is absolutely incredible. We had the Beef Bibimbap, Grilled Chicken Chi-Bap, and Garlic Fried Chicken drumsticks (not spicy ones) and every single dish was perfect. Sure, it took a little while, but that's because everything was clearly cooked with care and proper technique. The fried chicken was juicy, slightly sweet, with just the right kick of garlic, we literally couldn't stop eating it. The bibimbap was loaded with perfectly seasoned veggies, a soft runny fried egg, and tender beef. Everything balanced so well. Even though it was a big portion, I finished it all without even realizing it! The Grilled Chicken Chi-Bap was another hit, the chicken was so flavorful and juicy that it completely changed how I think about chicken. Even the sides, the kimchi and pickled radish were authentic and surprisingly good. Honestly, I used to think my late grandma's Korean food was unbeatable, but... sorry Grandma I might've found a chef who can top it. It's a bit of a drive from where we live, but we're already talking about when to go back. Huge portions, amazing flavor, zero complaints. Thank you for such a wonderful meal! read more

Everything me and my GF (South Korean) order from here is great. But the standout is definitely the chicken! Just get the chicken, maybe a few sides, but mainly the chicken! I was in Williamsburg today and I was starving. I was craving Korean chicken and I found Nara chicken and OMG the best Korean chicken I've ever had. 10/10. First, I got the half/half chicken wings and they were so crispy while being juicy on the inside. I also got the lemonade which was super refreshing esp on a 90+ degree day like today. As a Korean American that's had trouble finding good Korean food in North Brooklyn, Nara is it. Even though they specialize in chicken, they have the neighborhood's best, most authentic Korean food. I am a big fan of the soft tofu stew and love their kimchi side dish (good kimchi is a big indicator of how good a Korean restaurant is for me). read more

I've ate here multiple times in the past and normally had great experiences. The food is quite pricey, but it was made well. I recently went and ordered a dish for take out, and they didn't include the needed sauce for the dish or the side that comes with it. When I called hoping for a discount or something, I was told they "forgot" and would "try" to remember it in the future. So I essentially wasted $25 on the meal. Very frustrating experience given I can no longer trust the food I order here. Unfortunately, will likely not eat here again in the future and can't recommend it to others anymore. read more

To start, we shared the Yache pajun (vegetable scallion pancakes) and the Dukboki fundido (a Mexican inspired spicy, hot, cheesy dip with my favorite chewy Korean rice cakes inside). The scallion pancakes were delicious and had much more texture than once I have tried in the past, paired with a perfect vinegary sauce you can spoon on top. We all loved the dip and it was the perfect amount of spicy and comforting chewiness. I then was recommended a white wine to pair with the appetizer I chose as my entree, the Yeoneo. Each slice of salmon was incredibly fresh, and they were very generous with the amount of row that was served as well. The greens and avocado slices were great as well to add more texture. My boyfriend then ordered a yummy beer and the Daegu jorim. We absolutely adored this dish and noted that the cod had perfect structure to it, that almost mimic that of the deliciously cooked radishes in this dish. His mother ordered the ultimate comfort dish of the night, the Kalbi jjim (with no jalapeños). We were in awe at how the meat fell apart due to how tender it was. If you like melt in your mouth beef and stew like dishes, this is the dish for you. Our food was served with some banchan: amazing kimchi, myeolchi bokkeum (dried anchovies, much more mild than you'd expect), and kongjang (soy beans, also mild and with more chew than a typical edamame you might expect). We absolutely loved our dinner here and how helpful and kind the weight staff was, explaining different dishes and flavors, and clearing and switching out our plates at every turn.

The individuals I support are on limited incomes and cannot afford meals from establishments such as yours, so they bring their own lunches while staff members purchase food and beverages from your business. A manager approached us and informed us that outside food was not permitted, even though purchases had been made. We were then asked to leave and eat outside in the hot weather. I understand that businesses have policies regarding outside food, and I respect the need to enforce them. However, I believe this situation could have been handled with greater compassion and understanding, given that the group consisted of individuals with disabilities who rely on packed lunches due to financial limitations. As someone who has consistently supported your establishment, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy shown. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be bringing my business or the individuals I support to your establishment. I hope this feedback encourages your management team to consider a more accommodating approach when serving members of the disability community in the future.
