I don't expect much when going to Little Caesar's... but I expect fresher food than I received. I expect better service than I received. I walked in (the door alarm that is louder than shit) went off... everyone was in the back which I could see standing at the front desk... all on their phones. One guy (assuming the owner) came out talking on his phone meanwhile I'm still standing there patiently. He looked at me a few times before acknowledging that I was waiting... he finally got someone to come out and help me who threw her backpack down with such an absurd amount of attitude, out of uniform and clearly in a rush. She rang me up multiple different pizzas I didn't want before I stopped and asked her what she had rang in... she then acted as if it was an "accident" and fixed it. Now for the food, I live 4 minutes down the road... I came home opened the box of pizza and it was cold, the cheese and crust were hard as a rock. Oh and it wasn't the right pizza lmao. Usually go to the Hayden Little Caesar's and love it. Tried the Post Falls location tonight because it was on the way home. They forgot my crazy sauce and my other dipping sauces... not a big deal because I caught it. However when I got home my crazy bread sticks were tiny shriveled up half Cooked dough sticks. On top of the there was people waiting to order while one of the young girls was in the lobby area hugging and hanging out with her boyfriend which got pizza before me. I had to wait over 20 min for my order. But this was Horrible customer service! I mean horrible! Took us knocking on the front counter and saying "Hello?..." before anyone came to greet us. Was told it would take 25 min to make the lunch size deep dish! Inflated prices! Over $7 for a basic $5 pepperoni pizza! The stuffed bread sticks I got were missing the marinara sauce. When I asked for it, I was given attitude and told "most people don't want it". I Got the eye roll when I asked for the receipt. When I went to eat the stuffed breadsticks 2 of the 3 of them were smashed flat and the marinara that I worked so hard to get was ice cold. If there were a way to give this place zero stars I would! I have never left a review in my life, but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. I called 6 times before somebody would pick up, and when I did the girl sounded extremely stoned to the point where I could barely understand her. She showed no amount of pep or interest in being there, gave so much attitude and then when I was done giving my order she didn't even ask if there was anything else she asked for my name and as soon as i gave it she hung up. When I called to speak to a manager I explained what happened and all he said was "oh I'm sorry". I said "that's it nothing else" "yeah lady I don't really know what else you want to hear". When I asked for a different manager, he stated that there wasn't one. When I asked for the owner or a way to contact he said that there isn't one. Are you serious? I'm pretty sure the owner of the store would like to know about all of these terrible reviews that all of these little teenagers that don't give a shit about their job or about this company, would like to know that every single worker that he has doesn't give a shit about this company or how his staff are treating his customers. So if anybody knows a way that I can contact the owner of the Post Falls Little Caesars, please let me know. Or if you're reading this right now, please give me a way to contact you. As you can see there are plenty of people with nothing but terrible things to say about your staff members. You should be looking into finding new ones. The customer service has improved immensely, I watched a young girl take excellent care of both the customers and employees. Please disregard the last review. The man who ordered it was very rude to everyone who worked there and those of us in the lobby. She was out there for a very brief moment, watched her ask, clock off, and everything. And when it got busy she got right I'm there to help. I don't believe she was unprofessional at all. Had a towel and was cleaning up the water that customers had brought in. I have been getting pizza here for months, the store has completely changed and has gotten better in many different categories. I do not know if the people who work/own the store check these reviews. But that guy is just a jerk! Nobody deserves to get fired. Especially since she was looking out for the customers! She is a very nice girl and has personally carried pizzas for me and helped with big orders. She also gets to know the customers and can call some out by name. The boy that was in the lobby ordered way earlier than everyone else and waited until everyone else got their food, as well as opened the door for the people walking out. When you call an order in to this store, the people answer the phone HELLO. They don't even identify themselves as Little Caesers. It is usually a female that answers. They sound sleepy or on drugs. I'm not exaggerating. There is no Thank You after you order. They just hang up. The manager needs to get ahold of his workers, if there is a manager. I think the store is going under. Why do we go there? That's a good question. I guess because it's close to our home. For the money the pizza is ok but nothing to write home about.
