Sat down to have a pizza since mother-in-law wanted pizza. Ordered our pizza and she and my husband had water and I had a soda. Upon my husband paying the bill, he found out that soda cost $7. Ridiculous! Prices on on-line menu says $2.99 for a 20 oz bottle for take out, why would a cup in the restaurant be $7.00. Husband didn't tell me about this until after we left the restaurant. So could see what they had on menu that we looked at to dispute the charge. So be forewarned, don't order any soda. You could pay $7.00 for it! read more

While Pizza Hut is not considered top tier, it does have a specific texture and taste that has drawn me in since I was a kid, and nobody matches it. For this visit, my wife and I arrived and was seated with only 1 other person in the seating area, on the opposite side of the room. After receiving our drinks, we ordered bread sticks as an appetizer while trying to determine what else we wanted. Almost immediately we noticed a middle aged woman, raising her voice, seemingly firmly reprimanding a child hidden by the booth. She continued to grow louder, even cursing where being on the other side of the dining area still heard her very clearly. It grew to yelling that did not stop, so I got up to talk to the manager. She dropped the F-bomb many times, again seemingly in an argument, but clearly per content, tone and language was not a child, and could have been someone on the phone. She yelled about "not going to the F bomb hotel again", "her, nor her family getting a size 6 dress because they were excused from the size", "you are not going to bone me", and much more endless agitated speaking with xxx content. Again, it grew to yelling, almost as though it would turn violent at any point. So as I explain what is going on to the manager who can clearly hear her tirade as we are talking, tells me, "yes, she is an interesting customer". So I asked if she had been here before and he stated, "yes, she is a regular customer". I asked if she always like this, and he stated "yes". At that point my wife joined us as she said she did not want to sit any longer for fear this woman would turn to her and even become physical. So he finally asked if we wanted him to talk to her. Since I believed if anything it would make it worse for us, we told him at this point we are just looking to leave, but already received our drinks so did not want to walk out. He stated he would not charge for them and let us go. Once in my car I realized I left my glasses in the booth, so I came back in to grab them. As I did, I noticed the manager I just spoke with walking to the woman with a new drink in hand, put it down and did not say a word. This astonished me as he chose to let a customer leave who wanted to have a nice quiet dine out experience; and was not going to speak with what clearly was an unstable woman that likely impacted other customers as well since she was an " interesting regular customer". In that regard, the choice was made to keep a woman that as hard as you try cannot be ignored and cost this franchise customers, including me. It saddens me that executive leadership continues to make choices that is likely the reason for such a massive failure for the franchise closing many across the USA, for example 2 of 3 in the CDA area. Their policies changed after COVID, where they are no longer offer full service, for example where you could order an appetizer before the pizza comes out, but instead will only allow you to order all food at once, and even when you as for the appetizer first, tell you they are not allowed to do that. Just like any restaurant, I want to eat the appetizer first, then receive a fresh/hot main dish once you've had time to eat the appetizer. For a while, they would also serve the pizza in a box, rather than a dish, silverware, etc. Given PH has been successful for so long, you tend to wonder if COVID hit them so hard they could not recover. At the same time, the mentality of closing, or highly restricting dining rooms hit hard because many chains offer delivery, where dining was a big part of PH operations. It was not that COVID changed peoples mentality to eating out, but PH never attempted to reinstate operations likely because ROI was not considered, they failed to limit the number of locations in markets where there were multiple franchises to absorb the hit, and they just looked at the current P&L vs. looking forward to re-establish a successful model where more than a few seats are filled. Even in the 2010s you would see 3/4 or more seats filled during peak, and maybe 1/3 non peak. But now, you often have it to yourself and policy change along with other leadership decisions I believe are a huge part of that. At this point I was hoping their prior business model would return, but it is pretty clear it is gone, as is trying to retain or draw customers back. Interesting because when I told the manager we did order breadsticks, so I was unsure if they already through them in, the waitress indicated she was waiting until we placed the pizza order, so still no change. This final example of an " interesting returning customer" allowed to act in a manner that 99% of other customers would walk out on truly does afford a positive attempt at reclaiming what was a family environment, I do believe it was my last straw. Giving them time to right the ship even after so long still shows leadership has a failing mentality and I do believe it was my last attempt. Sad. read more

We have been going to this Pizza Hut once a week for sometime.. Grand kid loves Pizza. Service has been slipping for sometime. Last night May 15, 2025 will be our last visit..My daughter asked if they had Blue Moon Beer as sometimes they don't..The server shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know. There was 3 "I don't know " and my daughter ordered water. There were 4 of us there and the bill said we ordered 5 drinks. The whole service and lackadaisical attitude shows this Pizza Hut won't last. Too bad. read more

The service has gone way down hill recently. There used to be an amazing server in the evening. But staff said she had to quit. It's sad and we will be choosing Domino's from now on. Managers are always condensending customers and the kitchen stinks like people are back there smoking pot. And the salad bar standards have gotten horrible recently too. Stay clear of this place. Domino's or Papa John's has much better and cheaper food. read more

Liked this location a lot. Came in for a carry out order and was impressed by how clean the restaurant was. I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be ready and I liked how the employees and manager were efficient and getting their orders completed versus shooting the breeze and talking about their daily gossip like some other places. Placed an online order for a medium 2 topping pizza and garlic bites. Placed my order at 5pm. Got a tracker update at 5:10 saying it was in prep and estimated time was 25-35 min. Called the store at 5:45 asking if the app tracker was down cause my order had been in prep for 35 min. Was told that they were busy (which is understandable for a Saturday night) and that my order was still in prep hadn't been started yet and would be another 35-45 min. I'm only writing this review and it's the first yelp review I've ever done but having worked at dominos as an insider (someone who makes the pizzas and preps them for delivery) I can tell you being busy is not an excuse for this long of a delay. Weekends are definitely a busy time but I can tell you from experience we never had a carry out order take more the 15 min over the time we estimated and when they did go over the estimated time we made sure to compi sate the customer accordingly. I wad told that if I wanted to cancel my order they could. That would be great if it was earlier in the day but my dinner plans where made with good faith that your estimated time was not an actual deadline but more ball park figure. I didn't realize that's I was an actual ball park figure as it's either a 1 foot hit or a 400ft home run. As a former employee of dominos this is really disappointing. I'm almost tempted to apply there and give some pointers on how things could be better for the customers read more

I'd definitely rate this Pizza Hut 5 stars! We ordered 2 large pizzas, both pan, 1 cheese and pepperoni and 1 supreme. The cost for both was $37.00 and some change. I thought the price was very high for 2 pizzas. The supreme was $19.99, plus a $2.00 charge for pan. When I returned home...the supreme pizza had barely any toppings at all. We were all disappointed. So I called and spoke with Chris. He was very courteous and didn't question my complaint, which is sooo rare these days. He gave me a $20 credit. I used the credit the following Friday. Angela, was also very courteous. She took my order and was not rude about it at all. The 2 pizzas we ordered had sooo many toppings and were made to our order. They were very yummy. Older lady with purple or blue streaks in her hair, I assume in some position of authority was very rude. We WILL NEVER return to this location as long as she works there. She bullied certain younger employees and abused authority when they would ask her about scheduling. I was in disbelief. I know someone who works higher up with the Pizza Hut corporations and will make sure to bring this to their attention. Just wow! Completely unprofessional. She was bringing out food for her buddies/certain coworkers, and maybe a boyfriend, and sitting and watching the game, burping really loud, and using cuss words loudly! Just filling this out slowly as my visit progresses. Ordered Hawaiian box with cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks and 2 salad bars. It's 7:30 PM on a Sunday. Salad bar hasn't been refreshed in HOURS. The lettuce is literally soft, the eggs are warm, and the Ranch is gone. Out of only 3 occupied tables, all the rest were cleaned off but not wiped so finding one clean enough to sit at took a minute. Waitress is nice and went through and wiped all the tables once i informed her of the issue. There was alot of guys standing around in the kitchen. The waitress(glasses and purple hair) seemed to be working very hard without anyone helping her and remained patient and calm regardless of how forthcoming i was. She gets 5 stars in my book. Food quality gets 2 stars and restaurant cleanliness gets 1 star. read more

I recommend the Coeur d'Alene Pizza Hut... In the past, when ordering from this specific location, they had over loaded my pizza with an ocean of red sauce. Today, I ordered my usual pizza for delivery, and the food arrived in a timely manner; however, the crust on this specific pizza was incorrect. I called to report the error, and the woman on the other end of the phone, had the audacity to tell me that I had TOLD them "Hand Tossed" (How would she even know one way or the other? She wasn't the employee that took my order). I wish they could have gotten my order on a recording, because for the YEARS I have ordered from Pizza Hut, I have always made a point to order Pan Crust.
