I've been here twice, the last time, I came right before closing. The women working were helpful and didn't seem agitated I came in so late, and I often judge eateries based off of how hospitable they are during lunch rush, or right before closing. This LCP just opened up about 3 weeks ago. The first time we went, it was busy but the transition of getting our food was smooth. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Food was honestly..not bad. I was surprised at how good it was. This past Sunday, we went again because hey..who can refuse decently good cheap food? We walk up and there was a GANG of people inside. It was our fault that we stayed.. We asked the cashier how long it would be and she said 15-25 minutes. Sometimes they tend to exaggerate their times, so I assumed it would be quicker than that. Also, the wait of people started to disappear little by little. We were hopeful. Both times we ordered the deep dish pepperoni & their Italian Cheese Bread. BOMB. Well..10-20-30 minutes go by already. People who ordered after us got their food like 5 minutes later. Now I was starting to get pissed. A dude before us got his pizza, but they gave him the wrong order and it wasn't the deep dish that he asked for..so now we knew he had to get his first in order to get ours. Literally, we were there for almost an hour. About 48 minutes. WHAT. THE. FUCK. Not hot and ready AT ALL!! Finally when they called my name...whattayaknow, they gave us the wrong pizza. -___- You think we really waited almost an hour for a regular pepperoni pizza that you gave to others after us? ordered on the app at 8:40pm for a pick up at 9:30pm. upon arrival at 9:40pm i see approximately 11 people outside. all 11 people also waiting for their pickup orders and the staff had apparently locked them out to wait in the cold. some costumers had been waiting till 6:30pm for their orders. currently everyone still waiting outside at 10:04pm. they definitely need to work on their costumer service and time management since no one's orders were ready. first time at this location and definitely the last. read more

Zero stars if I could but I can't. This place charged me twice for my order but ironically their system shows only charging me once. They refuse to refund or credit me for over a month now. Submitted claim with bank but was denied because little Cesar's claimed the money and said I purchased pizza. So my bank can't do anything and this restaurant WONT do anything. Apparently half the people leaving reviews on here came into an establishment that sells $5 pizzas expecting the type of accommodations and customer service of a place serving $50 salads. I've eaten here a few times. The Little Caesars pizza here tastes pretty much the same as the one off Rosemead. Which I'm assuming tastes pretty much the same as the one just about anywhere else. They're $5 pizzas and every time I've arrived they've had a few ready to go. I haven't run into the supposedly rude customer service staff that others here have. All I can say is manage your expectations: it's Little Caesars. If you're coming here expecting rich, complex flavors and genuine Italiano-style pizza then you're doing it wrong. If you're coming here during the peak of dinner time not expecting to find a dozen other people who are also there during the peak of dinner time then you're doing it wrong. If you're expecting the kids behind the counter that are probably earning minimum wage to go above and beyond the call of feigned pleasantness because you're a paying customer, then you're doing it wrong. AWFUL SERVICE, EMPLOYEES & PIZZA!! Do not purchase pizza from this location, the employees that work here are beyond rude and lazy. I ordered two freshly made pizza's w/ extra cheese. When I went to pick them up, they gave me the pizzas they already had sitting there. They were super hard, dry and cold. And what did they do about the extra cheese we ordered? They slightly sprinkled some on top to make it seem it was freshly made. So happy to have a location in Pasadena! It was pretty busy but the girl working was sweet and very efficient. She was even apologetic about the (3 minute) wait time. Get the lemon pepper wings! My only complaint was not much of a soda selection but 7eleven is in the same parking lot so no big deal. I am actually a pretty big fan of Little Caesars pizza, probably because I am from the Detroit area and it is Detroit style pizza. I usually will get hot and ready because it is quick and easy, and I don't expect them to be perfect.
