I placed an order online for one Slices-N-Stix pizza - half pepperoni pizza, half italian cheese sticks, and a side of crazy sauce (tomato dipping sauce). The order was ready on time (about 15 minutes). I like that you can track your order online. I also liked their pizza portal where you pick up pizza - pretty cool. The pizza was good and tasty. I ordered a cheese stuff crust pizza yesterday, picked up at 5pm but when I got home the pizza was wrong with regular crust. I had to call 5x times before someone picked up the phone at the Pasadena location when I finally spoke to Jeremiah he said that I could go in with my name and asked that I return the pizza. I called ahead at 8:50 and spoke to someone who I can only assume is the night shift Supervisor who said that my pizza would be ready in 12 minutes. I arrived and after my pizza was given to me my instincts had me check the box to find that the pizza that was asked to be remade was wrong again.
