Very loud atmosphere at night, could barely hear anyone talking once the dj started. Food took forever to arrive so everyone ate at separate times unfortunately. There was no drink menu at the time as they were revamping it & they didn't provide any options so we just had to wing it. It was a very interesting experience. Splitting the check was an ordeal so I wouldn't recommend doing that, do zelle split pay or something because we waiting an extra hour trying to get it corrected. It was a very busy night and they had an event the same night so it was very chaotic.

Food overall was pretty good - service was lacking. I do believe we ended up going on a day when they were really short staffed. Food did take time to come out, but it was also cold when it was coming out. Our server seemed to forget about us and we had to ask for her multiple times. The short rib tagliatelle, garlic noodles, and mushroom risotto were the dishes I really liked. The Philly cheesesteak dumplings were ok, nothing special. They have good drinks, but the dessert we had was not good. The cake was dry and falling part. Fun, loud, ambience. They have a DJ that played a lot of house music until about 10pm and then another DC came on who started playing better music. They have a dance floor but it was pretty empty.

Lit Kitchen.... So a few of my girlfriends and I went here for dinner on a Friday night. This was my first time in this establishment, and I thought that it was a nice place to hang out and the vibe was nice as well. Of course I feel like the food was overrated. I didn't really care for my food nor it really wasn't anything on the menu that I wanted. This would be a great place if you're having a date night or girls night. Again the atmosphere is very nice, the DJ was cool the ambience was great. I just feel like the food lacked and I like to eat so I'm big on food.

The waitress wouldn't serve 2 of the guests food or drinks because they arrived a hour after everyone else. She said they could order at the bar away from the birthday party they were attending. We were forced to leave our table after only being seated for a hour and half. There was never a line at the door to get into this place so I don't know why we were being rushed out. It was at less than 50% capacity. They charged us for "open food" that we NEVER ordered for the seats of the guests that never showed up. Also a 20% gratuity charge for 5 people is ridiculous considering 1 couple only orderd 1 drink a piece and shared an appetizer. The place had an old building smell & the restrooms weren't clean. The food was subpar, my burger was okay but my friend didn't even eat his poke bowl because the salmon was completely raw with no sear to it.

Would NOT recommend! There's a bad smell as soon as you walk in. Food was gross. Drinks were inconsistently made. Selfie booth wasn't even up like they advertised on Tik tok. Oh and a million and one different taxes on the bill.

Downtown Princess & Get Litty

Let me start by saying they REALLY put ALOT of work into this place. It is absolutely beautiful and it is a whole vibe. The decor is amazing, they have a photo booth area where you can text yourself the pictures, it doubles as a restaurant/club. There are tvs everywhere, the service & engagement with customers is outstanding! Downtown princess was my favorite drink! (For the ones who love sweet drinks) Get Litty & Get Kinky were pretty tasty as well. Chicken parm lollipops were okay & that doesn't mean much from me because I'm not crazy about mozzarella sticks and it seems to be a take on that with chicken in it. Chicken Diablo was pretty good, & the scallop fried rice was decent, and the garlic noodles were bomb!! Prices aren't listed anywhere, so here is a break down of our ticket... Get Litty x 2 $40 Chicken Parm Lollipops $17 Downtown Princess x 2 $36 Chicken Diablo $27 Scallop Fried Rice $27 Green Tea Shot x 2 $24 Get Kinky x 2 $40 Side of Garlic Noodles $9 Total $245.85 (with taxes & service fees) All in all and being transparent I'd definitely return but for drinks & to experience their nightlife scene. I can't get over how freaking cute this place is. Drinks are some of the highest I've seen in Dallas even in comparison to Perry's & Monarch. But you know what they say it ain't tricking if you got it lol...

This place isn't upscale as advertised. If you set your expectations knowing that you'll have a better experience than I did. "Dress code strictly enforced" simply means no hats, until you get seated. I'm going to assume my server was brand new...while ordering wine she requested that I show her on the menu after I said it aloud twice. She requested the same thing while ordering food then when I inquired about a dessert menu she wasn't sure if there was one. My first pour of wine was in a glass with a smudge on the outside. Not a big enough deal to send back but I asked the server to get me a new glass for my second pour of wine. She returned with the carafe and tried to pour into the same smudged glass. When I reminded her I'd asked for a new glass she came back with the wine poured in a new but dirty glass (food particles and smudges this time). On the second try the manager brought over ANOTHER dirty glass (had smudges and was sticky on the foot of the glass). An "upscale" restaurant should invest in a glass polishing machine or a better dishwasher. Had the Salmon & Ahi Poke Bowl, nothing to write home about. My date had the Shaking Beef Tips and said the spicy sauce had an odd flavor/after taste. The California Roll was good, can't really mess that up though. The best part of my time at Lit was the live band. Will definitely check out Polo The Vibe and the band anywhere else they're performing.

I've had this reservation for a few months because my girls and I were so busy with travel and life. WELL worth the wait!! Valet parking right outside the building was incredible. Service by Bri and McKenzie has been phenomenal! Cannot wait to come back with my whole girl gang! The food has exceeded expectations. Drinks have truly elevated the experience. Saw this place on Dallas Love List and so happy I did. My girls and I are having a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I saw this place on TikTok and HAD to visit! It's everything and more! I ordered the dumplings as an appetizer, the risotto as my entree and the red velvet cake as dessert. ALL were delicious!! Oh...the Khaleesi drink is off the chain! I informed Jason, one of the managers, that everything was outstanding! I would DEFINITELY return!

I loved my experience here. The band, the sound system, beautiful place & atmosphere. The bartenders could pay attention to new coming at the bar better and wipe the counters down. Once i did receive drinks they were great. Nice and strong.

Now under new management and recently reopening, Lit Lounge is gearing up to be a major player for Dallas Nightlife and entertainment. Complete with a late night kitchen while still keeping its club like atmosphere, if you're looking for a location you can spend your entire evening at - here it is! The main bar has a wide breadth of hand crafted cocktails and friendly staff who come across more as friends welcoming you home, as opposed to bar tenders focused on volume over quality. I was very pleased with how attentive they were. Additionally, if you're looking for a trendy spot to snag some unique shots for Insta, you'll definitely wanna hit them up. From a newly remodeled instagram famous space in the front of the lounge to the smoke filled bubbles in the dance floor, you can expect some quality shots to go along with a great time. Definitely looking forward to seeing how this venue progresses and will most certainly be back soon!

The hotel property is like four legs under the table - a great location, a great hotel experience, a great restaurant experience, and a entertainment experience (The Mansion Bar). At least one leg has been kicked out, one is suffering. The Mansion Bar used to have a great recipe for success - proven by how busy and regular the customers were and loyal (or was), and the top tier talent that was routine for 10+ years. Me and my friends have a relationship with the long time staff as customers as well as the excellent music talent. The cause? Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving. I'm hoping whomever is making these decisions can revert back to what was working. Dallas has a lot of great venues that will fill this void.

A must try! A little sweet and less bitter. Ruel, the fabulous mixologist, does drinks right! My drink tasted like a NOT overly sweet cocktail, fruity and slightly bubbly. My kind of superb cocktail! The munchies they offer you are toasted Texas Pecans, and Corn Nuts! Delicious to the core! Thanks to our bartender, Ruel! I assume EVERYTHING on their cocktail Bible is a hit, just mine was. Pricey, yes. I had 2, and they were worth it! This effortlessly chic bar, located inside the Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel, is a real hit with guests, tourists, and locals! Excellent service! A must stop! And it's really busy during happy hour and peak hours! You'll thank me later..... Cheers, Yelpers!

The service was excellent, and our server gave us some great recommendations throughout the evening. We tried the I Dream of Kiwi, Only Fans, and the Soft Serve Margarita. The first two were refreshing, fruity, and packed with flavor, while the Soft Serve Margarita was a fun twist on a classic. For food, we had the Caesar salad, beef cheek tacos, and the Apothecary Burger with the truffle fries upgrade. The Caesar was a little too heavy on the dressing for my taste, making it quite fishy, so I'd recommend asking for the dressing on the side or going light on it. The burger with truffle fries was easily a 9/10, and the beef cheek tacos were just as good--tender, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. One of the best parts is the happy hour offered every day until 6:30 PM, with all "Over the Counter" cocktails for $12 and 50% off food. It's one of the better happy hour deals in Dallas, especially considering the quality of the food, drinks, and overall experience. We'll definitely be back.

The…read moreexterior is very concealed and really leans into the speakeasy vibe, which made arriving feel a bit more exciting. When we walked in, the hostesses greeted us and seated us at the table we had reserved in the Leopard Room. Initially, we were placed at a small half table along the wall. We asked if it was possible to move, and they happily accommodated us. That particular table felt a bit awkward for conversation since you can barely face the person across from you. It might work better for someone sitting alone and people watching rather than having a full conversation. Service throughout the night was great. The staff checked in regularly without being intrusive and made sure we always had what we needed. For drinks, I would say they were just okay. They were not bad, but they also were not particularly memorable. Given the speakeasy concept, I expected a bit more creativity in both flavor and presentation. We ordered the Melting Clock Elixir, Persistence of Berries, Cotton Candy Cloud, and the Surrealist 75. As the night went on, the space became much more crowded and louder once the DJ started playing. If you are hoping to have a relaxed conversation and catch up with friends, this might not be the best spot later in the evening. From what I saw, the Library Room seems to have a nicer atmosphere for that. The Leopard Room leans more toward a lounge or club-like environment as the night progresses.
