Theea and Jenny are terrific, and when they realized I had somewhere to be (we got started late!) they tag-teamed and each manicured one hand to get it done perfectly and attentively in record time. Very poor experience. My daughter and I went for pedicures today. Both nail technicians were very…read morerough. My daughter and myself were both cut. Every part of the pedicure was rough and nothing was enjoyable. My nail tech continued to dig her nail into my toe while she painted them, even when I flinched and she asks if it hurt, and I said yes. She continued to tightly hold my toes with her nail digging in, so I just gave up. My daughter was rushed out of chair before toenails were dry and both big toes were completely messed up. We didn't even want to go back in to have them fixed because the experience had already been so terrible. I got gel polish on my toes and this is by far the worst my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. There is polish all over my skin. This salon needs a major cleaning. It was very dirty and cluttered inside.

No cuticle attention at all, no lotion, no hand massage. $20.00 charge for filing and painting my nails. When I asked about it, they said they would knock off 5.00 and explained they were busy. He was also very rude and wouldn't talk to me. On top of all of that look at the shape and around my nails... The guy doing it was very sweet and thorough. I had an appointment for both SNS and pedicure. No one started on my hands for 40 min. There was one other customer in there with 4 employees just sitting on their phone. One of them only came by to soak my nails after I said something. Left my hands in acetone for over 20 min, soaked them again and then finally who I believe is the new owner, came and started rushing my manicure. Very aggressively might I add. My fingers are bleeding from it and now they burn. My sns is so poorly done l. It looks like they poured cement on my fingernails. I was there for two hours. I also want to mention that I did tell them over the phone that I wanted my hands and feet to be done at the same time. Only thing good about this place is the pedicure guy. They charged extra for things at the end. Typical bad nail salon.
