So disappointed with how the service has declined in this establishment over the past few years . You had an amazing staff pre covid and after it has been nothing but a disappointment. We were regular customers, the servers and hostess knew my family . Now you have extremely rude and short waitresses who bark at customers and are far from what Lins was . The food is what keeps your business alive and that to me has even changed. If you are reading this to decide whether to eat at Lin's or choose elsewhere if service is important , I would choose another establishment. Ordered dinner Honey Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice and Pot Stickers to go inside the restaurant. The restaurant practiced COVID restrictions, so no dining in at the time. They have a good set up for carry out orders. Love their chicken fried rice and pot stickers. We also got a tasty egg roll and chicken wing with the meal. Sometimes they will add extra goodies to my orders and that is just icing on the cake when it comes to their service. I would really recommend this place to give at least a try and you will not be disappointed. Ordering was easy, food was hot and tasted pretty good. You get a breaded fried wing with lunch/dinner orders that makes you wish ordered fried wings. Food came out quick, in a bag, and with everything you needed to enjoy immediately. I cannot say enough about how amazing this cute little restaurant is. Stop in and get ready to unbutton your pants by the time you finish your feast. As this place is located in a shopping plaza so the parking is free and shared in front of their restaurant. The staff is incredible and the food is even better. Pad Thai was noodles, strange sweet sauce, bean sprouts, peanuts. The sauce was way off and too sweet. Lacking. No pickled radish, no umami, no fish sauce aroma. Pad see ew was ok, but lacking in character. Egg rolls were on the small side, 60% wrapper 40% veggies. Wings were plain and cooked perfectly. Soup was decent, and a great value as a $ .50 add on. Location is good, employees friendly, food is good. Tried this place for the first time today and overall it was enjoyable. Lin's only does carry out at the moment so the dining area is blocked off entirely. I tried the chicken lo mein and Mongolian beef which seem to be their most popular items. The lo mein was piping hot and well flavored and the beef was tasty and well cooked but the sauce was a bit much for me. It's a bit too sweet and there's so much of it, it pools at the very bottom. But if you like a subtle sweet flavor on your meat then the Mongolian is for you. The prices are reasonable and parking is plenty and easy. I'll be back to try other items or get more lo mein. read more

I've tried this place twice, dined in and takeout. Chinese menu the 1st time 2 years ago. Wife and I got a beef dish kids had chicken fried rice.. It could be a lack of MSG but I felt overall it was bland and unimpressive. I had no desire to return. 2nd time recently I tried the Thai menu hoping that would be good. The Pad Prik King was awful, possibly microwaved, beans were limp, again no flavor. The Tom Kha soup was watered down a lot and also no flavor (I love this soup everywhere and this was a huge disappointment!) I also got the Spicy Hot Sour Shrimp Soup. Again this was a bit of a let down but in their defense it's the first time I ever tried it. Chinese menu is OK Thai menu is a huge let down for me, if you cant make a decent Tom Kha, you need to give up. It's Chicken, mushrooms, chili and coconut milk.. I am disappointed to have to update this review. I got some takeout from them and, as always, the hostess who took my order was pleasant. However, I got home and found that the sesame chicken I had ordered was extremely tough to the point that it felt like it was poking my gums. Not exactly a pleasant eating experience. I had only ordered lo mein dishes and loved the quality of the food. I love this place! It's probably my favorite Chinese food restaurant and I wish we still lived close so I could come here more! I can get pot stickers, crab cheese rangoons, egg drop soup, an entree, tea and green tea ice cream plus whatever my husband gets for about $25! The staff are friendly and quick.
