    Spicy Tuna Roll

CHOPSTIXX THAI CUISINE & SUSHI BAR - Lawrenceville, GA I've been on the hunt for great little Thai spots, and CHOPSTIXX popped up on my radar. It's a cozy spot with a VERY large menu! If you want to see all the items they offer, head over to Roli Eats on Google--I'll post the full menu there. As always, I had to try their PAD SEE EW, because that's how I judge my Thai food. But before that, I couldn't resist ordering their Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. Who can say no to that?! I also grabbed some spicy tuna sushi. Both were delicious and the perfect intro to my PAD SEE EW. Now, here's where it gets interesting... The PAD SEE EW was packed with great flavor and amazing noodles. But here's the catch--I said MEDIUM heat. For those familiar with Thai food, you know this can be a risky move if you're not big on heat. Let me tell you, this was the hottest dish I've ever eaten AND finished. By the time I was done, I was sweating from my eyeballs! All in all, CHOPSTIXX is a great spot with an amazing variety of menu options. They definitely get my two thumbs up! Fair warning though, the parking here is a bit rough--packed and tight. But if you're up for some adventure, it's worth the trip! #RoliEats #ThaiCuisine #Chopstixx #LawrencevilleGA #Goodeats #PADSEEW #SushiLover

Quick & delicious! I stopped here randomly & was delighted. They had all the Thai classics & all are made with perfection. Great prices & service. I ordered the Pad Se Ew, Papaya Salad and Basil Roll. I'll definitely be back!

Service was good and fast for takeout. I ordered the general, no rice or anything else. I also asked if they heavily bread the chicken or is it a thin crisp. Thin and crispy they said. I think I waited about 10 minutes so not bad. I saw a couple that dined in as well. So for $9, not sure sure that the size of food was appropriate. The sauce was a bit different too. It tasted good and I was full for sure but $9 for a lunch portion and no rice....hmmm........

There is a new owner there and the food is so good and just hit the spot. It's more of a Thai food rather than Chinese tho. These are some of the photo I took for them.

Food was mid, it was underwhelming and not full of flavor like most Asian food. I was super hungry and it still didn't hit the spot.

We went back Friday for lunch. The price is a little bit better so if you can do a lunch one I would recommend that because you won't need to have dinner.

You have the option of choosing between an All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) menu or ordering à la carte. I'd…read moredefinitely recommend the AYCE experience. We went for the dinner AYCE at $29.99 per person, and kids under 3 eat free. Our toddler (3) and baby, free of costs. But our toddler did have his own meal (chicken nuggies and fries...what a plus!) Keep in mind that some items are included in the per-person price, while others come with an additional charge. For example, the fried ice cream dessert was $1 per serving on top of the AYCE cost. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. Now, onto the revolving sushi belt experience. The bottom belt is full of pre-made sushi, circulating around, while the top belt carries the sushi you've specifically ordered via iPad. This is where a few concerns come in. Since the pre-made sushi is constantly circulating, you don't always know if someone has fiddled with it. As for the iPad ordering system, it was placed up above the top sushi belt, which was a bit of a nuisance. It would have been easier to use if it was within arm's reach, but again, not a major issue. We opted to order items that would take time to prepare and came directly to our table, so we could avoid the pre-made conveyor. The fried ice cream dessert was great, tasty--but the spoon they gave me was dirty and sticky. It honestly felt like it had been used by a kid before being handed to me. Needless to say, I didn't use it. Service was solid. Our server was helpful, especially since it was our first time, and walked us through the process. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are a few things that could be improved, particularly with cleanliness and the setup of the revolving belts.

The entrance is very neat and it was very nice to be welcomed and seated as soon as we walked in. There were quite a few servers or hostess standing to make sure if there was anyone that needed anything, they would be attended right away. The variety of sushi was splendid, they gave nigiri sushi along with cooked sushi. The wings were yummy as well as their shrimp crab boil. I wish I would've gotten a picture of the crab boil but it was legit with the little crabs and corn - I think the only thing missing was the potatoes. Dessert was fun as they had a chocolate fountain where you could dip marshmallows or other desserts.
