Absolutely loving this coffee shop! As a parent, it's hard to find a spot where you can enjoy quality coffee while your little one plays but this place checks all the boxes. The kids' play area is adorable, and I love that the shop is a nonprofit serving as a community resource for the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood. I will definitely be back!

I have been meaning to try this location out for awhile, and discovered that they are very close to my place of work! I popped over here and was impressed with the set up, it's unique and welcoming. The staff jumped up right away to help me, I ended up having an earl grey tea latte which is one of my favorite drinks and I love to see how other places make Them, and I also had a blondie square which was delicious. This is a cool place, if you are in the area check them out

I went yesterday and had to go back again today to make sure it was as good as my first impression! And they did not disappoint, enjoyable and friendly energy, I will be back Lincoln Lane! Thank you!

Brought my own jar for coffee.

Great Neighborhood coffee spot. They mainly function as a nonprofit service and the proceeds from the coffee shop help fund that. You can work from here but they do close at 3 pm during the week and noon on Sundays. They offer a neighbor special drip small coffee. The use mainly Tinker or Calvin Fletchers coffee with other local roasters. They offer Nelsons Teas. There is also an onsite laundry and play area for kiddos.

I ordered a matcha strawberry muffin and oat milk specialty latte.

Delicious lattes and muffins! Kid and dog friendly (at least to counter) - also a community center and laundromat. Parking available in back. The barista was really kind and even brought me my order when she saw me with baby. The vibe is super relaxed and community feel. Even. Wall to treat give/take a coffee order. And even a pool table and toys for entertainment.

Nice little quaint spot. Spacious, community center with fully equipped laundrymat, computer lab, and co-working space you can come and relax, work, and / or see a friendly face ( Jalen, the director, is very friendly and knows coffee like the back of her hands). Located in Bates-Hendricks area on East St / Lincoln. Stop by, donate, buy some tea/ coffee, buy some art. Enjoy yourself.

Lincoln Lane is an awesome neighborhood coffee shop in bates-hensrickson. The parking is on the street but super accessible - since it is a neighborhood shop, it's not like a busy shopping center. Spacious interior, with a good amount of seating. Colored pictures from kids who attended the neighborhood festival line the wall on one side, and super soft shirts and other merchandise on the other wall. I've always gotten a lavender latte here, but I assume everything else is good as well! Staff are very friendly. I think, but uncertain, this coffee shop is connected to the neighborhood nonprofit DatHouse - so it's a good cause to support!!

Such a nice local spot! There's always lots of seating and it's a cozy place to get some work done or relax. They are super involved in the neighborhood and the Lincoln Center has a bunch of resources like laundry machines, after-school program, and more. Lincoln Lane is also the place to buy any neighborhood merchandise. Parking is always free and easy to find around here and it's never crowded.

What a hidden gem - or maybe it was only hidden to me?!? A friend wanted to meet for coffee and suggested Lincoln Lane. I'm always up for trying new coffee establishments. Not knowing the story, I was a bit confused as to all the different things that appeared to be happening within this space. It did not take the staff long to give me a complete history of the building, their non-profit and the mission. So much community pride! It is sad that the space is not able to serve in the way it was intended due to COVID. The staff were great! Aside from the history, they were very helpful with helping me decide on a beverage (I wanted so many!). I love that they make their syrups in-house and that the menu was not large and overwhelming. And can we talk about a black coffee costing only $1?!? It doesn't get much better.

    Lymari Q.

The space is much bigger than anticipated. The espresso used in the lattes are smooth and delightful, the owner was incredibly kind, and the intuitive behind Be A Good Neighbor is so important! They close early but definitely worth the intentional drive to enjoy their coffee.

I really enjoy finding places that fit their neighborhood, and in this case, are a gathering place for locals. Inside, the folks who volunteer here were all welcoming and upbeat. And the coffee was fresh, tasty, and ready to drink without a long wait to cool. In addition to the coffee, there are some baked goods to grab if you're hungry. And did I mention that a small coffee is only $1? What a deal! The space is simply decorated with a huge dining area/gathering space that has a pool table, a communal table made from a wooden door, and there's a laundry available (I don't know the specifics of that). I was also able to buy some fresh ground coffee that is a special blend made just for Lincoln Lane. If you like what you try and can't get here often, just do like I did and buy a bag to go! The maple salted caramel latte was great. The atmosphere is about as laid back as a coffee shop can be, and the staff was great. The hand pie was great and the rosemary biscuit with better was also very good. I wish I could have tried the pumpkin cheesecake muffin, but they had ran out by the time we got there. Happy yelping!

An amazing gem! Not only great and very reasonably priced coffee- they also are very supportive of their community! Their neighborhood pride is evident right when you walk in the door. I love all the neighborhood goodies you can buy. Then the coffee is great! Plus they make their own syrups! The space is really nice and comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful when you're trying to decide which drink to get. I didn't get any food, but the croissants looked perfect! It's a must try!!!

The aesthetic is there. I want to be here. But at your price point, the experience needs to match the atmosphere, and lately there have been a few things quietly chipping away at that. First -- the syrup situation. I shouldn't have to order a specific menu latte just to get a flavored drink. A little flexibility goes a long way in making a customer feel like a guest and not just a transaction. Let me build my drink a little. I'll spend more, I promise. And the pastries, baby. I ordered a croissant and watched it get placed in a bag with a thin sheet of paper like it didn't deserve better. By the time I got home, it had made up its mind to be a different pastry entirely. I know there's a microwave back there -- I've seen it working for the breakfast sandwiches. A warm croissant is a small thing that changes everything. I'm not going anywhere. But I need you to know I notice these things -- because I care about what this place could be. Still yours (for now), A regular.

I know Good Vibes Cafe is known for their boba tea and "croffles," so of course I had to try one of each on my first visit! I love all the punny names of the boba drinks, mine was called "Pinky Swear," and another cute one is "Peach, Don't Kill My Vibe!" The Pinky Swear has a strawberry tea base with peach popping boba, and it's exactly what I order when I get boba at Harmony or Kung Fu Tea, so I knew I was going to like it! The "croffle" (a croissant in the waffle iron) is out-of-this-world delicious! It was the perfect balance of flaky and fluffy, and the Biscoff drizzle and fresh whipped cream made it even better. Now this is definitely not something that you can eat every day, but is a great occasional indulgence. On my most recent visit, I mixed it up and tried a coffee drink this time! I got the Biscoff latte, and it was literally perfect. The cup was lined with Biscoff cookie butter, and the rich espresso balanced out the sweetness and made it impossible to stop drinking. The only thing that would make this latte better would be if it came in a bigger size! One of my favorite things about Good Vibes is the half and half cup, where you can pick a drink for each side of the cup! It's a great way to enjoy everything Good Vibes had to offer without being forced to make a decision between two equally delicious drinks, plus it costs the same as a large drink! What's not to love? I definitely recommend Good Vibes Cafe, and don't be surprised if you see me there when you stop by!

I also ordered a lemon mint refresher, but they were out of mint so it would just be a lemonade. That was fine and I appreciated how she handled the situation and that she knew what Prufrock did and did not have in stock! She was great at communicating when I walked in that she needed a few minutes and then would be able to help me too. Another time I went with my parents on a late morning Saturday. My mom and I both loved our drinks, but we knew what to order. There were multiple people working behind the counter, but the barista taking orders was not friendly or very helpful on this particular day. My dad did not know what to order and asked what tea is refreshing and is one that the barista would recommend. The barista said that the green tea is really popular, but did not ask whether he wanted it hot or iced or give a recommendation for that. The tea came out hot on a hot day where we planning to walk the Monon and check out other local businesses. To be fair, I did ask him if he wanted me to ask for the drink to be remade or to get him a new one as I had overheard his order and also assumed it would be coming out iced. He said it was fine (but then complained on our walk). This was a bit disappointing. There have been times I have walked out after a few minutes of no acknowledgement from baristas here. It is not a cafe that I would want to sit in and work in as a lot of the space does not look workable. The last time I did come in with papers I planned to read in between appointments, I did not want to put my bag on the floor or my papers on a table because both were dirty. The book page wall has seen better days and would benefit from a revamp. I love the outdoor area though and the can tops are really cool. There is a lot of potential here, but when staff appears like they do not want to be there it makes customers not want to be there either. I would also urge the owners to be more receptive to criticism. The TikTok videos about Prufrock did not influence my review, but it did encourage me to leave my own review based on my own experiences.
