In between two pieces of Texas toast there was cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon crumbles, fried chicken tenders, drizzled with sweet baby rays sauce, ranch, and hot sauce. Each bite had so much delicious flavors going on! It was impossible not to love! What a comforting sandwich! Next time I would love to try the Mac and cheese grilled cheese!

I got quesabirria tacos and a birria ramen. The tacos were good, at least the bites with meat but it was all cheese and very little meat. So disappointed, the tacos were $5 due to the inflated prices in old post office. They should be packed with beef, instead they went cheap and filled it with cheese, just see the pics. The ramen was the same deal, very little beef, which sucks because the consume and the beef is decent. I paid 27$ for two quesabirria tacos and a birria remen and I'm disappointed. Not going back after this. If I want to cheese then this is all you, but if you want some meat in your food go someplace else.

I'm happy to report that when I went recently, we still really enjoyed it. It was my boyfriend's first time and he is now a fan and we both recommended it to our friend who lives in the area. You can also make reservations if you'd like although the times I've been, walking in is also fine. Last time we got the Bienmesabe Sampler, which is enough appetizers to share with four people lol. Our ranking of the items in the sampler were the tostones (soooo good), tequeño (my boyfriend loved), mandioca, and then the empanadas. The empanadas are my least favorite - I'd prob see if I could sub it out for something else in the future. I do like that they provide an assortment of empanadas. Then we got a cachapa with chicken - the cachapa itself was so good although next time we would try a different protein. Lots of delicious cheeses to be found - lactose-intolerant people should prepare accordingly.

The portion sizes are huge and all the food came out fairly quick. I'll definitely be coming here more often!

Their food truck doesn't offer everything on the restaurant's menu; there were about 9 items. I decided to order the Currywurst Mit Pommes, something I never tries before. It consists a bed of of "crisp" fries, what I think was a boiled and sliced bratwurst, and a sweet curry sauce. I also had a can of Coke. You can't do anything to mess up a Coca-Cola so we'll skip that. The people working the food truck know their stuff. They offer gluten-free and vegan items for those of us who need the options. They were also friendly and patient. The Currywurst was just okay. The crisp fries were soggy from the sauce. And I wish the brat was grilled instead of boiled. It would have made for a better meal. The concept is good. I've heard many good reviews but I think they were mainly the restaurant and not the food truck. I also heard from more than one person that the best item on the menu is the Doner Kebab. If we make it to their restaurant, I'll the Doner Kabob then.

Most truly disgusting pancakes I had ever eaten. They had my review I had written previously…read moredeleted somehow. I wonder how they did that since I had pictures of the pancakes and everything posted with my review showing I had actually eaten here. The reason Yelp stated my review was deleted was that I had not actually had the restaurants food before, even though I had, and even posted pictures. It makes no sense. I really hate to say only bad things about a restaurant since I know how much hard work goes into running a restaurant, but this place does not value their customers nor do they value basic food decency. I wish I hadn't deleted the pictures of the food I had taken so I could post them, but why would I keep pictures of food I hated after I posted the review? Makes no sense.

Del Seoul - Chicago Sometimes the best food finds happen…read morewhen you're simply walking by and your nose says, "Wait a minute... what's cooking in there?" That's exactly how we ended up at Del Seoul! We were walking by, saw the food, smelled all that goodness, and knew we had to stop. Even one of the diners told us the food was good and that we would enjoy it. That was all the confirmation we needed! Del Seoul is a quaint little spot with a dining area that isn't very large, along with additional seating on the side. When you enter, you place your order at the counter. One thing to know if you're dining with a group: everyone in your party must be present when ordering. We had a group of four, and they prepared a table for us. Ordering was easy, and Reilly was very friendly and helpful, which made our first visit even better. We started with the Kimchi Fries for the table. I didn't really taste much of the kimchi flavor, but the fries were still good. We also grabbed a bottle of Mango Soju to share. It wasn't overly sweet, and we decided shots were the way to go. Cheers! For my meal, I ordered the Bulgogi Bento Box, which came with grilled, thinly sliced flatiron steak with sautéed onions, an egg and scallion omelette, mixed greens with ginger vinaigrette, and steamed rice. The bulgogi was the star for me. The steak was tender, flavorful, and very tasty, and everything in the bento box worked well together. Definitely a satisfying meal! What started as a simple walk-by turned into a delicious Chicago food stop. If you're a Chicago native or visiting the city like I am, give Del Seoul a try. Sometimes you just have to follow the aroma! Five stars from me!

The Sesame-Chili Shrimp Taco was my favorite. The shrimp stayed crispy and had the best flavor. The Sambal Fish Taco was a little soggy, while the Kalbi, BBQ Pork, and BBQ Chicken were all on the drier side. I honestly still prefer traditional Mexican tacos over these. The K-Town Chicken Wings (7.5/10) were my favorite item. They weren't breaded, but the sweet soy, chili, and garlic glaze was delicious. The skin had a nice firm bite, which I really liked.

It wasn't nearly as busy as I'd thought for right before the concert, but still had plenty of people. Bartender was super attentive and friendly, constantly checking in, chatting with us, and getting us what we needed. I should mention that the seating situation was odd-- we had a party of 2 and the options we were offered were stand at the bar or go upstairs (outside, and it was nearly 100°). We took the standing at the bar option. There were several tables in that area not occupied the entire time we ate there, and to add to the oddness, a party of six came in as we were on our way out the door and they were offered indoor seating with a 20 minute wait. Weird! But food was worth it and would go again if I'm in the wrigleyville area!
