Great place to grab a slice and chill. Good prices and convenient walk up window. Really fun, vibrant atmosphere and lovely patio. Great pizza and beer! Friendly service. It just felt so good here! The positive vibes stayed with me all day.

Got a solid slice from the walk up window. Nice patio too for dining in. My slice did take about 10-15 mins though which was longer than I was hoping to wait. I got the pepperoni, hot honey, ricotta slice ($6) and it was pretty good. The slices aren't huge like the jumbo slices in NY or at other shops, but aren't small either. I'd like to dine on the patio soon to get the full experience.

Absolutely amazing place to grab a slice, grab a drink, and relax with family and friends. You order everything off the QR menu (if you have a table) and everyone can pay individually for their orders. We are obsessed with their open yet covered patio and how great it is for large group gatherings. Thank you to our amazing hostess last night who was able to seat our large group! Borgata pizza is a must

Pretty cool place with indoor and outdoor seating. It seemed to be popular with children and dogs, as there were many. The Caesar salad was perfectly dressed. The pizza was very tasty with big slices, great flavor and a nice crisp bottom. I'd recommend this place for a casual hangout with friends!

We strolled by their window and ordered a slice, and liked it so much we came back the next day! They have an amazing patio; the vibes are great and its seat yourself with ample self service water stations! We only ordered single slices, which I highly recommend so you can try everything! Our favorites were the Bianca and the White Russian, but every slice was amazing. I highly recommend getting some hot honey either on the slice or on the side, it really adds a tasty zing! The Italian Chopped salad was also amazing and made me want to eat more salads. You order on your phone and they bring the food out to you, which is really nice and adds to the lowkey patio vibes. The service was great. Shortly after we sat down, one of the servers stopped by to let us know it would be a bit of a wait for full pizzas, not necessary of them but very considerate since they noticed we had just sat down. We would absolutely come here again!

So, it's not tavern, it's not deep dish, but it is absolutely lovely Amazing patio, great service, and every pizza we tried was spot on. I think the best is definitely the bianca. This is definitely a popular spot in logan square. Huge patio with yard games. Frozen cocktails are on point. Soft crust with crispy edges, perfectly sauced. Dope vibes. Dope people, and all around just a fun place to be. Please go here, please have a good time. Please pair your pizza with a frozen drink. Please don't procrastinate

Great place to meet up with friends - that's what we did on a Saturday night and it had its high and lows but turned out to be a good night overall. We had a bit of a wait for an open table. They told us to stay in the bar area which was super cramped and warm. Once we got seated, it took another 10-15 minutes for anyone waiter to acknowledge us. Unfortunately when we came their internet was down which threw off their whole system. From what it sounds like, typically you ordered from your table but since their system was down we had a waiter. Garlic knots - 9/10 - super crispy and warm but wish it came with more marinara Tomato pie - 8/10 - very simple and felt like the spices were very minimal (didn't see any breadcrumbs or nutritional yeast?) Spinach lasagna (added sausage) - 8/10 - very flavorful but the crust was pretty floppy and soggy Tough start to the night but recovered well. Good food. Fun vibe.

Really good experience for the Chicago food tour :) the pepperoni slice was soo good and would definitely come back for more! I enjoyed the char around the peps too, definitely adds more depth of flavor Beer was super hoppy but had a nice after taste

Let me start by saying that Pizza Lobo is a cute place to grab a bite - the seating is cute, including with fire pits, and they have you order via a QR code online so you can really hang out there for some time and not need to purchase too much. The pizza I got was good but largely unmemorable (it was only a few weeks ago and I can't tell you one flavor of the three slices I had). It would be a four stars except the seating is outdoors and I saw a rat scurrying about and taking its sweet time and sorry, but that's gross. Unfortunately, that dropped the experience a star for food that was already not anything I would feel the need to return for.

Delicious but overpriced pizza. I love the outdoor patio that functions year round. I do love that you can order with you phone and then it comes out to you. I think next time I would try happy hour for a better deal.

I was here because of the television show The Bear, haha. It intrigued me that they featured New York style pizza in a show based in Chicago! The pizza was not too greasy, had a great cheese ratio, and included flavorful pepperoni. The atmosphere was cool because they had a fire going in their enclosed space, but with zero smoke or smell. They appear to be a very dog friendly establishment and the birds also took respite inside. The staff was polite and attentive. All in all, very cool to visit!

Pizza Lobo may be my favorite pizza spot in the city. The staff is always nice and I always appreciate the vibe. My personal favorite is the Borgata slice and a Miami Vice. The perfect spot to catch up and hang with friends, and the pizza never disappoints. Can't recommend enough!

Ask the Community - Pizza Lobo

I can't reserve via phone or online - I don't see an option. How long would it be to be seated on Saturday night if we arrive around 7:30 pm?

Do they have gluten free pizza?

No they don't - at least it says right on their website, "we do not have gluten free crust."

    Do they accept Apple Pay?

Yes they do. You order from your phone and can pay with Apple Pay when you're ready to close out your tab.

    Do they sell individual slices?

    Yes

What is in the pink sauce?

Hi! It is a vodka sauce. Red sauce cooked with vodka and a little cream. It’s DELISH!!

Sadly, my last two in person visits have more closely resembled the frozen product they ship from their website. The most recent visit last week included 11 other family members who were "first timers" that had trusted my recommendation for the good stuff only to be disappointed by both the temperature and small amount of both cheese/sauce. We shared several large, medium and personal pies across the menu and I honestly can't say a single one measured up to the standard they have set for decades. The always delicious butter crust saved this from being a one star review, but my next visit to Chitown may not include another visit to any of the way too many locations.

It's still pretty basic with simple meat sauce and cheese, but I actually appreciated the simplicity--it was different without trying too hard. The highlight was definitely the BREAD for a starter! They push the Mediterranean Bread, and honestly, you should let them. It's enormous, blistered, fragrant, and arrives like a hot air balloon made of carbs. More importantly, it gives you something genuinely delicious to tear into while you wait for the pizza pot pies to emerge from whatever subterranean chamber they're baked in. It's both a starter and a survival tool. A reservation is non‑negotiable unless you enjoy contemplating your own mortality in a weekend crowd. The wait times can stretch so long you could starve to death before your name is called -- and the regulars will nod knowingly as they step around your skeleton. Plan ahead. The salads are comically oversized, the kind of portions that make you wonder if they're meant for a family of four or a single very determined marathon runner. But let's be honest: no one is here for lettuce. We're all here for the pizza pot pie, that molten, bread‑wrapped, cheese‑laden dome of joy that defies every attempt at categorization. It's not deep dish, it's not thin crust -- it's its own thing entirely, and that's the point. This is the place you bring out‑of‑town guests when you want to show them something uniquely Chicago without defaulting to the usual deep‑dish suspects. But it's also the place you come back to on your own, because once you've had that pizza pot pie, it lives rent‑free in your brain until you return.

When I walked by, it was very crowded, loud, and busy with a line going down the street. I decided to place my order online instead, but here's something you definitely need to know: ordering online does NOT mean your deep-dish pizza will be ready quickly.Mine took about an hour and 15 minutes which I was told is pretty normal because deep-dish takes a while to make. I had my little stool with me, so I sat outside, took some pictures, and did some people-watching while I waited. There is some street parking, but there's a large building across the street that looks like apartments or possibly a hotel, so parking wasn't the easiest. They have a little To Go area where you can grab drinks and other items. I also bought a couple of their frozen deep-dish pizzas to take home and I'm glad I did!
