Giordano's never disappoints. I ordered ahead of time to pick up right when they opened, and the process was very easy. They also gave me plates, napkins, and cutlery, already to go in a bag. The pizza tasted good overall, but the crust wasn't my favorite since I prefer a more buttery crust. Oh where to begin... Our experience at Giordano's is marked by good service, a nice setting, and food we just didn't enjoy. We arrived and were put on the waitlist as it is typically very busy at any given location. We waited in the interior area, which was clean, and preordered our pizza before we eventually sat. As mentioned before, we preordered our pizza which significantly cut down the amount of time it takes for it to arrive but it still took about 30 minutes of us being seated before it arrived. When it did arrive it was hot and fresh and we couldn't wait to dive in. We got a deep dish in the largest size they had with pepperoni as our topping of choice. How did it taste? Well, let's just say it wasn't for us. It's hard to blame Giordano's for making a style of something we don't like because it's like going out for sushi if you hate sushi. The pizza was very thick and doughy, expected of a deep dish pizza. We weren't fans of that or the fact the pepperoni was hard to taste as it was buried and layered under everything.
