Excellent pho! The service is great as is the ambiance. Only place in town I have found where you can get vegetarian and have sour and spicy broth. I can't have many carbs at all so I tell them to hold the noodle and I use my own shirataki or heart of palm noodle. read more

I heard about the soft opening and wanted to try this place out since they mentioned that they specialized in Pho noodle soup. Service was great, however, three stars for the pho. I ordered the #2 House Special Pho and wasn't really impressed. First off, portion, I had more liquid rather than the noodles. I believe there should've been a better balancing of noodles and broth since there is ONLY ONE SIZE for all going on here. Second, the broth had a very subtle beef taste to it and I personally felt like it was watered down a lot. Therefore, I resulted to adding much more condiments to my bowl to help with the flavoring. I totally understand that this is only a soft opening and will be giving them another shot down the road. I do recommend adding different sizes and also a little more flavoring to their pho. Not only that, some additional appetizers would also be nice other than just Pho. read more

Love it! Like how they don't have a list of 20 items of what kind of meat are in the pho, like other restaurants do. Everything combined just great! Can't wait for them to reopen! Please do not close!! I like how it's clean too and it's a plus for me when the sauce bottles are not sticky and bathroom are not dirty. Would Recommend! Friendly service. Pho broth is really good, didn't have to add much additional ingredients. Noodles were a bit thick for my preference but it was still good. You could also request different noodles. Love the bread on the side as well. Interior decor is lovely too. Also has Teazona connected to it which is a nice way to freshen up. read more

I'm glad this place shut down, owner is rude and try to hide my review on Facebook. The purpose of reviews is our personal review not your review on your pho. I've said it once and I'll say it again the Fresno has a big population of Hmong people who support pho restaurants. If you don't know your competitors your not going to make it in Fresno. I've seen a lot of pho restaurants closed. Changing ownership is same thing cause they can't make it. Beware the bowl is smaller than a open hand. Their large is very small portion of noodle they loaded it up with bean spouts under your pho noddle to give you an illusion that you have a lot of noodle. Place is very clean and nice from your traditional Vietnamese pho restuarant. I like the noodles. They taste fresh. The broth is light. If you want that deep, rich beefy, savory pho broth, you will not get that here. A large pho here is like a small to medium at your typical pho place. So portion is a bit small, but if you want to lose weight, it seems like a healthier version of Pho. My girls love the pho here. I'm fine with it too. My husband did not like it all. read more

Probably the best pho I've had in Fresno. So flavorful and decently priced. I've been to plenty of places and the broth flavor is just so good here. You can tell they cook it overnight. The egg rolls always come out hot and crispy. The tea from Teazona is so good too! Super refreshing and the boba is cooked very good there too. Always my go to spot. Would not recommend. Pho was okay but I agree with the other reviews. Basil and mint were wilted and there were barely any bean sprouts. Broth was too salty and requires lots of lime. Spring rolls had no pork meat, only shrimp and yet they charged full price. Waitress was nice and waiter was okay. They never came back to refill the drinks. read more

So I normally go down to the south side of town for pho. I saw this place over by my folks house so I figured why not give it a try. Well it is very clean, white, streamline but the set up of the tables clashed with the decor and music. It made me feel like authentic was trying to please the rich white lady and falling very short. The service was minimal which I expected wasn't rude but not friendly either. The pho was bland, the aroma of the herbs were there but the flavor lacked depth of bone, and seasoning. The meat was very tough and noodles were gummy yet soggy in the worst way. The fried gyōza was far from, I hate to say the samples you get at Costco walking the isles are better. The spring rolls were bright and vibrant in color, greens were fresh but again the rice paper and the fillings no flavor which is odd due to shrimp, pork do have a distinct flavor. The texture of the rice paper wasn't right either, really was more like paper towel The takoyaki smelled extremely fishy. The Vietnamese coffee was good so I'll be back to try other teas & coffees but the food I'll be making the drive down to the south side of town. But I'd say for the round eye crowd that has never experienced authentic cuisine they would find this fulfilling. read more

First of all, the ambiance was MUCH nicer than the typical Asian restaurant: decor, flooring, and cleanliness was exceptional. Next, the menu's offerings was quite extensive. We all ordered a different types of Pho and both booth's were simply delicious. I ordered the chicken/shrimp combo with the the vermicelli noodles. Chef used good ingredients: cilantro, onion and chilly peppers to add to the Pho. We also ordered a side of veggie and pork egg rolls which were simply fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the service was SUPERB! Would you like a desert or refreshing drink??? Look no further...they provide a large selection of Boba drinks with a variety of flavors. The service was the worst... I asked the waiter to change my order before he even left the table and finished taking everyones order. He seemed annoyed and said probably not because he had already sent the order to the kitchen? He never once checked to see if we needed refills or anything. Then we were charged an 18% gratuity tip on a party of 6!!!! A party of 6.. two kids 4 adults. We told him and he said it was the LAW. I'm sorry but never again...
