This Post Office has tanked. I have repeatedly spent $13 and more for simple Priority Mail that…read moretakes 10-15 days to arrive. They'll tell you it is not their fault (blame the main Hub, blame weather, blame whatever) but I track every package. I watch mail destined for the east coast get sent to Denver first. Mail I send to the west coast ends up in Jersey City. There are NO refunds for Priority Mail, they just accept your money, don't provide the service, and it's tough luck for you. The only person to blame is yourself for giving them your money. Separately, I've received crushed packages, no packages, and a family 3 blocks away share my same house number so we exchange wrong packages frequently; I'm lucky those people dependable, unlike the USPS. I have tried to support my local post office for many years now. Remember how we were encouraged to buy stamps and anything else to keep the USPS afloat? I'm old school; I did it all. Now I'm done. I should have learned my lesson long ago. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed. It's such a shame too because the clerks who have customer contact are some of the nicest and friendliest people I've met, and I've seen their faces for many years. They must take all the heat for late and missing mail. I will miss their smiles and the post office I remember, but I won't miss the grief I've experienced over and over again. If you need mail handled correctly the first time, find another provider.

We contracted for two movers. They arrived very timely early in the morning and immediately set to…read morework. The two movers worked in different areas but consulted as they worked. When needed they worked as a team on bulky or heavy furniture. Each mover wrapped our furniture in blankets and taped the blankets closed. They then wrapped the resulting package in plastic wrap to keep the blankets closed. The van was packed tightly so movement of the furniture was minimal. They asked if they were to move some stray objects that were not furniture. The unloading and unwrapping was an easy process. Thanks to Micaiah, Jose, and Donral at The Moving Kings, this trip from Liberty Hill to Burnet was indeed my most perfect move. These men knew exactly what they were doing. They were exceptionally strong, well-mannered, and fast, and they handled my furniture and possessions with the care a mother would give a newborn. They listened when I asked them to load the truck in reverse order so unloading at the new house would be efficient, and that plan worked. When they finished, they gathered every scrap of packing material, then each man shook my hand and wished me well in my new home. In the hour and a half I spent leaving messages and requesting quotes no one returned my call. I finally found House N Box and noticed it was in nearby Hutto. I was greeted by Kevin, who was very friendly and professional. I was so excited to hear a person on the end of the line. He was able to get me booked for the following week. Because I was getting a pod and did not have the delivery time, Kevin scheduled me for between 1-5pm. I got a call a about 1230 and two guys arrived at 230. The guys were great! They carefully wrapped everything up and secured most of my items into the pod. They were there for three hour at $140 an hour. These two young kids even moved a really heavy outdoor fireplace and heavy appliances. Since I moved out of town, I hope I never have to call them up for help again. But I would absolutely recommend them t my friends and family.

One of the most irresponsible UPS stores I've ever used. In the last 10 years, this store has…read moremishandled at least six of my boxes. The problem lies in the fact that it is a USPS and UPS drop off. I'm not exactly sure how the mixup occurs but I often have my UPS packages taken by the USPS pick up. Then the package goes MIA for a few days, but normally will find its way to a UPS store. Up until recently, I have only had one package go completely missing, but at least I was able to file a claim because the store scanned in my package. Each time this has happened the store has not been very helpful but one time they did look at the camera footage and found out that USPS took the UPS package. Now I've had a package go missing for coming up on two weeks and the store is refusing to help. I cannot get a call back from the manager/owner. I cannot file a claim because they never scanned the package in. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the owner will actually take it seriously and reach out to me. I've left my information several times at the store with no call back. I highly recommend you find another UPS store or drop off at the post office directly. They flat out admitted to me that this is an ongoing problem and that they've had multiple issues with this. You would think that they would have fixed the problem by now.
