Disappointing. Ten days ago, I paid over $300, yet received nothing so far. Maybe I'll get something eventually, but I could have gone to the hospital for free. I took my ex to the ER recently (repeated TIAs) and she got blood results within a few hours. Why does lifeline take a week and a half to provide results? Won't do again. read more

The staff at Life Line are so friendly and professional and extremely efficient. I'm always amazed at how quickly they do all of the tests. This is a great precursor testing facility to ensure that if there any health concerns they can highlight for you what is going on in your body. Everything ent very well -- once we found the right facility. No signs were posted outside the main church at the address where we were sent. Instead, 3 of us went across the street to search for the right hall. There, we found the signs directing us correctly. I have been getting screened for several years. The care has deteriorated the last few years. I had the second appointment off the day. When I arrived for my appointment they were very unorganized . They were still setting up and unloading their van. I did not need blood work done but they did it anyway. It was a waste of money because I had blood work at my doctors office a couple of months before. I had not fasted so the results were not accurate. The entire screening took two hours. This is excessive. They are also charging $50 for cancellation of an appointment. I think that is ridiculous. They accept walk-ins but charge you if you need to cancel. I book my appointments months in advance. Any thing can happen to change your plans. If I decide to go back I will just walk in instead of taking the chance I might have to cancel. read more

They didn't bother to explain much prior to touching my body, and when I did ask for clarification, they made me feel like an idiot and gave barebones answers. Would not recommend nor go again. I had my Life Line screening done this week. I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. All the staff introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. Everyone was professional and took care with the test the were administering. I am waiting on my results. It's convenient you to be able to access a portal to see the information. I would recommend this. I did it so that I can be informed and see if there are any things I need to be aware of so that I can make changes - being proactive instead of reactive. read more

I felt dirty the entire time I was in there. Not one Clorox wipe in the entire place. They had us lay our head on a roll of paper towels. The beds were not cleaned between individual test. Some of the staff didn't even wear gloves. Staff was friendly enough. read more

Staff seemed to be very nice and professional up until my husband and I received our last two test. The test were the Carotid Artery test and Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm test. The staff member administrating the test was very rude and rough while administrating them. It was a struggle getting my husband to go. Great venue good people. Clean. Respectful. Had a wifi problem which delayed speed of signing in. My husband started before me and i did not get a call to go back for almost an hour. When my husband told his 2nd stop that i had not been called back and my time was 10 min before his they realized I was not on the pads to call back. I have in the past been pleased with Life Line Screening. However, my most recent experience in Longmont was not impressive. I went to four stations. The first three were expeditious and the technicians were professional. However, for the fourth, I had to wait almost an hour and a half for my name to be called. That was after I asked the person at the front desk twice to check about the hold up. The individual at the fourth station said that she had called my name three times. However, I never heard my name and the people sitting next to me did not hear it either. It would have been enormously helpful if Life Line made the effort to hire someone for the fourth station that could pronounce names in English and had the common sense to make the effort to get off her chair and walk 5 feet out of her booth to the waiting area. read more

I waited for 45 minutes beyond my appointment to begin screening; was told short staffed. Know that is a real problem; I had a difficult time waiting because had another appointment after the screening so was stressed I would be late. I have very thin sensitive limb skin. When the tech applied the monitor to my lower legs she was very rough and it was painful. I told her that I would wrap the monitor myself but she was rude to me. I did complete the testing but was not pleasant experience. Am hoping results will be positive - if timely online will be appreciated. read more

The actual screenings by the techs were fine, they were courteous, friendly & informative. But not a 5-star experience because I didn't appreciate: 1) the promotional offer of $138 and after you sign up, there is an added hidden cost of $20 for someone to read the results! This cost is not disclosed up front. 2) A long long list of medical questions is handed to people at check-in that I refused to fill in. There was no need for Lifeline to know any of this information. I was told by the check-in person that Lifeline couldn't go ahead with my pre-paid screenings until I filled in the questionnaire. Again, Lifeline does not disclose this mandatory form ahead of time when signing up for their promotional offer online. 3) I encountered a hostile & rude check-in tech. at the location, who refused to check me in because I was 10 minutes early, though there was no one else at the check in desk. I was told to wait until my appointed time (10 minutes later) to come up to her when she would check me in. No reason given as to why she couldn't check me in, and she got very huffy when I asked why I couldn't be checked in on arrival. Doubt I'll be using this Lifeline again. read more

Overall great process. The people were very friendly and efficient. Two Suggestions: 1. When people come in, greet them immediately and let them know what to do and where to go. 2. When people make an appointment, let them know NOT to come early because they don't take you before your appointed time, so you sit there and wait. Their current procedure is that you sign in at the door and then don't know what to do. So I sat down. After about 10 minutes, I asked the person sitting at the door if I needed to check in with them. They said, "No, I'll call you at your appointed time." So I waited. They called me at my appointed time, checked me in, and then told me to go sit and wait for my name to be called. read more

I was very disappointed with the blood work. The equipment used seemed worn out. The technicians also seemed inadequately trained. They had to run my blood twice. Everyone was polite and first test taken in quickly. However I was on table awhile after one other test was finished still hooked up with the blood pressure cuffs on. They also had two of us in this room and techs seemed confused at first who was who. Little rough throwing the blood pressure cuffs around one of my ankles. I told them my ankles are sensitive. I think they may have been overwhelmed a bit, a lot of people were there. The location, Holiday Inn was great. To register online was not working, I tried on multiple days, not big deal but thought would save time. Waiting for results now. read more

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for results....never again. All I get is "Still Pending". I don't get it.

Still waiting for results of arterial fibrillation since 7/28/25. Retaken on 9/17/25.
