This visit was the most disappointing that I have ever had with your organization. It was apparent that the group was short staffed as the individual who was checking people in was also attending to the vitals. There was a lengthy delay between being registered and the first scheduled test, and the time that I was there from beginning to end was over 2 hours. The room was full and people were beginning to be on edge. When the team members were questioned about the lengthy delay, the retort was "you need to read the terms". My husband and I have been attending these types of events for 6+ years, and this one was the most unorganized and unprofessional team. Signed up for the 148 dollar artery scan that they're famous for. They said I had done it less than a year ago so I didn't need to do it again. Told me I could have blood work done for 69 dollars. So for ONLY 217 dollars I had blood work done that I could have had done at a county clinic for less than 100 dollars. Makes sense. read more

Tables and partitions were set up at a local American Legion. Everyone was very professional. Just like you need a mechanic to inspect your car before small problems get big, you need an in depth inspection on your body. Physicals check blood and blood pressure. Not enough. It was thorough but very efficient. I paid $69 extra services. it was $99 but I had a $30 credit? I don't know how because I signed up for this 6 months prior to appointment. Blood was drawn with a painless finger stick. They will give you results right there before you leave. On some results, a certified physician has to look at results then you will be able to view on a website portal. read more

The woman that did the EKG was very rushed, when she pulled (ripped) off the wire with the bandage adhesive she ripped my skin with bruises . It left the shape of the circle. Do not go to this traveling circus show. Unorganized, unprofessional.no signs indicated where to go, how to sign in and I waited almost an hour past my appointment time because they skipped over my name. The church was freezing cold. No privacy, you hear all the private conversations and see around and behind curtain. They don't explain much, don't review your results, just tell you if nothing is said, then everything is fine. They don't send your results to your doctor, you have to figure out how to do that yourself then pay a doctor visit if you want your own doctor to review the results with you. I question the cross contamination and sanitary conditions where they poke you for blood samples. My card with my blood on it was set on a table next to a bunch of other bloody cards. It was so disgusting. I'll never waste my time and money on this travel clown show again. read more

much much too long of a waiting time I spent two hours sitting in the waiting room before I was even into the check-in line. Overbooked understaffed everybody was grumpy. Not the staff's fault I felt bad for them. Everybody was running around like a chicken with a head, cut off, barking at everybody. The process was easy, private and quick . The reason for the low stars being the constant phone calls to upsell . Even when making the appointment and checking in I was pressured to purchase more Edited to add that I emailed the given email address and never received a response. In addition, my results came back which were surprising. My general practitioner diagnosed me with osteoporosis so I was curious as to my Lifeline results. The Lifeline report indicated that I was not at risk for osteoporosis and was normal. All this money spent and the results are not reliable. Btw I mentioned this in my no response email. read more

Purchased the 5 test package, at least that is what the person on the phone said. Get to the site nope just 4 test, after multiple calls we only got the 4 test package so make sure the operator is confident they checked all the boxes. They said well you can but the extra for 65.00 , I think not as it was only 10.00 with the 4 test package. Also still cannot get my Wife's portal link from them. read more

Within the US health care environment being able to obtain hi-tech cardiovascular tests quickly and cheaply is unheard off outside of Life Line Screening. They run a battery of tests for just a couple of hundred dollars that would cost the health care system about 10 x more within a hospital setting. The whole battery of tests would probably take several months to undertake. Life Line Screening does it all in less than 45 minutes. And, you get complete results within 10 days. You can't beat that, in the US anyway. I have used their tests for 3 years now on a yearly basis, and I will continue to do so. I just started doing their recently offered semi-annual tests where they test a bunch of stuff by extracting just a bit of blood from your finger (pretty quick and painless). You get all your cholesterol metrics, triglycerides, glucose and cortisol levels for just $99. read more

I think screening was fine, The results do not appear to be able to look at previous readings from prior visits on the app . Which really seems weird since they were calling me and saying my previous visits showed some markers that were troubling and that i needed to get seen again. But my new markers show all is normal . You should be able to see all your visits side by side . If I'm getting better I'm gonna keep on with what i am doing. read more

My lifeline screening experience was really good. It was easy to make the reservation; the location was easy to find; check on was very welcoming; great timeliness; and very easy to have the tests. I even got my blood results within minutes of the test. And there was immediate feedback that there was no major issues. I will use them again. read more

The experience with the staff was great. But I'm going on a month without results. No reaching out to me. I got on a chat and there was just a quick, "We're having problems with our portal," and then they hung up on the chat. I don't know if or when I'll get results, which is frustrating. read more

Our appointment was an hour late and the manager just kept saying I'm sorry. Well, everyone there was a little bit perturbed. The place was full. I expect maybe a five or 10 minute lag time but not an hour. Never had this happen before this was very upsetting. read more

The upselling is over the top. Months after my screening, despite repeatedly telling them by email and phone not to contact me any more, they continue to email and call me to try to get me to sign up for an investigational study. They promised a $25 gift card if I just got the blood draw to see if I qualified for the study, and I did the draw, but they never emailed the card. I told them that repeatedly, they ignored me. Now I'm just trying to get them to not contact me, no luck. I keep blocking their numbers, they find new numbers to call from to harass me. When I signed up for my tests, the website annoyingly kept trying to upsell me. After I checked out, a salesperson *called* me to try to upsell me. I angrily told her that I was mad at all the upselling attempts, and she *continued* to try to upsell me, as though that would work. Not just rude, but super stupid as well. Further, the on-site blood test results were incredibly off. Like, in your life you've probably never heard of anyone with a cholesterol level of *106*! Had the tests done again at a real lab and the results were normal for me. So, wasted money for all those tests. Also, the tech said that based on my test results, I should try to raise my HDL level. That's wrong, the science is very clear that there is no benefit to raising HDL (e.g., a meta analysis of 39 separate studies, doi: 10.1136/bmj.g4379). It's a classic case of misunderstanding cause and effect. There's a correlation between having lots of gym clothes and having six-pack abs, but merely buying gym clothes doesn't give you six-pack abs. read more

How can you rate the quality of the service before you have assessed the quality of the product? You can't. *My screening started later than my appointment time. *The staff at the screening location seemed knowledgeable, but the room was so cold - very uncomfortable since you need to pull up pant legs and your shirt. The gel for the ultrasound was also cold. At a previous ultrasound, the gel was warmed. *Still have not received results and it has been 16 days. *No response to my email. read more

I had a 10 am appointment to get five tests done. I wasn't called back for my tests until about 10:40. They only did two of my tests at that time. I waited until 11:30 for the other three tests, but had to leave to get back to work. I came back to the testing site at 3:15 to try to finish my tests, but they were packing up and could not finish me. Now I get to drive 25 minutes away in two months to finish my testing. I got in very quick and on time. Technicians/nurses were friendly and competent. I paid for the exta testing and was out of there in 30 minutes. These same tests would have cost me $1000 at my medical doctor. I was able to get all the tests they offered for under $300. I went to my doctor one week after and the blood pressure and cholesterol all matched. read more

they are a scam! I had booked an appointment and was clear that I wanted an ultrasound on the back of my neck. However, when I arrived, they performed a Carotid Artery Scan instead. I told them that I didn't need that test and that I only wanted an ultrasound on the back of my neck because I have a lymph node. They told me they don't do that type of test. So, I asked for a refund, but they said the test was completed and they can't refund me. read more

My Life Line Screening was very orderly, enough workers, very timely and I was in and out in record time. Everyone was nice, caring and professional. Only one oversight, the technician, who did the Atrial Fibrillation Screening, did not carefully wipe the stuff off under the electrodes and it left a lot of big wet spots under my shirt, I noticed she was using thin small sections of paper towells, not acceptable! My first Life Line Screening, 2 years ago, saved my life but was not a good experience, short staffed and I was there for hours. What Life Line is doing is so very necessary but not always well put together as far as staffing and training. read more

They scheduled way too many people at the same time. I didn't get into the first booth for my first 3 tests until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then back out into the herd to wait for my other tests. Then another long wait for the rest of the tests. Took 2 hours total for the 5 standard tests.
