    I would review again when the follow through for the insurance is on time! But from scheduling to the staff reception---I was impressed by professionalism. They do have payment plan options while pending insurance auth if you opt to pay upfront before approval. My son needed MRI and I couldn't wait. The MrI will determine if my son needs surgery. My son was so relaxed as the staff was very reassuring. The front desk personnel was so professional and caring. So much needed when you come with uncertainty as to my son's plan of care. Clean clinic with cool water dispenser. Recommended!

    Open bore MRI. Clean and modern facility. Certain members of staff need training in bedside manner. YMMV

    Efficient. Great service and great bedside manner. I felt very comfortable here even though getting a CT scan is never ideal!

    Terrible! ABSOLUTE Terrible! NO patient attention or care. I asked my physician to redirect my imaging order to ARA!

    Onion Creek Location. Front desk woman was rude. Technician was a sweetheart though. Equipment is new and clean.

    First time using Longhorn Imaging in May. I won't use them again. The billing was 3 times more than expected. Poor communication.

    I had my first MRI today and a couple x-rays. Probably my last MRI. I wouldn't say its horrible,…read morebut the feeling I got while I was in the tube was weird. And it's extremely loud. I'm not claustrophobic, if you are I don't recommend it. I waited about ten minutes before a guy came and got me to get ready for the MRI. He explained everything in the kindest way, but he didn't sugar coat it. It didn't really make me nervous, but maybe some anticipation slipped in. Then came Rene to perform the MRI. She also explained everything, just like he did, but for some reason a calmness came over me. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't wait for it to be done and it went over without a hitch. Then I went to the x-ray room. The girl took four x-rays in 2 or 3 minutes. She didn't have to read anything to know what to do, and she knew what positions I had to be in for the proper x-rays. She floated around like a little dove. This was the first time I enjoyed getting x-rays. I don't want to leave out the two girls at the front desk. As soon as I walked in I started to tell them my name and why I was there, but before I even started with my last name the girl gave me some paperwork that I had to fill out, since I was a new patient. Their kindness was explosive. Longhorn Imaging in Kyle is not your average Medical Facility. It's friendly, caring, and everyone knows their job like they know their name. These people are absolute professionals and they treated me like royalty. Oh yeah, I had to wait for the x-rays because the bureaucrats or whoever, was inspecting the x-ray machine, they probably checked all the machines, and all was well. So you also know this place is top notch. If you need any type of imaging, this place is for you.

    I've been coming to this location for my imaging since 2010. I recently had to have a CT Myelogram…read morefor my cervical spine. This is a somewhat delicate and difficult procedure. Having had one before, with the same Dr, I knew a little about what to expect. It required fasting, as they gave mild sedation for this procedure. Let me just say that it was worse than I anticipated, but, Dr Richardson and his assistant, could not have been more professional, respectful, and empathetic during the whole process. I was experiencing a lot of pain, and Dr Richardson gently placed his hands on my shoulders, and in the kindest voice, told me that my discomfort would subside very soon. That human touch, and basic kindness, that seems to be missing in our society as a whole, made all the difference in the world to me. So, I want to extend my gratitude to Dr Richardson, his assistant, and Ryan. Ryan was the merciful coffee angel, who made the experience tolerable, by bringing me some coffee in recovery. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, ARA. Thank you for helping me with a payment plan, thank you for the professionalism of your staff,both medical and support, and most of all, thank you for your kindness, that was extended from everyone I encountered.     Never ever ever ever will I choose to do business with ARA again. I had an appointment, they sent…read moreme a bill ahead of time to pay my copay, I paid it, and ended up having to cancel. How hard is it to get refunded? Apparently impossible. The best advice I can give is go elsewhere if you can, and most importantly- NEVER pay a bill ahead of time. Everyone you call is out of the country, the audio between parties is delayed 1 second, so people keep talking over each other. Most people are short with you, hard to understand, and zero empathy. 99% of them have a monotone voice and do not give a crap what your issue is. 1 very friendly person helped me, I think her name was Margaret; sadly the info she gave me was not helpful. You'd think if I was having an issue getting reimbursed, I should call the BILLING dept right? No, they have no record of a payment I made on a BILL. Another person tells me I have to wait 30 business days for the credit card transaction to be processed, they even claimed to put a note in my account, and now magically nobody sees that note. As of today, it has been 44 days that I have been trying to get reimbursed for this payment. They are now "escalating the issue", which, guess what, "will take 4-5 days to process". "thanks for calling, have a nice day". This company is either trying to make life as difficult as possible for people in hopes that people will give up, or they are a classic case of the left hand having no idea what the right hand is doing. They send you back and forth saying they are not seeing the information, or it's someone else's problem, only to be given a new piece of info, but I need to call this dept, and the next dept says that information is not right. It's absolute insanity. Never again. I am actually shocked how bad ARA's customer service and billing is.
