Melody did an amazing job with my scan. Im 34 weeks already so I anticipated getting some fuzzy shots. But melody still pulled off a very memorable moment for my kids. They loved seeing their baby sister on screen and in 3D. I was told during the scheduling process that bc I'm so close to being due and bc she is so low, there's a high chance of not getting many good facial pictures. I wasn't worried about that, more just wanted to see her and make sure her umbilical cord wasn't around her neck at all. They were still able to get some good pictures of our baby though! Nate was welcoming and helpful filling out the electronic questionnaire since it was my first time at Touchstone. While I was doing that, I received a text with an appt time just 15 minutes away. Tech Lisa was informative, helpful, and efficient. I explained that while my specialist was in ATX, my PCP with whom I had an appt in two weeks was up North. Lisa told me that Nate could burn an image of the X-ray so I could give it to my PCP. He did so with a smile in less than ten minutes even though they were busy. Austin Pulmonary posted the condensed report on their portal for me Friday morning and I received a more comprehensive report from Touchstone late Friday with highlighted areas of concern. So much faster than where my PCP practices. Excellent experience.

I am very happy to say that my experience there was fantastic from the point of checking in at the hospital in the morning to being discharged after the procedure was finished and I was ready to leave later on that night. A small army of very nice, very competent people helped me through every step of a rather scary and potentially dangerous operation. The nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff were especially compassionate and listened carefully to all my concerns, and then acted on them. The vibe there was always upbeat and positive. I really felt that these people cared about me and what they were doing. It definitely wasn't just a job for them. I'd like to shout out to the nurses there: Heather, Lexi and Joe. I had a minor complication after surgery and they stood by me, taking turns attending to me until the problem was fixed. Every person that I interacted with was patient, friendly and compassionate. What more can you ask of a hospital? I love to write reviews about food and restaurants, etc, but never about places like hospitals. Let's just say that I need to be very impressed if I am to spend my valuable time writing a review of a hospital. Thank you, Dr. Whitehill and staff. You guys are the best!

Although they close earlier than other CPL locations, I prefer to come here for the reasons noted in the review and because other locations have lost my tubes, took the wrong labs, and just were unhappy to be working.
