    This is just your average Lids store, just like all the other locations. The staff is friendly and available to immediately help should you have any questions. Very small, very clean, fully stocked. No complaints!

    Wow! Incredible, had the best customer service from Steve. He was Very helpful and helped me get the best embroidery :)

As I was checking out yesterday, I asked if edikted had an app or an email listing in hopes of maybe getting a coupon. The clerk turned towards I would assume to someone who was in higher authority and he shook his head no. As I started my way home, I happened to look it up and they do in fact have an app that offers a welcome coupon that you can stack. I thought that was incredibly misleading on his part. I absolutely am in love with the pants I got, but I ended up buying them online. Even with my coupon, it ended up being $10 cheaper than in store. I had to make a whole other separate trip to return my first pair. This could have all been avoided if you were clear about the app. There is a possibility that they weren't aware, but I find that hard to believe if you're in higher authority you wouldn't know. I work in customer service and totally get being overwhelmed. But this felt strange. Not particularly good vibes that would make me want to shop here again.

There's a lovely attendant named Natalia who has helped us the last few visits and I now know to look for her as soon as we walk in. My daughter wanted several items in specific colors tonight, and Natalia knew exactly where everything was. She made great suggestions on sizing for my slender daughter and made it a very easy shopping trip, especially since I no longer have the stamina to browse like a teen.

Customer service refunded the missing item, but because their system doesn't allow replacements, I was told I would have to place a brand-new order and pay shipping again if I wanted the correct shirt. While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company's policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn't mine. A refund for the missing item doesn't resolve the fact that I still don't have what I originally ordered, and I don't think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error. I appreciate the representative's professionalism, but Garage's resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That's disappointing for a company of this size. I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren't left in the same situation.

The next day I checked my email for the order confirmation but did not receive anything which made me concerned so I contacted the store and spoke to Wesley. He said he would look into it and call me back the next day. I didn't think I would hear anything but Wesley was on top of my shoe order and explained to me the status of my order. He said he would contact me and provide me a tracking number which he did. He followed up with me all the way until I received my order. That's great service and treatment which goes a long way. I really appreciate it. Give this guy a promotion!

From the moment we walked through the door, we were completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no "welcome in," nothing. Several employees were on the sales floor, yet not a single one made the effort to acknowledge customers or offer assistance. It created an atmosphere that felt cold, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. As we continued browsing, it only became more obvious that helping customers simply wasn't a priority. Employees seemed far more interested in talking among themselves and staying within their own circles than doing the job they were hired to do. The store felt less like a professional retail environment and more like a place where employees were just passing time. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was noticing that certain customers appeared to receive even less attention -- including individuals who seemed to be from different countries, older shoppers, and people who may have had disabilities. Whether intentional or not, the lack of awareness and inclusivity was extremely concerning and created an environment that felt unwelcoming. But the biggest issue here is clearly leadership. Employees don't operate in a vacuum -- they follow the culture that management creates. The behavior in this store suggests a management team that either does not prioritize customer service or simply does not enforce it. Management is responsible for hiring, training, and setting expectations. Based on what I experienced, it felt like the hiring focus may have been more about bringing in people who fit into a social dynamic rather than bringing in employees who actually care about helping customers. The result is a store culture that feels more like a group of friends hanging out than a team focused on providing a professional retail experience. If this is the standard being set at this location, it's no surprise the customer experience is so poor. A store cannot function properly when leadership fails to establish accountability and basic service standards. At this point, the company should seriously evaluate the leadership at this location. If real improvement is going to happen, it likely needs to start with replacing the current management team with leaders who actually understand what customer service means and who are committed to creating a professional, inclusive environment for both customers and employees. Vans has built its brand around community and connection, but unfortunately none of those values were reflected during this visit. Until meaningful changes are made at the management level, I cannot recommend shopping at this location.
