She immediately grabbed a long green skirt and it was love at first sight. I also found a white top on one of their racks to go with the skirt. The price points are pretty average for a boutique, and since they have plenty of sales, I think most items are marked pretty reasonably priced. When I walked in today, the staff greeted me right away and asked if I was looking for anything specific. When I told her I was just browsing, she told me to let her know if I needed help and seemed really genuine. I always find the cutesiest dresses and tops at this store. They also carry great jewelry, accessories and gifts!

The clothing ranges from about $80 - $100 a piece; aside from the sale section which offers hefty 40% price for equally cute and high-quality items from what I'm assuming is the past season. Unlike most sales racks, you can find treasures of all sizes rather than throwaway items in either XXS or XXL. My favortie piece i purchased was actually from the sale section and was a fitted white skirt with floral details and a pink bow across the waist which was actually flattering, indicative of the high quality KESTAN maintains. While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company's policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn't mine. A refund for the missing item doesn't resolve the fact that I still don't have what I originally ordered, and I don't think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error. I appreciate the representative's professionalism, but Garage's resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That's disappointing for a company of this size. I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren't left in the same situation.

Dissatisfactory Customer Service Experience at Irvine Spectrum Store 11/24/24 Good Afternoon, I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received at your Irvine Spectrum location today. I visited the store to exchange a pair of jeans and was deeply disappointed by the lack of assistance and the dismissive attitude of your staff. Upon arrival, no one greeted me, and the two associates at the front of the store did not make any effort to engage or even make eye contact. I had to approach them myself. When I sought help from two associates near the jean wall in locating the same jeans in a smaller size, they seemed visibly annoyed by my interruption. Instead of offering assistance, one associate directed me to the register, which struck me as odd since she could have easily helped me right there. When I inquired about exchanging the jeans, she informed me I would not be able to proceed because the tag was off. At the register, the cashier immediately spoke as if she was already aware of the situation. Without allowing me to explain, she told me I could not return the item because the tag was missing. I explained that I had the original tag, but it had fallen off. I also pointed out that the store has a garment tag gun that could easily reattach the tag, and I was happy to provide both the receipt and the tag for the exchange. Unfortunately, the associate was unwilling to assist any further and dismissed my request without offering a resolution. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expect far better customer service, especially when I have the necessary documentation and am attempting to complete the exchange in good faith. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps will be taken to improve service for future customers. read more

I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this American Eagle location. The customer service is very poor, and it feels like the team is not well trained or properly managed. The associates often come across as uninterested and unwilling to help, which makes shopping here frustrating. Pretty much every time I visit, it takes a long time to get assistance, even when the store isn't busy. The only time it stood out differently was when I came to pick up an online order. The store was empty, yet the staff stood around arguing about who was going to go to the back to get it, and it still took almost 10 minutes. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor teamwork, and slow service make this a negative experience. I hope management takes steps to improve training and customer service. read more

Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt. Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all. Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!

Terri and Aylissa were so nice and provided stellar customer service. My wife fell in love with the black cruiser style lambskin leather jacket and also tried the brown one in a similar but slightly different style. Terri got on a ladder and found my wife the correct size as it wasn't on the rack. What wonderful people at this store as we were so impressed with the kindness and caring assistance. Then Terri mentioned the sale they were having so we ended up buying the black and brown jackets and even recieved an additional 25% off. Their inventory is very nice and the store is meticulous. Terrific inventory, awesome positive ambiance and stellar sales consultants. Highly recommended and 5 stars plus. Thank you.

Nordstrom corporate responded to my last review saying they'd "share it with the proper team members." Clearly that didn't accomplish much.
