I was able to find items on sale with price clearly marked. There was only one assistant in the shoes section the last few times I stopped in and I usually see a customer or two waiting to be served. The check-out line on the other hand is getting better. I no longer have to print out the coupon sheet as I used too. The clerk can scan the barcode on my phone and it works for all items that are on sale that day. Too bad their system only allows one coupon per transaction which is intentional I'm sure.

I visited this optical store on the morning of September 9, 2026, and unfortunately had a very…read moredisappointing experience with the female employee who appeared to be the manager or supervisor. I had brought in a frame that I had purchased elsewhere, but I was also looking at the frames in the store and would have been happy to purchase one there if I found something I liked. I was told that I needed an appointment for 11:00 AM, which was completely fine with me. I waited and continued looking at frames. However, the way this employee spoke to me and treated me was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. Even after 11:00, I continued waiting. I asked one of the male employees about getting my measurements done, and he explained that she was the person who needed to do it. By around 11:20-11:30, I was still waiting, and she showed no interest in helping me or even acknowledging that I had been waiting. At that point, I decided to leave. If someone treats a customer this way before even providing the service, I don't feel comfortable trusting them with something as important as my eyeglasses and measurements. I hope the owner, district manager, or whoever oversees this location reviews what happened on the morning of September 9 and addresses the way customers are being treated. This was a very poor customer service experience, and I will take my business elsewhere.
