First time in Jackson Hole Wyoming and this town is absolutely beautiful. Very quaint . We walked and craving for burgers. My husband found this great place. Seated right away and we can see it was a busy joint. Greeted by David who served us. He is very pleasant and friendly. We ordered Baby Bella burger with fries. The burger was tasty. The brioche bread was soft . The meat was tender. French fries crispy and fresh. My husband ate it all. Sturdy salad has huge serving and really refreshing. Love the dressing balsamic vinegarette . Sweet potato fries my favorite. Root beer float was ok . The price was reasonable and 4% sales tax was the best. Compared to California 10% tax Great experience for a fine burger. This place is a surprise! You come in, you sit down, and someone brings you a menu. It has kind of a chaotic vibe, and you wonder what you're getting yourself into. Well, let me tell you! Decent prices and food. Bison meat add on to the burgers is a pretty cool Wyoming touch. Servers are great and the bathrooms are decently clean. After having over-priced bad dishes and foods during our 3-night stay in Yellowstone and a day at Grand Teton, we were looking for a decent sumptuous meal during our 1-night stay in Jackson. We decided on Liberty Burger. I wanted a good ole big and juicy burger, nothing fussy. The menu has all the expected burger options and burger / salad bowls for my husband who is currently on a no-carb diet. I settled on The Nooner with a deep fried pepper stuffed with cheese and ground beef. The milkshakes looked really too but I did not get one to keep my A1C at bay. The beef patty in my burger was thick, juicy, flavourful and not overcooked. The fried egg completed the burger and the runny yolk made every bite even juicier. The toasted buns were nice and soft. I came here for the high ratings that I was reading on review sites. I found the food here to be pretty tasty. Liberty Burger is a family-owned restaurant that started in Texas and has a few locations in other states. This Liberty Burger is walking distance from Town Square in Jackson. The customer service didn't meet expectations the evening I came in. I came on a busy night and waited for some time. The host (who looked very young to be working a job) was too busy chatting with his girlfriend that was hanging around the host stand to seat tables. A server felt sympathy for me and sat me. I ordered the Chillerno Burger for my meal because I love anything spicy. Liberty Burger prides themselves on using quality ingredients and I could tell by how good my burger was. They even use tree-free compostable napkins and reusable take-out bags. The ketchup and hot sauce are Liberty Burger products too. I appreciated that my server made up for the attitude I endured from the host with good customer service. The food is really good here. Cache street in Jackson is an awesome local joint serving a variety of different burgers from a classic lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles to specialty items such as lamb burgers, turkey burgers, chicken breast, or ahi tuna burger. The fries were yummy, but I prefer a classic style fry. The menu also contains malts, milkshakes and sodas. Inside the restaurant, it is clean and open. It does not feel like it has food establishment rather a casual restaurant where you can relax and enjoy yourself. I went in for dinner with some friends and had a great time. Service was great. We are seated quickly and our food came out within 15 minutes from the time we ordered. I ordered the Wild West burger which contained a beef patty which contains cheese, bacon, pickles, onions, and barbecue sauce. Wild West - cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, chipotle bbq sauce, pickles, onion. This was our favorite burger, I'm not a huge fan of bbq on a burger, but it was light and gave it the perfect kick. It was so good. The meat was perfectly cooked. The buns are soft and pilllowy, but holds together so nicely. The livery burger with bison, delicious. I added mushrooms and grilled onions. My only complaint was that there was barely any mushrooms or onions, very skimpy. The double liberty burger, this would have been killer if the Patties weren't over cooked, they were too well done. The baby Bella, great, just needs more mushrooms. We tried regular fries (good), onion rings (pretty good), and the sweet potato fries (our favorite). Great food for the price! We both got the Wild West Burger and enjoyed it. It was cooked perfectly. I will say that while the bbq sauce was said to be "chipotle bbq", it just tasted like normal bbq sauce to me. The sweet potato fries lacked flavor just slightly but with some salt were great! They tasted fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was also great - we went at 3:30pm, so probably a dead time, but we got in quickly and our waiter was very responsive. Located in the very popular downtown area of Jackson, WY. The parking is limited, but we found a parking lot just a few blocks away. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a friendly hostess. The restaurant itself have a good vibe to it. Two stories with big open windows at the front. We were seated upstairs on the outside balcony. Turned out to be a great place for us - while you are in a line, there are great views of the streets of Jackson. The menu has a long list of burgers and sandwiches from which to pick. We opted for "The Nooner" and "Woodstock". We added some "Sidewinders" as well. The "Sidewinders" (french fries) were hot, crispy, and covered with cheese and bacon. They were really good. Plenty for 2 people to share. "The Nooner" is a really good take on a breakfast burger. Beef patty topped with a hashbrowns, ham, and an egg. Really good! "Woodstock" is a veggie burger that doesn't try to be a mock beef patty. Very much a patty made from vegetables. Asked the front desk guy where to eat. It was a few miles from where I was staying so walking was out of the question, I did however find parking right in from of the restaurant.. because I know how to parallel park. Walking in there was a long line and the people in front of me got a quoted time of about 30-45 mins. The space is not very big, with a large communal table in the middle of the restaurant to maximize seating. I, being a loner (it has its perks) got seated right away. I was seated at a bar type seat long the front windows. The weather was nice so the windows were open making it feel roomy. I got the Chicken cherry bomb ( the burger/sandwich of the month). When asked how spicy it is, the waiter said "it's pretty spicy." GREAT I IWLL TAKE IT! When he said it is spicy.. it is spicy. I had to wipe my nose after only 2 bites. My new friend/ seat mate let me try his fries.. should have got my own they were good. Got a huckleberry milkshake to go while I was walking around the town square. It was also really good. Came here for lunch while in town. Two of us had a bison burger. Was decent, asked for bacon but was forgotten. The fries were also just ok. They have skinny fries or sweet potato. The skinny fries were not that great. I did really enjoy the huckleberry milkshake. Wasn't super busy when we came in, was about thirty minutes after they opened. Weird experience. Seems like it would be hard to make a burger and fries bad these days, especially since it's the most common cuisine the country. Even if you use frozen meat, a simple google search could have provided a basic understanding of how to make a consistently good burger. I suck at cooking/grilling, but following a recipe/method I found on a food blog, my burgers turn out a lot better than this place. Mediocre burgers along with the sticky menus and poor service, nets this place 2 stars. The fried jalapenos were alright. Every one of the employees (other than our server) were just standing around talking and laughing. Clearly didn't give a shit*t about the customers. I decided to try the Liberty burger, while my wife was a traitor, and decided to try the chicken sandwich. I thought the burger was okay. It isn't fair for Liberty that I still had fond memories of the wagyu burger that I had the day before at another restaurant. I love the combo of my ahi with slaw and their wasabi mayo. It made for a tasty combo. My son's frito pie burger is what you might think if you've had frito pie before; he hadn't but liked the flavor combo. Meals don't come with sides, so fries or whatever else you like with your burgers must be order separately. We ordered sweet potato fries. Our service was quick and accurate.
