Literally my favorite boba place ever! I also love their food, 10/10 recommend! I go there so much I have never had a bad experience!

EVERYTIME I come to this place it is such a long wait and the staff is unorganized. I have tried calling ahead. I have tried calling and paying ahead. I have tried coming during non busy hours. I really like this place and have tried so hard to be patient but this is literally the 6th time coming and I have been disappointed with the wait times. Compared to the other T4 around the Bay Area, this location is not that great. The flavor is not consistent, which is the whole reason why I like T4 over other milk tea franchises. The boba is also a lot harder than the other locations. I also asked for small boba, they gave me regular sized boba. My dad also asked for small boba, and they gave him half a scoop of boba and charged full price. We pointed this out to the lady at the register and she said oh sorry we don't have small boba and didn't want to fix the little amount of boba they provided in my dad's drink. I wanted to treat my daughter to a nice refreshing beverage after her dance class today. We were greeted when we walked in and another lady right behind me. I stepped aside to let her order and two other men that seemed to be regulars there. No big deal I wasn't ready to order yet. I place my order for two drinks and an order of fries for my kiddo. Two more people walk in after me. Somehow my fries order came out and called but no drinks yet. The three people before me got there order. I'm like ok cool ours will be next. Right? How is it that the two people who came in after me and ordered after me got their drinks before me???? I kinna just stood there with my toddler who was about ready to have a melt down. I kindly asked her if our drink order got skipped? She said oh no he's making them right now. I get it maybe you are short staffed and I didn't even mind waiting but to have people who came in after me and got their drinks before me seemed a little unfair. Looks like my another five minute rant is not clear enough to the owner. Let me try this. 1. The big sign says "Open" 2. The small sign that is lost in other flyers is very hard to notice. And, we - and another two customers with their kids - came to know about it *after* fifteen minutes of waiting when the other lady pointed it out. We were all under impression that your ladies were doing some clean up before letting the customers in as the sign says "Open". 3. When you know there are customers waiting at the door, the least you could do is wave that you are closed. Which in my opinion is not hard to do. Here, your ladies didnt bother to even look at the door even though they know - the remaining customer waiting inside mentioned to them multiple times that people are waiting outside - that we are there. 4. Sure, next time, we look at online for hours even though we were shopping nearby and other apps before coming to the door. OR go to another boba place. 5. Nevertheless, happy thanksgiving! =============================== 3:30 pm on Wednesday. Sign says open. Two ladies working fiercely with another customer waiting. BUT doors are locked. We tried knocking. We just waited with another customer- five of us. Ladies never - not even a single moment made any effort to pay attention to those waiting outside. Very hard not to notice us. I know they did notice us but didn't care to respond. For the whole fifteen - yes fifteen as kids want boba at any cost - minutes. Eventually another lady came out saying they are closed pointing to another small sign. To her credit she apologized but I couldn't get over the fact that they ignored customers waiting outside. Like most days, I was too lazy to cook and my fridge was looking kind of empty. This is what often leads me to my favorite activity, Yelping! While I was browsing through the app I noticed something new in town. They finally opened a T4 in Livermore. This shocking discovery brought more elation than one should feel about a milk tea shop. I even questioned myself for being so excessively excited. T4 has literally changed my life, so much so that I can no longer drink milk tea from their inferior competitors (i.e. Quickly, Tapioca Express, other random pop-up shops). During my visit today, the first thing I noticed was how spacious and clean it was inside (check out the video I uploaded!). There was enough seating to accommodate 32 customers, more if you factor in small children. Unlike other locations, they have beautiful composite wood flooring instead of white tiles that highlight black streaks of dirt. The layout was thoughtfully planned and designed to fit the flow of customers. I'm used to feeling like a sardine crammed into a small tin when I drop by. At the Dublin location, a traffic jam between the waiting area and the cash register is inevitable. There simply isn't enough space and you end up standing uncomfortably close to other customers. The signage at the Livermore location was well organized and visually appealing. They weren't randomly arranged to where you would have to look up, down, left and right to see what's new. My bill rang up to be $6.12 for basil popcorn chicken and a regular sized milk tea with pearls. The staff were incredibly friendly and I got a chance to meet the owner on my first trip. It's great to see an employer who contributes to operations, as opposed to being a non-present overseer. It looks like he is an active Yelper as well and pays attention to customer feedback (this is rare!). Before stepping out the door, I asked them to please not turn into the Dublin location because that would be tragic :) Bonus tip: They accept stamp cards from the Dublin location too! read more

I bought four Boba drinks all large. When it was finished I had 1 large and 3 regular sized drinks. I came back inside to tell one of the employees that not only were the sizes wrong but two of the drinks were wrong completely. The lady said we tell you to check the screen to make sure everything is correct before we make the drinks. I completely understand that and that is my fault. If you do your job so well and know everything why did I get 1 large and 3 regular sizes? 2 of which was supposed to be milk tea not just regular. So I went ahead and paid for 2 more large sized drinks because I guess as a customer I was wrong and this place doesn't care about a customer just about the money! This will be the last time I ever come to this place, I will bash you on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc etc.)!!!!! read more

Got my order super wrong. They couldn't comprehend me at all apparently. I ordered 4 large lychee smoothies, 3 with aloe and one with boba and 1 regular with boba and what did I get?......... 4 regular w/ lychee and boba..... I told the lady my order again and blinked her eye like she didn't understand me and said you ordered 4 regular...... Ummmm I could've sworn I told you more then once girl. Smh.... Stupid. read more

Love this location!!! They keep it extremely clean.. spotless really. Customer service is good. Very nice people. Shop is family run and you can tell they take pride in their shop. I love T4. Highly recommend this location over others... definitely a returning customer!! Just a suggestion, but maybe add shaved ice to your menu too!! read more

Best boba place I have EVER been to. I'd I've been to my fair share in the Bay Area. Funfetti and fruity pebbles are a must try. Yummy spicy garlic fries and their popcorn chicken and wings are the crunchiest/most flavorful I have had anywhere. It's nice to see a solid boba shop setting root in Livermore. And I gotta say, love the decor and cleanliness of this place! I also love all of the games they leave out for their customers ... are those super duper large Uno cards?! :) You can't really go wrong with any of the drinks at T4, but I especially enjoy any of the Royal Tea ones. My favorite place to come for bubble tea! I love the taro smoothie and also the avocado one. I also love that you can customize your drinks by letting them know how much ice or boba you want in it. And I super love that they are open late because during the summer I often want something sweet and cool at night! We have tried tried the fried tofu and fried calamari. They are both pretty good, but wish they didn't have the same batter for both. This place appears to be a good hang out for the younger crowds. I always see teens hanging out here with their friends, but also quite a few families. There's free wifi here, board games on the counter to use, air conditioning, music, and great drinks and snacks so it's no surprise it's a place people like to hang out at. read more

Yay finally a great boba place in town! Pros: quality, cleanliness; Cons: a bit small perhaps? Drinks: We ordered Thai tea with pearls and Jasmine tea with coconut jelly -- 30% sugar on both. They were delicious. The boba had a great texture, seemed fresh. Jasmine tea had good flavor. Would probably go with 50% sugar next time. Will also come back to try some of their snacks! Atmosphere: Lots of comfy chairs and tables for hanging out -- although they were all full when we arrived. :( There were even some board games! In general, I really liked how clean and modern it feels -- unlike a lot of bubble tea places I see. Value: It's around $3-4 a drink for a regular size -- standard bubble tea prices. My daughter just celebrated her birthday and we ordered food from T4 for her party. We already had pizza ordered for the kids. But I wanted to serve something different for the adults. I first tried calling but the store was very busy. I emailed them my inquiry and Dan responded within a few hours. He was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He even delivered the food to our party nearby. I ordered popcorn chicken, chicken wings, calamari, and lobster balls. It was a hit! Everyone loved it. Stopped in to get a drink today. Thought it was weird that all the doors were open. Supposed to be 114 degrees today. It was already 103. Despite current heat advisories the owner Jimmy said the air conditioning was broken and it wasn't his problem. The employees were red-faced and sweating. One of them said they were dizzy and sat down. I left without ordering. Cops pulled up as I was leaving. Hope they can talk some sense into this man. Not worth risking the lives of your employees for a few orders. Be responsible enough to say "we're closed due to unfortunate events with our air conditioner, and have closed out of concern for our staff and food safety". Your customers would understand and respect that decision. But staying open with no AC and having a complete disregard for your staff and customers is dangerous. A few portable fans moving around 114 degree hot air is not a solution. Absolutely deplorable. read more

The best T4 by far!!!!! I actually can't go to any other one now!!! They also have fresh boba and they serve a lot!!! I LOVE the Coconut Milk Tea!! Not available in Dublin! It's not adding Coconut Milk it's different so be careful when ordering! I can't get enough of it! Our first time to try T4. I got taro smoothie and lobster balls, husby got thai milk tea and takoyaki and daughter got strawberry lemonade smoothie and egg puffs. Everything was good. The boba was the best part. We'll be coming back for sure since it's just a few stores away from my daughter's dance studio. We're so glad they opened one so close to our place. Are these the nicest tea people in Livermore? I think so. I have made it my mission to try all the flavors here. Today, I started with an Earl Gray milk tea (delicious! Not too floral- sometimes it's a little like drinking soap- but this one is perfect, if you like a mild Earl Gray). And I split the egg rolls with my daughter after the manager carefully looked up the ingredients for us- so if you have an allergy, fear not- they will take care of you here. The egg rolls are wonderful! So fresh. So delicious. And not too greasy- they are addictive. I'm trying to figure out how soon I can manage to get over there to have them again. On my way out, I tried the Okinawa tea- it's a brown sugar tea, with maple notes. I had mine at 80% sweet, which was sweet enough to be decadent, but not so sweet I felt guilty :-) I can't wait to try the other flavors! How lucky we are in Livermore to have this place. read more

My wife and I love this place!!! The owner, Daniel and his family are very friendly and check in on how your overall experience is when visiting. They make your drink specifically to your liking which is huge for us because we like our drinks less sweet than you find at alot of bobba tea places.
