We ordered two Chicken Teriyaki bowls and one spicy Teriyaki bowl. Meat was tender and flavor was good. As others have mentioned the spicy IS spicy. I enjoyed my meal, and every thing tasted fresh. Had a bad experience here! Was new to this place, gave it a try so we walked in and ordered over $100 worth of food togo. We even gave a 20% tip, and signed the tablet receipt. The cashier girl told us the food would be ready in 20 minutes so we went for a walk. After 19 minutes, we returned and saw that the cashier girl was bring out a bunch of togo containers to a large table of people sitting outside. At first, I thought it was funny that they were serving togo containers to people dining in but then I wondered why they would have gotten their food before us when that large group of people wasn't there when we were ordering or after we went on a short walk. After the cashier girl returned inside, I noticed she recognized us and i felt like everything finally clicked in for her. She went back out the door and brought some of our togo containers back in and even one of the customer from that outside table helped her bring the other containers in as well. We asked her what happened and she thought those orders were for those folks outside?! She mentioned that the mixup might have been caused by a delivery person who was upset at her just earlier because delivery of his was wrong. I'm not sure how tf that was connected to us?! We also wondered and ask if anyone outside had opened our food container/s?! She said no, yeah right of course she will say no! Love their teriyaki family bowl. Food is fresh and tasty. I usually get two big family bowls of variety items. Love the teriyaki beef and the fries rice. So much less greasier than Panda Express. Wanted to try a different yet simple lunch spot so we came across Teriyaki Madness. Not very far from the outlets, they're literally across the parking lot. Decent priced for 2 meals & 2 drinks. I don't want to sound so lame by saying it's a basic meal for a bowl but it was delicious & they just open not so long ago when we went. Clean bathroom too. Good customer service. Wandered in here looking for something new and stumbled into an event they were having, they had great business! The atmosphere is very welcome and clearly fast service (what I was looking for) and the employee who greeted me and took me through the menu was super friendly and helpful. The menu is nice and straightforward, an easy way to get veggies, protein, and rice or noodles. You can hear everything being prepared fresh, and the service here is snappy with hustle - it's well-staffed. They have typical fountain drinks and tea, and a convenient pickup shelf that is well-labelled. Loving everything about this so far, including the app with rewards and easy order-ahead. Chicken in both bowls was extremely overcooked. It was tough to chew and had the texture of jerky. I ordered greens with double protein in my bowl, but the bowl ended up half-filled with water from the vegetables, which made it seem like the veggies weren't properly strained before being added. This spot was amazing. I ordered the spicy teriyaki bowl with noodles and veggies and the portions easily feed two people. Also the chicken is Zabhia hand slaughtered halal. The taste was amazing and fresh and they cook it fresh to order which is nice and it doesn't take that long either my order was out in less than 10 minutes. This place is incredible! Such a great choice for a quick and easy balanced meal that is fresh and tastes amazing. All their ingredients are so fresh and my meal is always so hot when I receive it. Everything is cooked to perfection. This is a family run business as well who is completely dedicated to their customer service and well being. You can tell by how their treat their customers with such respect, kindness, and effort that they are truly dedicated to producing a good product and making people happy. I accidentally dropped my lunch one day after receiving it and they quickly made me an entire new one, no charge. They didn't have to do that, but they did and with no hesitation.
