I wish they had a self ordering system because the girl that took my order messed it up, both mines and my friends order afterwards. Possibly due to the music level or just overheard something different. The quality of the burger was NEXT LEVEL. Easily one of the best burgers I've had, top 10? Top two for sure in the east bay. The garlic fries were seasoned with heavy parmasan and garlic, very satisfying. They also have local brewed Beer on tap.

Juicy, flavorful, and cooked right at that perfect medium where it still had a nice tenderness without feeling underdone. The ingredients tasted fresh, and everything came together really well without being overly greasy. The russet fries were a solid side. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Nothing overly fancy, but they did the job and paired well with the burger. Portion sizes were satisfying and left me full without feeling overly heavy. Service was friendly and the food came out at a reasonable pace, which made the overall experience easy and enjoyable. The spot has a laid-back vibe that works well whether you're grabbing a quick bite or just hanging out. Overall, Great burger, solid fries, and a place I'd come back to when I'm in the area.

I went with a beef & lamb gyro bowl with my choice of fixins'. You also get a choice of hummus, and can choose up to three kinds. I forgot what kind of hummus it was, but the green one was my favorite! Also, the gyro was super flavorful! I devoured this bowl, and would love to be back again! The service was great as well!

The staff are all super friendly and the whole setup is straightforward as you pick a pita, wrap, or bowl and then load it up with whatever you like, just like building your own burrito or bowl at Chipotle. No matter which base you choose, be prepared for a huge portion of food; I went with a wrap and the final result was massive (as you can see in my photo). What really stands out is the sheer number of options, with plenty of options for greens, rice, proteins, different hummus flavors, toppings, and sauces that really allow you to mix and match into what feels like an endless number of combinations. I chose the beef and lamb gyro, which was a bit on the dry side (it seemed like it might have been pre-sliced and reheated rather than off an active spit), but the freshness and customization of all the add-ons still made the overall meal feel lighter and a bit healthier, at least in spirit, if not in portion size. For the amount of food you get, the value is definitely there, and I'd recommend adding a drink to your order. They offer several scratch-made lemonades (the ginger turmeric, pomegranate and jalapeño cucumber options were all unique, excellent and really refreshing) and the fountain includes some premium options like artisan cream soda instead of just the usual basic sodas. All in all, it's probably a 3.5 star experience for me on the food alone, but I'm more than happy to round up thanks to the welcoming staff, generous portions, and surprisingly robust beverage options.

If I remember correctly, we had a reservation and arrived early as well. They sat us down once we were all there since there was no wait. My partner and I opted for the classic set which had 2 soup bases, 3 meats, 3 sides, 2 rice/noodle, and a veggie platter. I opted for the Yuzu Shio, while my partner got the Sukiyaki. I loved my broth! Again the meats, despite being from their most basic set meats was so good. You can definitely tell the difference in quality. I was scared this wasn't gonna be enough, but it was plenty! We were so full by the end. Again, I totally get the Mumu hot pot hype. I will be back LOL

The wait on a Friday night was a bit longer than expected than what was shown when we first joined the waitlist. Service here is fast though! We did get seated by the kitchen, so it was a bit hectic with staff constantly rushing behind us. We got the premium set and the meat quality was great. The vegetable platter that came with the set had a nice variety of fresh veggies. We ordered udon noodles but what we got was broken up pieces of frozen noodles that looked only to be half a serving. Other than that we still enjoyed our meal and were both stuffed. Personally I'd choose the Emeryville location over this one just because it's bigger and you're not sharing a table with other guests as much.

What first seemed like just another stop near the outlets turned into a hidden culinary gem I can't believe I had missed all this time. I walked in curious, simply wanting to see what was new, but from the very first moment, I knew this place was different. The warm atmosphere, the inviting aroma of freshly prepared dishes, and the subtle hum of happy conversations created a space that felt both vibrant and comforting. The food? Absolutely memorable. Every dish tasted thoughtfully crafted, with fresh ingredients that spoke for themselves. You can taste the quality nothing feels rushed or ordinary. The flavors are rich yet balanced, authentic yet approachable. And the portions are generous, easily perfect for two people to share without feeling overwhelmed. What truly elevated the experience was the hospitality. Our host, Ali, welcomed me with such genuine warmth that I felt instantly at ease. From the beginning, he made sure everything was perfect, offering recommendations and checking in with sincere care. That level of attentiveness transforms a good meal into a great experience. Lavash isn't just another restaurant near a shopping center ،it's a destination in itself. A place where fresh food, generous portions, warm service, and a beautiful vibe come together effortlessly. Highly, highly recommended. I'll definitely be back and next time, it won't take me so long to rediscover this hidden gem.

We were started off with a huge round flatbread (which ironically was not lavash) paired with a tasty condiment made of chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and vinegar. A highlight dish for me was the Appetizer Combination Platter, which came with four dolmas topped with pomegranate dressing, creamy hummus, tabbouleh, and babaghanoush (grilled eggplant with caramelized onion), all of which went together nicely with the flatbread. From the entrees, the Lavash Plate for two came with a skewer each of filet mignon, chicken, and koubideh (ground beef), each of which was juicy and nicely grilled but tasted underseasoned. The platter also came with sumac onions, grilled tomato, and grilled peppers, along with sides of saffron rice and Greek salad. Next, the Pomegranate Chicken was a roasted chicken quarter in a sweet and tangy pomegranate sauce, served with mashed potatoes, broccoli, and carrots. The most unique part of this dish was the pomegranate sauce, which gave a nice caramelization and flavor to the tender chicken. Finally, the Ghormeh Sabzi was a stew of lean beef chunks in a mixture of chopped herbs (scallions, parsley, chives) and red kidney beans. The stew had a bitter flavor from the herbs and a slight sour flavor from dried lime, but overall, the dish was bland, underseasoned, and a bit of a let down. Overall, the food here was mixed--some dishes (the appetizer combo and pomegranate chicken) were tasty, while others (the kebabs and the ghormeh sabzi) were just underseasoned and underwhelming in flavor.
