This place is amazing! We ordered through Uber Eats and the cookies still arrived warm. The chocolate chip cookie was honestly one of the best I've ever had -perfectly soft, gooey, and full of chocolate. The lemon cookie was also really good with a fresh bright flavor. Highly recommend!

I dream about these cookies. There is nothing like it. The chocolate chip and walnut are and will always be my favorite.

I came here one night because I really wanted to try their new carrot cake cookie here. As there aren't many seats in the shop, it is mostly a grab-and-go place. Service is great as always. And, if you aren't familiar with Levain, they are known for their wonderful walnut and chocolate chip cookies--which we also got. Overall, I thought their carrot cake cookie itself was okay--it fell a bit short of what I expected when I compared it to a carrot cake. But! The cookie itself was good and you can always rely on Levain for a good cookie.

Seriously? Feels, looks, and tastes like a hockey puck.

I decided to pop into this Levain location on Newbury Street since over 3 years ago and they've improved and for the better. Cookies are big to justify the pricey prices but a nice treat once in a while. I might be asking for these cookies for my 30th birthday coming up. Thanks again!

Place was super busy but line moved fast. Cookies come out hot and fresh, many different options.

    Cookies to go!

Those chocolate chip cookies are the BOMB-DIGGITY! Small location on Newbury Street but so worth the time to pick up some last minute cookies for dessert. Smells heavenly. Respectfully Reviewed.

Disclaimer! I love levain bakery!! Their cookies are SO good! It was a dream come true when they announced they were opening a spot in Boston because I could finally try a fresh one! I've had the frozen ones from Whole Foods and an ex had even sent me levain cookies in the mail once to try to win me back. Not necessary now that we have what, TWO locations in Boston?? Anyways, I went to this location as I do (I find the cookies to be a little fresher than the one in Seaport, although I've only been to that one once). I was interested in their summer collab with a local ice cream company, and in Boston's case this was JP Licks, which is well known in the area. I got the original cookie (delicious) with vanilla ice cream. You didn't have a choice on the flavor, which was honestly a bummer because I would've gotten chocolate. Oh well. It was still very delicious though. They got it to me fast, the line wasn't long when I got there, although it started to fill in as I was leaving. They didn't have their outdoor tables set up yet, so we couldn't really enjoy it outside, so we snuck onto their neighbors'- Ben and Jerry's- and ate there. I don't respect Ben and Jerry's so i was morally okay with it.

Levain is famous for their huge cookies hailing from NYC! I was visiting Boston when I stopped by and head to grab some cookies after my dinner nearby. The smell of all the cookies when you walk in is so welcoming and they have a good selection to choose from. I went for the oatmeal raisin and coconut caramel chocolate chip cookies and both of them were amazing! The cookies are easily shareable and are quite filling if you eat one by yourself. The oatmeal raising was my favorite of the two. Both were dense and filled to the brim with raisins and chocolate and coconut. They were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside! Service was friendly and quick and I had my cookies as soon as I paid. If you are in the area and love cookies, you definitely have to stop by!

Came here 4 months ago. I said it was the best cookie I ever had. Visiting Boston again. Went back to have an afternoon espresso and a cookie. Today they had something called a Rocky Road cookie. Well holy you know what. Simply ridiculous. It's seasonal so get down there and try this out

Man I love Levain! Beautiful aesthetic and amazing location! The line was long, but it moved fast and the service was quick. I tried the Two Chip Chocolate Chip Cookie and Chocolate Chip Brioche. Both were 10/10 for me and I will be back for more. The cookie and the pastry were warm and soft but the Brioche was definitely the star of the show. They also have really cool merch but it was bit too expensive in my opinion. Lastly, the space inside the bakery is limited with standing room only but plenty of outdoor seating. Perfect for evenings in summer season!

I nearly had whiplash when walking down Newberry Street and seeing Levain Bakery. I know them from NYC and this is my sister's favorite east coast bakery (like she has shipped their cookies to Milwaukee). I stopped in for a chocolate chip walnut cookie on day 1 in Boston and stopped back in this morning prior to going to the airport to get some as a thank you to my sister for watching our cat. We got a variety including their seasonal lemon cookie. The cookies are large, easily shareable or save the half for yourself later. The packaging of our four pack was beautiful. Interestingly enough, TSA did have me open the box of cookies and looked through them before allowing me to leave with them. That was a first! Definitely recommend these cookies if you're near a Levain Bakery or thinking spending the dough to ship them to you or a friend.

Originated in NYC, this cookie place has been all the rage on social media and was one of the spots in To All the Boys: Always and Forever. The aesthetic is super cute and I loved the mural of the neighborhood. People working there were pretty nice. We went on a Tuesday afternoon- the patio outside was full but no line when we went in. I went classic with the two chip chocolate chip cookie. My other half ate the lemon cookie. The cookies themselves are so huge I think sharing one would be the way to go. He thought the lemon cookie was very good but tbh he's not hard to please. Personally I really did not like the cookie consistency at all - didn't even finish it. Super crunchy overdone on the outside and basically dough on the inside. A bit like a cookie ball that was flattened just a bit. I'm glad I tried it but I think homemade cookies are much better

I had ordered for pickup for a designated time, however finished my meetings sooner than expected and so arrived there around an hour early and asked if they could prepare the food at that time and they very kindly did. It was a 15-20 minute wait but that was totally fine! The space is cozy and quite crowded as always. Like that they added the extra doorway for winter to keep the inside warm. I ordered the chicken & vegetable soup - I think Tatte's version might be my favorite chicken soup - it's just right with the mix of tender chicken, veggies and has white beans- mild flavors- yummy!! I want to try and recreate it at home one day. The chicken pita sandwich is another favorite- really hearty with plenty of chicken and love the cucumbers and tomatoes and the sauce - perfect! I also ordered the salmon dish with the seasonal veggies- the crust was so crispy - it felt like the skin but didn't look like it very curious! Lots of food - had enough for leftovers for another lunch!!

The meal options are all on laminated pages instead of on a big board, but they did have a lot of good options. We started with regular drip coffee which was ready quickly and we could sweeten to our liking. We tried the house breakfast which was two eggs any style (got them fluffy and scrambled), crispy bacon, cheesy potato fritters with tomato jam (similar to ketchup), and sourdough bread (we asked for butter) it was all very filling and some nice spins on a traditional breakfast. The bakery selection is out of this world - from breakfast pastries to delicately crafted desserts. The cinnamon and pecan rose was just like the center of a cinnamon bun, which was fantastic. It was big enough for two people to indulge without overdoing it. There weren't a lot of outlets, so not ideal for long term laptop use, but the food came quickly, it wasn't too loud even with a ton of people coming in and out. The prices were reasonable, and everything tasted amazing.

There is a wide variety all with great offerings, and a few snack and drink places and a bar. It is a very nice and huge facility, so stylish. The ambiance is great. Unfortunately there is a not a clear online menu that is up to date with all the restaurants and their individual menus on the main Time Out Market website. You have to go into each restaurant and look at their online ordering POS to get to the menu. It was hard to decide what to eat because I could not look at all the options all at once, i had to walk around and look at the individual restaurant menus one at a time. I ended up choosing the Italian food place POE-lenta. I had a very tasty Creamy Chicken Rigatoni. It came with spicy crushed red pepper and grilled lemon as well. It was a good choice and was enjoyable. I did not finish all the chicken but it was pretty good. I also ordered a very yummy mocktail from the bar. I got a Coco Pom, which the bartender described as kind of a pina colada without the rum and with a pomegranate twist. It was really good, I drank it all. They also have convenient cups and a water tap to fill your water by the the two bars. The restroom was huge and very nice, but the stalls are so dark inside, the lighting was so dim I could not really see anything. I think the building should really work on those light levels. There was some appearance of construction ongoing in the hallway to the restrooms. Time Out is a great place to stop and spend some time, with great food, drinks, and atmosphere. It looked like there was also a stage and large projection screen for events.
