    Brisket Breakfast

The vibe of this place was very quaint. Perfect for a breakfast for two. Coffee catch up with the girlies. I love local food spots that offer up great food with a side of Texas hospitality. The French toast was very savory and sweet. The bread was chef's kiss. Avocado toast was perfectly seasoned.

We were in Killeen and about to head to a chain restaurant for breakfast. We decided to look for something local and I'm so glad we did. Let's Eat Texas is right in downtown in the middle of the revitalization area. They are farm to table and the environment is so cool. There is an open kitchen so you can see the food being made. We had the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito and both were great. The larger plates looked very good but we weren't very hungry today. Our server, Beth, was wonderful. We will be back.

This is such a hidden gem in Killeen! Great service, delicious farm-to-table food, and adorable interior. I randomly looked up places in the area and found this one and was not disappointed! Great prices too!

The food is amazing and I would highly recommend it, the inside of the restaurant has some comforting style interior and and open kitchen.

I got the veggie breakfast skillet and it was pretty good, and the staff were kind and attentive - I was very happy with my breakfast experience. :)

Not a good place to visit. I waited and waited for a table. My party of five just left without eating.

They said they could gladly make it and with the best resource of vegan cheese places use, Daiya cheese. After ordering for pick up, I went over there and noticed it was a family ran business and interior was nicely put together. They owner it seemed like was very nice, asked for a military discount wasn't available but was very nice to take the fries off my order. Carrying the 2 orders of pizzas and fries they seemed light. To found out the pizzas were pretty small, individual size, our fault partly not knowing what size it was. The flavor was good but you aren't going to find the resemblance in a regular pizza. The baked fries were defiantly a hit! Fresh, unlike anywhere you'll find. Overall a bit pricey but that is the cost of natural organic food. Pizza was ok but the fries what made this place stand out.

We learned about some awesome dishes, and even got to eat the dishes as they were served to us personally as if dining in a restaurant. Recently, the second time I hired Tye was after having my baby. I definitely needed some extra help in the kitchen and Tye was awesome! She gave me more super helpful cooking tips- this time showing me healthy options to feed my family. She made three scrumptious meals all of which were easy recipes that I could reproduce by myself. (She gave me copies of the recipes too!) I'm a bit of a germaphobe and I was impressed at how clean Tye kept everything while cooking. Her methods of cooking defiantly put me at ease appreciating her food even more! They describe it as a "recreational" cooking class, which means there is some light cooking involved but they've done a lot of the heavy lifting which takes the stress out of the experience and maximizes enjoyment. There were about 15 people total in the class. It's BYOB and they give you all the recipes after. We attended the New American Mediterranean class. Menu items included strawberry gazpacho, an arugula salad, carrot hummus, lovely grilled chicken marinated in Mediterranean spices, and berry ricotta tarts for dessert. Each item was more epic than the last. My girlfriend and I agreed that this was the best meal we've had in a long time. Absolutely delicious! We can't wait to try some of the recipes at home, and attend another cooking class (possibly the Italian one!) soon.
