Menu items included strawberry gazpacho, an arugula salad, carrot hummus, lovely grilled chicken marinated in Mediterranean spices, and berry ricotta tarts for dessert. Each item was more epic than the last. My girlfriend and I agreed that this was the best meal we've had in a long time. Absolutely delicious! We can't wait to try some of the recipes at home, and attend another cooking class (possibly the Italian one!) soon.

I was surprised to see the Trophy Shop was no longer in business. Though we thought what the heck. We could try it out when we finished next door for lunch. It was amazing. The only thing to note is that a lot of dishes don't come with sides automatically. If you want eggs, bacon, etc., you'll have to add them separately.
