Absolutely fantastic. Amazing price for such quality cheese. We went in to have a snack and we expected no more than some cheese and crackers for the price but were brought a charcuterie board that I would have thought cost 3X what we paid. The staff are also very helpful and made excellent suggestions when we were picking our cheeses. read more

Amazing! This place never disappoints. I came for a Valentine's Day special they had, and it was awesome! Appatizer had good flavor and was a fresh combination of cheese, vinaigrette and fresh strawberries. Very nice board was prepared, each cheese was paired nicely with a wine and delicious macaroon. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on cheese and wine pairings and they do a good job of servicing tables quickly. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! read more

Cute date night or girls night out. Delicious meat and cheese. I would have preferred more meat to come on the board to portion it out with the cheese but everything we had was tasty. The people working were friendly and helpful. read more

Cute place located in downtown Fullerton! They serve fresh charcuterie boards with your choice of select cheeses and/or meats (extra if you want meat). Bread, crackers, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, pistachios, dried apricots, fig jam, bread, crackers, grapes, craisins, and seasoned nuts come with your choice of cheese. They also have select varieties of wine and sparkling beer which pair great with the meal. Outdoor and indoor dining is available. Make sure you call ahead if you are planning to go with a large group so you can have tables and they can prepare your charcuterie. Outdoor seating is super nice. It is picnic table style with shading from the sun. My friend and I had a great time hanging out and also celebrating my birthday. read more

I had been meaning to come here for some time and let me say it did not disappoint. I had heard of this place from one of my neighbors Nick aka "Creature". He had told me that his cousin had opened a wine and cheese shop and I should check it out. I was meandering Fullerton this weekend and finally made it in. We walked in and saw all the fridges with the multiple cheeses, we made our way to the back patio which was a really lovely place to sit. Secluded and off of Commonwealth you did not need to see the encroaching foot traffic of a Saturday night. I saw two friends finishing up next to us and I asked for a recommendation. They started with salads which both looked really good, but they told me to go with The Emily. it is a piece of Fromage d'affinois, that was bruleed. It was a really nice mix between savory and sweet served with apples and crackers. I had never had anything like it. They have a selection of premade boards, but also allow you to make your own board. I wanted to be adventurous being my first time, so I went with the connoisseur board. Now you'll have to forgive me because I don't remember every cheese that was there but there was a lovely habanero cheese that had heat in all the right ways. A lavender cheese that was lovely aromatic and floral. Everything on that board was exquisite. It was also paired with bread, crackers, assorted fruits, and nuts. I was blown away being my first time ordering a cheese board! I am already trying to figure out when I can go back. They also do all their boards to go so this will be the center piece of my next gathering! read more

It was a really nice experience dining here. Me & my friend came by for a quick bite and loved the cheese selection, there were also sandwiches but we weren't that hungry. The brie & goat cheese bites were warm, flaky and a bit on the sweeter side. Giselle helped us out today and was super knowledgable about the cheese selection and let us taste them as well! After our meal I bought their homemade black truffle mustard because it was so good! I will definitely be back. read more

Quaint bistro with small bites, and a small selection of wines (about six reds and six whites available. Tasting flight (3 qty) is $20; $10 during happy hour. All bottles are fairly inexpensive - I think under and $50. Small selection of beers - 5 qty (?); not super exciting according to the beer person I was with. Significant improvement opportunity - the red wine is not kept in a wine fridge, so it approx the temperature of the restaurant - during my visit, the restaurant was about 66-68° with the back patio door open (comfortable)- I think the wine that we selected was closer to 78°. I asked if they would put it on ice - after about 15 minutes the wine started to get to at least 70°. Ordered prosciutto flat bread, which was delicious, but slightly small for $15. read more

One of my favorite spots for lunch! If you are a cheese lover, this place is a must try. If you're not a cheese lover, you should still check it out. Let It Brie is a cozy little spot with a new outdoor patio section. Come for the delicious paninis and salads, or order a cheese board to go! I have tried every panini and salad on the menu and I can't decide on a favorite! You won't typically find me ordering a salad anywhere, but this place is an exception! The well crafted and filling salads are all so delicious. While the salads are quite amazing, the paninis are where it's at for me. Each panini is perfectly toasted and comes with a small Signature Salad, which is a Greek Salad. I personally do not like cucumbers or olives, yet I can't seem to help myself from taking a couple bites of the refreshing Greek salad. Okay, back to the paninis. If I had to pick one to suggest for a first timer, it would be the Honey Berry Jam'brie! Or maybe the Archie! Actually I think I would say Granny's Got The Blues! Okay, so maybe just go with what sounds best to you because they really are all delicious. Last but not least: be sure to call 30min ahead and have them start a Baked Brie! My girlfriend and I order this every time we go. If you forget to call ahead, and don't want to wait, the Brie Bites are also very good! Note: I am alcohol-free and do not drink wine. However, I assume the wine selection here is also top notch as on a couple of occasions I have seen wine brokers meeting with the owner(?). read more

Super cute place that I love!! Have been here twice now, once pre-COVID and once after. Both times were super enjoyable and def recommend this place for a cute date spot or just to enjoy some wine and cheese! Their cheeseboards are fairly priced, delicious and arranged beautifully! They have a good selection of wine and their bottle prices are reasonable as well! Everyone who works here is super friendly and knowledgeable about the cheese and wine options and always a great experience here. We came on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate my bday and sat out in their cute patio area - there was live music, which was so chill and created the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the wine, cheese and all the assorted goodies that come with it. Some of my favorite things have been the balsamic fig jam and the aged gouda - YUM. Highly recommend Let It Brie - parking is really easy and they have a great outdoor patio right now. They also offer salads and sandwiches if you want something a bit heartier than a cheeseboard. read more

What a great establishment! Their charcuterie boards are amazing! They have the very best vegan cheese I've ever had! Amazing service...

We ordered "the Offering" that serves 4 people, and ordered extra meat to accommodate 6 people to celebrate my friend's birthday. While they were out of the Spanish chorizo and the salami due to a high number of customers for Easter weekend, they still served us the with the prosciutto in such pretty flowers. We also ordered an extra plate of crackers and bread because we had some meat left over. The bites were also good with the melted cheese and crispy, flaky dough complimenting each other. There wasn't much room inside for seating a bigger group, but they had longer tables at the patio out back. We did ask the heater to be turned on as it got chillier at night and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely want to go back to try the other meats and the sandwiches. read more

What a great idea! Their cheese boards are fantastic and priced fairly. We got the 3 item cheese plate with a meat and it was perfect to share for 3 people. Our server helped us choose which cheeses to go with and they were all great. My only complaint is that their wine selection is fairly limited, but I suppose that isn't their speciality. Also, they have a shared outdoor dining area! read more

This place was recommended to me by a coworker and the board was okay. The fruit wasn't the freshest as you could visible see that a grape that was on the board had been eaten by some kind of bug because there was a hole in it. I also wish more cheese and meat was added for the price you're paying; the bread took up a good portion of the platter. As far as the service it was not so great. I placed an online advance order for pick up at 11:15am and had my friend near by pick it up for my birthday party. When she arrived the workers were rude to her from the start and told her that pick up for the order wasn't till 11:45am and that the board hadn't even been started yet so she would have to wait, even though I had sent her the confirmation for pick up at 11:15am. I rarely leave reviews but im disappointed by the staff and service which caused delays for the event. read more

The boards are GREAT. It's the service that needs improvement. Management should step up and hire mature folks. I've been here 3 times and I always notice the workers are always chit-chatting behind the counter. I've had to call them over for service and always need to remind them for the water refill. They don't really check up on you. Heck sometimes I feel they get bothered when you interrupt them. Like I said the Soups, Sandwiches and Boards are great. Just be ready to deal with the service. read more

6 stars!! Chris Montes was SO AWESOME! The spread we had and customer service was EPIC!!

An absolute treasure right in the heart of downtown Fullerton. I can't believe I didn't try Let it Brie sooner! I came here on a whim a couple of days ago in a party of 6, and we left SO happy! I'm coming back here today to buy some more cheese. I don't even really like cheese but I absolutely adore Let it Brie and all of the cheeses I tried from here. We were just looking for a snack to share so we ordered the three cheese plate with prosciutto and salami meats. It says on the menu that this plate feeds two, but it was enough to feed everyone in my party! Given, we had just come from lunch, but still. The kind staff served us a light smoked cheese, an aged hard Gouda (the star of the show!), and a delicious Brie-style cheese with an abundance of fruits. The entire store smelled like fresh strawberries as they prepared our plate. We loved our plate so much that we ordered some more. We ordered the Emily -- a carmellized brie-style cheese served with apples and crackers, and the baked brie & bites. Let It Brie did it yet again, and both were absolutely delicious. Such a wholesome afternoon meal. But the real treasure here is the staff. Two kind ladies were working during my visit, and both were very attentive and patient with us in explaining what exactly was in each dish and what each cheese was. I appreciated them a ton, and am hoping to see them again in my future trips back! read more

What a great little spot in Downtown Fullerton! My girlfriend and I were looking for a spot to enjoy some wine and charcuterie that was also dog friendly and this was the perfect spot! In addition to being open as a normal cheese and meats shop, they also have outdoor seating in the back if you want to dine in. The staff were all taking COVID precautions and we definitely felt safe during our dining experience there. We got the 2 meat, 2 cheese board, which compared to other charcuterie boards was very reasonably priced. When the board itself came out, it was packed with so many different components! Dried fruits, nuts, fruits, a truffle mustard, fruit jam, etc., a lot of variety to try different combinations and flavor profiles. The cheese and meats were both great recommendations, as we didn't really know which ones to pick. The wine they recommended was also a great pairing with everything. Service was amazing the entire time and they were super attentive even though we were sitting outside. Will definitely be back again! read more

Cheese? Yes. Wine? Yes. Live music? Yes! Have been here a few times and actually have really loved it during COVID. They have expanded into the parking lot with well spaced benches and umbrellas for shade. Occasional Sundays, they have live music out back which is super enjoyable and such great addition to the Fullerton daytime [drinking] scene. Also, the cheeseboards are sooooo good (I mean, you can't go wrong with cheese) and they also have affordable wines to purchase. You can also follow them on Facebook and sign up for SMS to get some great deals. read more

I've been here many times in the past and either with my partner or multiple people to show them how good the place is. Today, I've received the most disappointing service (or non-service I guess) in my 31 years here. I saw that it closes at 5pm on Sundays so after finishing up my chores real quick, we got to the place at 4pm only to find the front door was locked. I was shocked because I checked the time and thought I had mistaken the closing time. We went around the back simply to ask if it had closed already (and if not, we would've ordered something quick to go + with a tip because I've worked food before). Instead, as we came up, two workers (one dark-haired female with a gray shirt and one blonde female with a bandana) were starting to converse. The blonde female said to the dark haired female, "They finally just left." Then she saw us coming down the steps. "Oh, nevermind." Instantly I felt discriminated against and unwelcome, so I grabbed my partner's hand and turned us around to go to Chicana Vegana. I did let her know we wouldn't be returning and to anyone else who values great service, unfortunately this particular worker may need a little more work. I understand if it was a slow day, but that conversation is something that will always stick out in my mind when I now think of Let It Brie. It's a shame because you guys have amazing food. I guess my money will be better spent on other places that are more hospitable and don't make me feel less than. read more

I was looking for something new and fun to try and get a feel for a charcuterie board for Easter. We went on Friday evening around 5 and ordered the $45 Connoisseur Board and added on some meat (half salami and half prosciutto). I didn't choose my 5 cheeses because I liked excitement of someone choosing them for me and I'm so glad I did. The cheeses they choose were amazing, the meat was fresh, and the board was beautiful. The staff was just fun and nice and willing to talk about the boards and cheeses and answer questions we had. Can't wait to go back. read more

I was really disappointed in the board I ordered for New Years. It cost $100 and was really small!! I don't think I'll be back here again. read more

I LOVE cheese shops. I wish there were more of them out there, but I get why there aren't. And that's exactly why I want this place to thrive and endure through the pandemic.. but our last experience wasn't.. great. This was our second time here, both times to go, both times for our annual anniversary picnic. This time, I ordered a WEEK in advance online for pick up on Saturday at 11:45am. My bf got there on the dot, & there was just one other party that was wrapping up their purchase when he arrived. They told him that they were just "finishing" our order: 3 cheese, 2 meat plate with the antipasto salad & a signature panini. The wait ended up being about 20 minutes (so we think they forgot to make our order).. which is already kind of annoying because it defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Then we opened up the plate at home.. & they gave us the wrong meat :( We were super excited to try the chorizo, but they gave us prosciutto. I went to my look at my receipt to double check that I wasn't mistaken, and I was right. The plates aren't cheap.. so we were super bummed that it wasn't what we ordered. Experience aside, everything else was just okay. The signature panini was a little too sweet for our liking, the antipasto salad wasn't bad, and the cheese plate was just okay: one of the cheeses (I think it was OG Kristal) was awesome, the goat cheese was tasty, but the harder, speckled cheese was too strong for our tastebuds. read more

I'm 9 months pregnant and have been really wanting to try this place ever since I saw it was close to my husband's job. Bottom line: Great and friendly service, ok prices, and a good experience. We saw the advertisement for the Raclette cheese special. Raclette is a Swiss mild cheese that is very meaty and renowned in the winter as it ooey, gooey, and delicious. Typically this is served table side using a warming tool to melt over potatoes in real time, or they have grills that you can melt or heat up your own until it is melts. This was not the case here. It came out of the kitchen as it is pictured below in a paper rectangular bowl. Very underwhelming. Good taste, but the presentation looks like a dog's breakfast. We had a grilled cheese and their apple and Brie and those were great and very well presented. They just need to follow suit with the Raclette. We would return. read more

Really great spot in Downtown Fullerton. Great for all occasions, if you want some wine and cheese, a panini, to go charcuterie board for a party, or cheese to go, they have it all. The decor is real nice for a cheese shop, doesn't make you feel like you're in downtown Fullerton so they hit the mark there. The sandwiches are good, the Archie and Signature were delicious. We'll be coming back for cheese and charcuterie to go for sure. I only wish they had or offered wet naps because with the honey and balsamic you have lots of sticky ingredients there so my hands got sticky and had to wet the napkin with the glass of water. That is my only suggestion. read more

Bruh. They handle the cheese and food with their bare hands with me and everyone in line when we'd ask for a specific cut of cheese she'd make a cut and hold it up in her bare hands "like this?"... cheese is already easy to grow bacteria but to handle it with your bare hands is wild. The first time I came here was on a Friday afternoon to have lunch with a friend. Cute little place, not a lot of seating. Glad it wasn't too full when we arrived. We ordered the GOAT sandwich and baked brie to share. We were not let down! The sandwich was mouthwateringly amazing!!! AND the side salad they served with it, a Greek-ish mix with cucumbers, olives, feta, raspberry dressing, and other things, was phenomenal. Our brie came out after we were done with the sandwich, and it was fantastic! Rich, luscious, creamy brie, baked in a buttery pastry crust, with fig jam and balsamic on it. Once we were full we couldn't stop eating it. I especially loved pairing it with the red apples. While I was there I heard somebody ask about their Valentine's Day special going on. We try to avoid going out on V-Day, but it sounded so good that I needed to book it! So I brought my husband back for Valentine's Day. Parking sucked on a Friday night, but we were lucky to score a spot in the lot close to the restaurant. The special was a heart shaped board with 3 meats (we were actually given 4) and 3 cheeses, along with a ton of accompaniments. The highlights for us were the corn nuts, green olives (that were NOT pickled, I hate pickled green olives), the candied pecans, the beets, and and the truffle mustard. My husband really enjoyed it and said he wants to come back to try more of their food, especially the sandwiches. I can't wait to go back and eat more cheese! read more

Went here to try the signature sandwich and Baked Brie Bites - Take and Bake. The signature sandwich is amazing: Brie, fresh pear slices, house made fig jam. Wonderfully gooey and bursting with flavor. Side salad was also really good: olives, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, red onions and feta.
