The service here from the person taking my order to the proprietor (I think) is so friendly and warm. I say sandwich shop because that's how it popped up my radar but really they are like a small café with actual warm entrees available that sound and look amazing. I ordered the roasted chicken sandwich on focaccia bread. And it was so juicy and delicious. The amazing person who I assume is the owner came from outback and let me try some of a custard dessert. Also very tasty. If this place or closer to me, I would come here a lot more often. I can't say enough good things about this place. And I seriously wanna try some other hot entrées. Because it was in the middle of the day, parking was not an issue at all.

The service was very attentive and da guy working wish i remembered his name was really nice about telling me what was good Ordered the 3 quesos tasted kind of like if they put three different kinds of cheeses into an empanada also got the shredded beef one... would recommended to my protein lovers! So flaky! Be careful! Man working also suggested the pork tonkatsu sandwich which was yum dot com as well... Maybe interested in trying a new protein again another hack for my protein lovers Pretty chill inside but I got my stuff to go... had to go see the Michael movie he he Overall I will be back and excited to try more of the menu soon! We loved being able to get a combo of the sausage and meatball mozzarella appetizer to try both. The mix of mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta paired nicely with the meats. The Rosa pasta was creamy and flavorful, though the pasta was slightly overcooked for our preference. The Pasta Gianni had a well-balanced oil-based sauce, and the shrimp and mushrooms added great flavor. Generous portions, great service, and plenty of menu options. We'll definitely be back to try more dishes.

I also appreciate that every table comes with olive oil and vinegar. We ordered the mentai cream pasta and the uni pasta. The mentai pasta was packed with umami and the pasta itself was cooked perfectly al dente. The nori and mushrooms paired really well with the sauce as well. The uni pasta was just as good. The sauce was rich and creamy and the uni on top was fresh and buttery. The meal also comes with complimentary bread and salad. The salad was light and refreshing which helped balance out the richness of the pasta. The bread was simple but great for dipping in olive oil and vinegar. The service is always friendly and efficient. If you're a fan of Japanese Italian fusion, this place is definitely worth a visit. I honestly have nothing bad to say and can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Pastas were oilier than expected. Tight seating; they really packed as many tables in. It was loud and hard to have a conversation unless you were yelling. We were matched up with an excellent server, Victor. We had reservations but they allowed us to be sat at the table while we wait for the rest to come. Victor was great by getting all our drink orders and some bread and butter as we waited. It was perfect timing as our drinks and bread came and shortly after, we were complete. The wait gave us time to chat with Victor and tell him the history of The Old Spaghetti Factory as I have been dining with OSF way before he was even born. He was surprised to learn how things used to be. The restaurant was not as busy for a Sunday. Maybe because of the World Cup game going on at the same time. We placed our orders and from salad to our pasta entrees, everything came out smoothly and prepared exactly how we wanted it. With the exact amount of sauces and not dry. With the right amount of salad dressing. He kept the bread flowing, our drinks constantly filled and he not only had our table of 7, he was taking care of another large party of at least 10 people. He managed both of them well. Our experience here at Fullerton is always on top compared to the Duarte location. What a great way to finish this year's birthday rewards with an experience that is worth writing about.

The best chance of finding parking is parking in the far back and walking towards the restaurant. It'll be crowded even on a random Wednesday night. It always takes a while to be seated, even with reservations. But the service we've gotten from our servers have always been good. We always go for the mizithra pasta here as it's the only Italian place we know that makes this dish. The garlic cheese bread & spumoni ice cream are also a MUST. You can't find spumoni ice cream anywhere else this good, at least in OC. Also, the creamy pesto dressing for the salad. So good.

I came to eat at pasta party a few days ago after telling myself to visit for a long time now. I…read morestill remember the old deli that was there prior to this restaurant and I've seen numerous social media ads and posts about the place so I wanted to check it out. I think I was a little hesitant because in my head I was thinking how good could possibly really be? In my head spaghetti/pasta is something I can make it home and almost thought it a waste of money to go out of my way to go out specifically to eat this dish. I ordered the Arrabiata pasta with the sausage. I'll admit I was a little thrown off by added cost of each tolling and also added cost of the Arrabiata sauce and I also did wait until a fair amount before the food was ready for takeout. But the pasta really blew me away. I'm still thinking about how good it tasted. I would definitely come back and I actually wanna bring my dad who loves spicy pasta like this. It was really that good. I can't think of another place that has this level of pasta let alone this price. The only negative I would say in regards to one of the workers. The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time. Anyways, I'm giving my review of a five star because I wanna see this place succeed and I'll definitely come back .

Our last two visits have both had issues. On our previous order, our pizza literally had a hole in it. We decided to give them another chance today, and it was even worse. I placed an order online, only to have it canceled because they no longer accept orders through that website. Fine, I downloaded the new app and placed the order there instead. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, they told me my pizza had gotten stuck to the pan and they couldn't sell it to me. I asked how long it would take to make another one, and they said they were out of dough... at 12:00 p.m. The most frustrating part is that they had plenty of time to call me or cancel the order through the app before I drove all the way there. Instead, they let me make the trip just to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. It's disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite pizza spots. Based on our recent experiences, I can't recommend it anymore. Don't waste your time here.

The one waitress was on her phone when we walked in and seemed kind of bothered that we were interrupting. The location is kind of small so parties of 4+ might have an issue with seating. They didn't have a sampler "TOUR" like other restaurants, and I decided to go with the Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken, Side Meatballs and side salad. This is when the restaurant started getting busy. The salad arrived was less than to be desired and there was barely any dressing. She then dropped off the Meatballs that were cold and I asked to please send them back. Needless to say I was becoming slightly agitated due to being hungry. Then my main dish ordered was not Chicken Alfredo. The other people at my table said that their dishes were amazing. I was like, ill believe it when it comes. I am happy to say that when the dish arrived it was everything that I wanted, and she brought back the meatballs that were warm and her attitude seemed to improve as things got busier and the experience finished very well. Skip the salad and go straight for the main entree and you will not lose.
