The wait gave us time to chat with Victor and tell him the history of The Old Spaghetti Factory as I have been dining with OSF way before he was even born. He was surprised to learn how things used to be. The restaurant was not as busy for a Sunday. Maybe because of the World Cup game going on at the same time. We placed our orders and from salad to our pasta entrees, everything came out smoothly and prepared exactly how we wanted it. With the exact amount of sauces and not dry. With the right amount of salad dressing. He kept the bread flowing, our drinks constantly filled and he not only had our table of 7, he was taking care of another large party of at least 10 people. Our last two visits have both had issues. On our previous order, our pizza literally had a hole in it. We decided to give them another chance today, and it was even worse. I placed an order online, only to have it canceled because they no longer accept orders through that website. Fine, I downloaded the new app and placed the order there instead. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, they told me my pizza had gotten stuck to the pan and they couldn't sell it to me. I asked how long it would take to make another one, and they said they were out of dough... at 12:00 p.m. The most frustrating part is that they had plenty of time to call me or cancel the order through the app before I drove all the way there. Instead, they let me make the trip just to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. It's disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite pizza spots. Based on our recent experiences, I can't recommend it anymore. Don't waste your time here.
