Me enjoying my wine.
Vanessa G.

Let it Brie is always a wonderful choice for a date. My husband and I had date night here on Good Friday. We ordered a build your own board and had a beautiful bottle of wine. We dined outside. Service was fabulous as always. The selections of cheeses are fantastic. I love all the accompaniments that come with the board.

I've bookmarked this place for the longest time & finally had a chance to stop by one evening with my husband. Ambiance is small inside but cute. We sat outdoors since it was full inside. We ordered charcuterie & did a tasting each of their reds. Everything on the charcuterie board was solid & beautifully put together. The choices of reds were good but not amazing. I wish they offered more old world wines like twisted vine (iykyk). Service was great & friendly. I like that they sell wines & various cheese selections to take home. They also serve other food items as well. I would like to come back again to try some of their other items on the menu & buy cheese to take home.

Charcuterie board, grilled cheese and flat bread

Excellent food. We ordered way too much but wanted to try multiple things. Three cheese charcuterie board. The truffle cheese was the best. Flatbread was amazing and the three cheese grilled cheese is a must. Add on some great wine and we were set.

I've been coming here for years, and it's always a must-stop for me. The shop is super cute, offers amazing charcuterie, and has an excellent variety of cheeses. I was excited to find out they now carry vegan cheese too how awesome is that? The staff is always friendly, ready to help, and quick to offer samples. I didn't keep track of everything we picked up this time, but let's just say it was gone the same day. If you love cheese (or even vegan cheese), you definitely need to check out this charming spot. I promise you won't be disappointed!

4 items- 2 cheese and 2 meat ( salami and prosciutto)

Always hits the spot. I've been craving the signature panini! Went next door for a matcha and came over for a piping hot oozing brie signature panini! What a nice slow morning to have. Owner came out with a smile to serve me. It was delightful and food was yummy

Stopped by to check out the menu and grabbed a 2-cheese board to-go. It was $40. We went with gouda and truffle for the cheeses, and half prosciutto / half salami for the meat. The cheeses and prosciutto were good, but the salami was a huge miss, it had a really odd, pungent aftertaste I wasn't a fan of, and never experienced that with salami in the past. It was pretty gross to be honest. Presentation was cute (loved that they packed the bread and crackers separately), but the taste overall felt pretty standard. Also, not a huge deal, but the strawberries still had their leaves on, which was kind of unappetizing. Overall, it was fine. Nothing bad enough to not try again aside from the salami, but nothing that wowed me either.

It was empty when I went, friendly staff. I forgot exactly the name of the sandwich I got, it's a vegan pear fig and Brie panini. Super delicious! Would definitely come back again to try their other selections.

Such a cute spot to catch up with some friends over cheese boards and wine. My friends and I needed to pick up our painted pottery next door and we figured why not try out this spot. We got their trailmonger board and added meat. The board came with five cheeses and was a good size for the five of us. I also got their pinot grigio and it was so good! The two workers there were super friendly and helpful. They explained the menu to me and brought everything out in a timely manner. I loved that this place had an outdoor back patio which gave such backyard picnic vibes. My girl friends and I brought some disposable cameras and crafts stuff to decorate while sipping on our wines and grazing the board. The string lights and rustic feel definitely made the vibe. They have a lot of seating here that's made good for large groups. I can definitely see it being possible to rent out the whole back patio for a private event if they wanted to!

Just fantastic. Enjoyed everything! Can't wait to go back again.

Fabulous experience and yes it was so yummy. First time visiting but it won't be the last.

Cheese Board & Honey Berry Jam'Brie Panini

I recently was recommended this place by a friend and decided to come for my birthday and I was not disappointed! The shop is right in downtown Fullerton and is easily accessible by parking or walking. The space is super cute, and is the perfect vibe for a daytime hangout with friends or even a date. We stopped by for Happy Hour and there were really great deals on wine and personal cheese boards. For food I was surprised to find out they offer much more than just cheese boards. They have paninis and salads as well and everything looked super tasty. I ordered the wine flight off their happy hour which was a great way to try an assortment of wines for a really great price. Since I had a group of four we opted to get a bigger cheese board off their menu as well as a panini, and it was the perfect amount of food for our group. Everything was delicious and super fresh and the cheese board was just absolutely gorgeous. Our group had no trouble finishing the entire thing. One thing I want to mention to is that they have vegan options for cheese and salami, and are super accommodating when it comes to that. We opted for regular cheese but we were given samples of the vegan cheese to try and it was just as delicious as the dairy cheese. While the food was fantastic, absolutely nothing beat the service we were given. Hoss, who I believe is the owner, welcomed us and helped us figure out our order. He not only explained the menu, but also made recommendations, and was super accommodating the entire time. His friendliness and knowledge really made our experience standout! I'll definitely be back in the future and I look forward to trying more of their menu!

I wanted to get a charcuterie board for Valentine's Day and after finding a few possible shops, I went with Let It Brie in downtown Fullerton. I called ahead and they said it takes about 20 minutes to make a custom order so I decided to use their online ordering system and pick it up at my leisure. A custom board starts at $19 to get the basics and then you add the meats, cheeses, and extras that you would like for $6.00 each. I went with Brie cheese, soft goat cheese, salami, Spanish chorizo, the premium honeycomb, and extra bread and crackers. It was easy to order online and I received a text message that my order was received and another when it was ready to pick up roughly 20 minutes later. Parking in DTF is often a challenge but I was able to find a spot pretty close. I walked in the front entrance and was greeted immediately. There is a big refrigerated cheese display in front along with some other products and a wine rack along the side counter. There are about four or five tables inside and a spacious outdoor patio with lots of seating in the rear. I was able to quickly pick up my order and went on my way. All of the staff had smiles on their faces and were very friendly on such a busy day. I exited out the rear door and even the gentleman on the patio said thank you. We enjoyed the custom charcuterie board and there was a lot of variety. The basics included figs & fig jam, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, grapes, dried apricots, pickles, green olives, strawberry yogurt pretzels, and a nice assortment of nuts. The portions of cheese were reasonable as well as the amount of meat. The salami slices still had the skin on the outside which was a little inconvenient to peel off, especially on Valentine's Day. The bread and crackers come in a separate brown bag and I would definitely recommend ordering the extra size. This board as ordered was $55. It wasn't a bargain but it wasn't outrageously expensive either. I would order from here again. The rear patio and overhead lights are inviting and it seems like it would be nice a nice place to have some cheese and wine on a nice evening.

Happy Hour personal cheese board

As cheese lovers, this place is now a new favorite. After sampling more than a few cheeses, our favorites are the black lemon gouda, truffle gouda, smoked gouda, and cranberry le roule (a creamy, delicious cow milk based spreadable cheese). Although I'm not the biggest fan of brie, theirs is a nice balance of creamy & not tooo strong/pungent. We have yet to explore more flavors, but we intend to work our way through the menu slowly. We also came back for Happy Hour & it's such a great deal! The personal sized cheese board was so filling -we ordered one each but we probably could have shared too. The boards were loaded with fruits, nuts, and crackers, and it came with 2 cheeses. That's really hard to beat at the price of ~$10. We also ordered glasses of wine for $5 each. There were plenty of indoor & outdoor seats; the vibe was chill & the workers were super friendly!

Let me start off by saying the food and cheese are absolutely amazing here. I've been going here since I found out it existed in 2019. I recommend everyone who tells me they love cheese to come here. That being said yesterday night I had the worst experience here. I brought two of my friends who had never been here before expecting an amazing experience only for us to be ignored the majority of the night. I had to go up to the register to order and our water was empty our entire visit. We kept seeing the waitress' serve every other table and talk to every other table except for us. My friend even asked her if she could come take our drink order and she never came. I also saw the hostess/cashier give attitude to a customer that was asking a simple question if he could sit anywhere. It's a shame because I wanted my friends to experience this place that I absolutely love only for them to experience this all night and never want to come back. I'm hoping this was a one off night as I come here and recommend this place often. I also use this spot to pick up cheese for my boards when I have parties.

Who doesn't like a good cheese / charcuterie board? After I went up to speak to one of the workers on how this whole thing worked. I had the pleasure of, Celeste helping me My head was spinning with all the choices. I got the board where I picked two cheeses, one meat and then you get two sides. A sauce counts as a side. So I picked a nice mustard And dried apricots as my other side Then I heard someone talking about wine tasting?!?! So of course I had to do that?? Once I picked which ones I wanted to try for my wine tasting, Celeste, asked if it was ok if she came by and poured my wines one by one vs brining them all out at once.
