Draining is impossible here. Getting desperate. By now our pool is a green pond, a pair ducks have moved in. More calling. Coe Crew answered, listened, understood why we couldn't drain, came up with a creative solution. Now we have a sparkling ocean blue pool again, and ongoing care by Coe Crew Pool is keeping it that way. Highly recommended

I did some research ahead of time, but after chatting with Brian at SDHS, I knew I found an honest dealer that I felt very comfortable moving forward with. Transparency from the beginning coupled with excellent customer service was our experience. We were walked through every aspect, given options, and ultimately went with the floor model. NO REGRETS! From the excellent delivery coordination with the store's team and Bob's Crane, to the follow up after we were up and running, the process was smooth. I use it most days, love every minute of it, was never misled and if we ever move, I WILL go through SDHS again. It's a pool, a treadmill, hot tub, happy place. If you're on the fence, go for it! You won't be disappointed!

Kelly was totally outstanding in every way and spent lots of time with me. He's one of the nicest person's that I ever met in San Diego. MULTIPLE ISSUES with this company. This company acquired my account from Patterson Pools and had my…read morepool for service for more than 3 months and never realized it was a saltwater pool. It only came to light when I reviewed my service report and noticed they were adding liquid chlorine and questioned why. The company wouldn't return calls so I called them. Joe the General Manager took ZERO responsibility and only blamed the technician, who Joe said was not very good and didn't know his job well. Additionally when I questioned the company on previous occasions as to why my spa was not being cleaned, they said it wasn't part of the contract. I've owned that pool for 12 years and EVERY pool company has always cleaned the spa when they cleaned the pool. Plus I never had a contract with company. Update: The owner of the company personally called me on this and took full ownership of the issue and apologized. The owner is a good guy and does care about his customers and the company. I am still not willing to go back to this company, but at least someone in a leadership position took ownership of the issue and apologized.

After a few years of owning one the feature activates: it manually drains the water down over the course of the week, through leaking jet gaskets, bad glue joints, or broken fittings, causing you to have to fill it up all of the time, and this essentially allows you to never have to do a full water changeout! Brilliant! It's like those cars they design that leak oil, and require you to constantly top it off, thus you never need to do a full oil change. Brilliant! There's a reason you're paying way more for these tubs than any other manufacturer! They're brilliant! Don't bother to call the warranty department about this, it's a feature, not a bug. If you do ever want to fix this feature, just know it's nearly impossible to access any of these jets due to their placement, and the vast quantities of spray foam engulfing each one you have to chisel off with a pickaxe!

Update problem resolved!…read more Old Review, Enrique is a master at repairs and knowledgeable of equipment but unfortunately he has people working for him that don't have a clue at servicing, the service has been hit and miss we started out with him doing the pool service and things couldn't be more perfect he also programmed our new pump to do fancy things and added some circuits that would be controlled through the app. Then he told us his apprentice was going to take over and we were damn we thought we just found the right pool guy so we gave him a try can't remember his name he's a young African American kid well the first week he broke the head on my wife's concrete turtle statue. After that just sloppy cleaning my wife would ask did the pool guy show up this week I'm like I guess well why is there trash in the spa? Don't know. Well weeks would pass sometimes the pool would look nice other times not too many weeks the spa went unvacuumed that's when I told Enrique we don't like the service your guy is doing and would like to switch to chemical service only but I mentioned if he could do it personally we would stay full service he agreed he would do it on another day we were fine with that. Well a week went by he didn't show up so I asked him if anyone swung by this week and he said it slipped his mind and said he wouldn't charge me $25 for that week the week after he showed up and the pool was looking like a charm until the following week where no one showed up again. One thing I still haven't figured out is the billing sometimes it's a mid-month sometimes at the beginning of the month anyways I spent some time vacuuming the pool and spa myself while we were swimming and I haven't heard anything from Enrique so I might just start doing it myself if it has to come to that. If anyone knows a dependable pool service let me know.
