We have been happy customers of CCC for over 10 years. Larry's vast knowledge of the many models and manufacturers of pool equipment and how they interact has been invaluable in keeping our aging pool equipment running smoothly. He is an expert and can quickly diagnose and fix any problems we have - he has even patiently walked us through issues over the phone. He's pretty impressive with his pool knowledge. Our weekly technician, Monty is friendly and flawless in keeping the perfect chemical balance in our pool. Prior to using CCC, we had another local pool service and had frequent problems with water turning green and our young kids at the time getting frequent ear infections from dirty water. Every time we had an issue, the company would say we weren't running the filter enough, or brushing down pool walls enough, or the weather that year was crazy causing many pool problems. I finally took a water sample to Leslies pool supplies and they said the chemical balance was way off and our pool guy wasn't doing a good job. We used to have CCC Pool service our backyard pool, and about a year ago we switched to another company. I can't believe we stayed with them as long as we did, and wish we'd switched long ago. Simple repairs that should have taken one trip required multiple call backs, and then they had the audacity to charge us for them. Our weekly tech was here for maybe 5 minutes at best, but always blamed his quick trips on being over-scheduled. Areas of algae were blamed on weather conditions and backyard vegetation. Interesting how now that we have a new company doing weekly maintenance algae has never been an issue and our pool is clean and sparkly. If you want a company that overcharges for their services, has lazy technicians, and sends out incompetent repair people, this is definitely the company for you. For us, not so much. read more

Wow! THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! We called CCC Pool service because our pa heater quit working. Their operations manager was there the next day to diagnose the problem. After a thorough inspection, they confirmed that a new heater was required. (our aging heater was not starting and it was leaking water badly) What I really appreciate is the fact that they took the time to discuss several options for a replacement. They asked how we used the spa, how frequently, etc... then gave us a few options from a basic replacement to a higher quality unit with all the bells and whistles. At NO TIME did they try to "up-sell"us into a more expensive unit. In reality it was the opposite. After discussing how we use our spa, he learned that we NEVER use the heater to heat our pool and only use it to heat the spa. With this info, coupled with the fact that we were likely going to be moving within a year or two, he suggested a smaller heater that was sized for spa-heating only. This saved us over $600 on the unit. The honesty and integrity of CCC Pool service just one of their strengths. Add to this, their highly skilled tech team, and their singular focus on customer service. I wish that I new about CCC Pool Service years ago! Billing. You charge a 4% Convenience fee for using a credit card and yet do not provide a return envelope with your address for sending a check. Very convenient for you but not your customers. read more

We just bought a house and the previous owners used this company. So, I knew they would be coming on Monday. This company flat out lied about coming to service our pool. They claimed to have serviced our pool while I was standing at the pool... I also have video footage and no one showed up... they had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong and that he had been there... apparently our water was so out of whack we need to completely drain the pool and start over... I have had three separate companies do water testing and analysis on the pool including a formal inspection prior to buying the house. I had a previous pool company that couldn't get it right. They were charging me more and turned my pool green 2 times in the month. I was so mad because I had to run my pump 24hrs for 3 days on both occasions and this shot my electricity bill through the roof. Ccc: My pool is crystal clear and I never have any issues!! I've had family and friends come over and compliment. I'm only writing this review because they are that good! I would highly recommend. read more

Tech is in n out less than 3 mins. Shady company they were charging us for the service that the tech doesn't perform. I have talked to the tech why he is not skimming or brushing the stairs which I'm paying for that service,an $85 monthly service. His reply was he will not have time to finish his 50 stops a day if he performs it. 50 STOPS A DAY!!! So me being Asians I did, he has 480 mins a day divided to 50 stops = 9 mins per house. 9 mins per house including driving from one house to another, No bathrooms breaks and no Lunch breaks. Now I realized why Our pool got more algae so I end up canceling our service right away. read more

I have used CCC Pools simply as a pool cleaning service until the last few years. I was disappointed with the larger franchise company in our town. I have now used CCC for several years as not only our pool cleaning service but repair services. The people are always courteous and helpful. Their head repair guy, Larry, comes out with a smile underneath his mask. LOL I have found the entire company easy to work with. Their prices are reasonable. They have quick response times. I would highly recommend this company. Again, I've used them for years and glad I switched over. read more

Poor service by Monty, he was very rude and refused to clean the surface of our pool even though we were paying for full service. We also were overcharged on a rebuild of a filter valve body and the original quote ended up costing 3X the price. Then after taking 3 weeks to properly rebuild it I was told that they would only do chemical only service. Found a great new company that goes the extra mile and it's worth it and is less expensive read more

Worst service ever! I left these people over a year ago and since then every pool guy or pool services I have spoken to since had nothing nice to say about this company. They spend so little time on actual service I could never catch them. If I saw them coming in the early morning, I would run go get a robe and by the time I would come back they were gone! I was actually going on yelp to write a very positive review about my current pool guy when I saw this name with 5 stars. What? Really? I guess it depends on who you get but those pool cleaners are on some serious over scheduling. I see truck every now and then around town and the drivers are always running or rushing. They look more like fed ex drivers rushing from one job to the next. read more

Just change pool services, was quoted one price on the phone. Immediately received an upsell for almost another hundred dollars per month and another almost $100 in one time charge. It is been two weeks and I have not received any service.I have Several concerns and I would recommend shopping around and being very specific on the phone. CCC is AWESOME! They have serviced our pool here in Cardiff since 2004. While someone else here mentioned how quickly they come and go, we know that Monty does a thorough job when he services our pool. Maybe if you took the time to speak with him, you would realize that while he is fast, he knows his business and has a BUNCH of pools to service every day. I was extremely disappointed with this company. I'm in a rental and had been advised that the pool would be taken care of. The guy spent SO LITTLE TIME servicing the pool that I had to call the company in order to tell them to relay a message to my pool guy! All I wanted was to speak with him when he comes by next so I can learn how to turn the spa on. He showed me where everything should be switched and to what, cool thanks. Then I asked him why the water level in the spa was so low whenever I want to use it...it took awhile for the guy to finally give in and show me how to fill it and actually lift a finger to do it for me one time! He actually pulled the hose over to the spa to help fill the water faster! These people just come in and out and test the water if you get their basic maintenance package, which i believe is wrong. Why not go an extra minute to show you care by maybe cleaning out the little filter in the pool? I can test the water, it's not that, it's the fact that they should reach out and make sure I know what's going on with the pool? Worst part of it all was the receptionists telephone manner when I called for the 4th time about the pool looking worse than the day before and the guy had already signed his name saying he was there. I told her I was really unhappy and frustrated at that point that I had to waste so much time and effort on this pool when someone had supposedly been servicing it the entire time... she told me if I was unhappy with their company then I'm free to go find another. NICE. That's great customer service right there if I've ever known of it to be. NOT!!! I asked her what we were paying for and told the guy I didn't know why he was there, just to waste peoples money? Don't call these guys!!! Lazy! read more

Worked for this company and they literally fired me a 4 days before Christmas, granted I was on probation but I hadn't had any complaints nor was I late for over 3 months 2 days before I got fired the owner texted me thanking me for turning my performance around. The day before our Christmas vacation I woke up late and instead of lying and making up a excuse I told the manager the truth I was only going t be 20min late! The Turn over is ridiculous here and I now know why they expect you to do 45 or more pools a day in a timely and efficient manner which is damn near impossible adding drive time and other problems that come up though out your day. If your looking for a cheap Walmart service this company is it! Larry is an amazing manger too he makes you feel so good about yourself and any questions you have for him (Syke) the owners son Mr scrooge doesn't care if you have kids and it's Christmas and you make a mistake and are late after a very long period of turning around your. Performance! One day maybe he'll see how much of a Judas prick he was for doing that but other than that ccc pool is loving and caring read more

I first stumbled upon CCC Pool Services because we had pool equipment that we needed to have installed (new pump & filter). I found them on the Zodiac Pool Systems website as a certified installer. I called them up and Larry came to do the install. He was on time, and did a wonderful job at a fair price. We then hired CCC on as our weekly pool service. We have been loving it so far. It has been a month and a half or so, and It is so nice to come home and jump right into a clean pool that has the chemicals right on. Thanks to Larry and the Crew at CCC Pool Services. We had our pool flood with nearly 5 inches of mud from the storms. CCC has been fantastic. They took a pool that was a complete disaster and got it back in action.
