Manny and Gail are super nice and incredibly helpful and the store has everything you could ask for.

Great service, supplies, and staff, I have been a satisfied customer using both their service professionals and their supplies.

Be careful; they overcharge you on every transaction and refuse to provide a detailed receipt. Their overpriced chlorine is only 10%. I wonder why anybody would shop there. read more

We are new pool owners, about a little over a year now. We had our pool serviced with Next Level Pool Service immediately after our pool was built. We just recently switched over to this company. I wanted to give it a few months before leaving a review. We have our pool serviced every week. And we can't tell you how relieve and happy we are now that we switched. We've learned more with them then we have with the company we had previously and they serviced our pool for a whole year!! I definitely didn't care to know too much. But just enough to help maintain was extremely helpful! And made all the difference! If we had any issue or if I was unsure about something, I love that we can contact the pool guy directly or simply reaching out to the supply store and be able to get an answer. Sometimes they would go out of their way and send someone to the house just to make sure everything was ok. If you are new pool owner, or just simply not happy with your current one. Don't hesitate. I've encounter different employees going to the supply store or the pool guys AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. All of their staff go above and beyond. I promise you won't be disappointed. read more

Having so many issues with my pool lately but the team members at Adolfo & Manny pool service are wonderful! I would not have a beautiful pool with out their support. Each individual that has helped me is professional and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else! read more

I never would have imagined a veteran owned store to mock people with disabilities, especially fellow veterans. The last 2 visits were really bad since I guess my hearing loss is something to make fun of, and apparently they think that there is a cure for deafness and collapsed ear canals. Thoroughly disgusted with their attitudes towards the whole thing. I wonder how many bad apples work there read more

The whole gang is very knowledgeable and helpful with all my pool needs. I built an Organic/Natural pool and it all the work of owning a pond with twice the hassle of just owning a pool. They have been very helpful in getting all the additives right so the algae doesn't take over the pool. Plus, they're right here in town and they load everything in you car for you. Cheers read more

Emanuel that handles the pool...so dissatisfied with this business...they don't clean the pool...we asked several times for maintenance extra help for filter....job does not get done...Gail was rude and did not give us any solution...don't use this company...we pay hundreds of dollars and they are rip offs .. read more

We have been using Adolfo and Manny Pool Supply for years. Curtis comes every Friday and keeps our pool pristine. It's a family owned and run company that gives the best service. All the employees have been there for years and seem so happy. It's such a great, local small business. Just recently got my summer float from the store and ready to relax all summer. read more

We stopped in to buy some pool supplies and a pool floatie. What a great store! They have everything you need to maintain your pool plus lots of fun accessories! We had a lot of questions and Walker was the salesperson. He was super helpful and knows his stuff. We just stumbled on this place while driving around Fallbrook! We felt like we discovered a gem. For anyone who needs pool supplies or fun pool accessories this is your place to go! Thanks for a great experience! We'll be back! read more

Adolfo & Manny Pool Supplies - Hot Tub & Pool Near Me - Fallbrook, California

See all

The people in the store gave me the confidence to service my own pool. I have an above ground pool, which they do not service but they walked me through what I needed to do to balance my chemicals, condition my water and clean my filter. They also guided me with my spa as well. If you have a question or need some advice, they are the people to call. read more

I went there today because my hot tub was disgusting and asked the lady there what she recommended to clean the inside. Used the product and BAM my hot tub is running great! I saw the USMC logo and knew I was in good hands-Gunny K USMC RETIRED. read more

Have you ever wondered if someone was watching you? LOL! Go to this place because if you stay there longer than 15 minutes the owner calls down to ask why you're still there. Incredible... I'm spending lots of money in your store is what I'm doing. Seriously, I'm no pool expert, so I need to ask a lot of questions, as well as needing to get my water tested. To the credit of this pool supply store, the employees were very kind and highly knowledgeable. In short, get in and out fast or be prepared to be surveilled. Maybe I'm old school and appreciate being trusted and not having cameras watching my every move as an American citizen. A sign of the times... read more

Best pool supply place around. I recently purchased a home with a pool and wanted to learn how to care for it myself and A&M's staff have been the friendliest and most helpful crew I could have hoped for. Everyone is super knowledgeable and more than willing to help you troubleshoot your issues over the phone and/or walk you through certain processes. Their priority is not selling you service or making sure you spend the most money on the best products, it is to ensure your pool is in the best shape for maximum enjoyment. I became a lifelong customer after my first visit to the shop and have a feeling I will rely on A&M's staff's knowledge & expertise for years to come. read more

I recently purchased a home in fallbrook which has a pool. I have never owned a pool before and researched a pool service here locally. Upon the reviews this shop seemed like a great choice. My family went into the store on a Saturday and scheduled a pool service for the following Thursday at 11am. We were excited, however, come Thursday no call and no show. I called the store at 3pm which was 4 hours past the time they were supposed to be at my house. Was placed on hold and told they would call me back. Never called back. I called again and they stated the pool person was running late and would be there in another 2 hours. Very poor customer service and I ended up canceling my daughters doctors apt because we waited all day for them not to even provide a courtesy call or service. Completely was outrageous for them to not call and let me know the service would be late and ask if I would like to reschedule. I ended up canceling the pool service and will not return. read more

Started off with them when we moved into Fallbrook a couple yrs ago. Our service guy, Brian, was outstanding but unfortunately left the area. After that, service was done by a series of mostly trainees and not nearly as reliable and professional as Brian. They were verbally responsive to my concerns, but the series of trainees continued. read more

i had some pool tile work contracted through Manny. I was not satisfied with the initial part of the work, and asked them to stop. After contacting Manny, he agreed to come review the disputed work, personally. Upon Mannys visit, he committed to have the work redone, and to make sure I was happy, whatever the cost. The work was subsequently redone, and completed to my total satisfaction. Manny is a man of integrity, and I appreciate his work ethic. Thanks, Manny. read more

The young girl who wears way too much makeup (especially for a pool supplies store) is down right rude and is never much help to us at all. I suggest you hire someone with some enthusiasm and manners, along with somebody a bit more professional. Company carries great products, but customer service is just terrible. Don't think we will be returning any time soon. read more

Very honest, family run business. If you're looking for customer service, these are the guys for you. Having you as a customer for life is their goal and it shows in the way they treat their customers. Ask for Manny and you won't be disappointed. read more

I love this place! Great honest and trustworthy service coming from this pool supply store! They did a great job on my pool and I was especially happy with the professionalism and great customer service! Manny was so sweet and personable. He gave my husband a great military discount. Great guys! Highly recommended by several neighbors with pools. Arrived on time and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

They put silicone over the grout below my cap stones while there was still water in the spa. It became a gooey mess discoloring the water. When called they say they will get to me. I have been waiting for their call over a month. read more

This is a great resource for pool expertise & supplies. I've been using them for 8 years now. Besides being my go to place for the usual pool chemicals & supplies, I have picked their collective brains about a variety of pool issues. They have installed new lights in my pool and repaired a pump that failed. They are always there to help. If you have a pool, you need a place like this. read more

Learned the hard way!!!! Adolfo, of Adolfo & Manny added water to my pool and left the hose on!!!! 3 hours and major flooding later I come home from work and realize what happened!!! They took absolutely no responsibility aside for a $50 credit. This water bill will cost me at least an additional $200. Adolfo admitted his mistake.....all he said to me was "I spaced"!!! and he told me that he has done this before. Do yourself a favor and use a different pool service than this company! read more

Do not know what Jan W. is talking about below. Adolfo hasn't worked there for years. I have bought several pool supplies and equipment over the last two years. I even bought a variable-speed pool filter pump there and had them install it. It took less than two hours to install and I wasn't even home. It has cut my electric bills by almost half and after only 14 months, the pump has paid for itself with those savings. And yes, I did receive a military discount as well. If anything goes wrong with my pool in any way, I will be calling Adolfo and Manny Pool Service. They will treat you right!! read more

Stopped by today to pick up a few things. The young girl and lady that assisted me had very limited product knowledge and could not really assist me. After I opened the products I purchased at home, I realized the expired THREE YEARS ago. Overall, not the greatest experience. read more

My pool always looks so beautiful and they are very professional to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pool. Very honest and reasonably priced. read more

This place has the freshest bleach at the best prices. Also the customer service is excellent. I watched a girl here take apart someones pool filter, find the problem, and fix it all in about 20 minutes and only charge the person for parts. That what I'm talking about! It was a $2 part by the way. Great selection of pool toys also. Be careful bringing the kids in here, they will break the bank. read more
