We had an algae problem which he addressed with no additional cost. Provided a report of the work. Provided written information and instructions on how to continue to care for the pool. He also promised to reach out to us in 2 years to see if we need another purification. I'm sure I will forget. After everything was done, I kindly asked him about our pool lights. He stayed to help us identify our pool lights. Since we purchased the home, we have not been able to control the pool lights. He took off the lights and gave us the info about our lights. He sent us a manual and helped us with the setup on our app. He was very above and beyond. Also he encouraged us to call if we had more questions. Such an amazing person to work with.

I guess that's what you get when you give feedback on overcharging. Someone who can't take the feedback and instead cuts tie. The owners use every opportunity to rip you off. I swear every single month there's some additional charge for something. Then they quote one price and charge another. The final straw was the excessive credit card fees they charge acknowledging it's the "cost of doing business". But they inflate the charges they are actually paying. Do not recommend. Also while the pool service person is fine he definitely doesn't spend enough time on the pool. Happy to be moving on to another company.

Roger came out several times and was super friendly and receptive to our vision. BP initially seemed great until it came time to build the pool! We received our first mock up which we really liked, and were ready to make a couple small changes and move forward, only to never hear from them again. We tried several times to reach out via text as well as set up phone calls but Ben's response was always an apology days or more later, with excuses including "the last week was complicated for me," and even worse, just no response at all. You said you would be able to come out on either the 29th or the 30th. When I heard nothing from you, I called on the 30th and left a message. More importantly, if you don't know who I am (?), how could you even say that "you have checked with several pool businesses and I did not pay for work done"? Totally a lie on your part and you should be ashamed of this statement. Your reviews were all excellent which is why I called you in the first place. If you want to continue to get good reviews, you better clean up your act. You should be very careful to offer false claims against someone just because you screwed up and are not man enough to admit it.
