Weekly he tests and treats our water, cleans out the pool and filters every few months, and when issues arise he troubleshoots and gets us back in business so my family can enjoy the pool. I needed a pump replaced that was over 30 years old. Abe quoted a great price and made sure that everything got cleaned up properly, including the deteriorated base under the pump and the electrical conduits. I knew there would be electric and jandy valve change orders, and he found them and the price was very reasonable. Overall very happy with his work. He also fixed my pool sweeper when another company, who charged me quite a bit, (almost) fixed it. One of the axle rods for the gears slips out occasionally. Abraham pressured me from day 1 to upgrade my entire system and use a vacuum. I did not like that. I needed to just establish monthly cleaning services. He was reckless with my pool, and exhibited poor common sense and judgement. My pool tiles were knocked off in one area, pool was left visibly grimey and dirty, and concrete around pool basket was messed up as well, in addition to Abraham rinsing my filter cartridge out directly on top of my sprinkler head every time. Something sandy should not be rinsed out on top of a sprinkler head when there are plenty of other areas to rinse the filter. When I was notified the tiles were damaged, I asked Abraham to place them in my pool shed. Instead, he left them on the ground in my walkway. I have a puppy and that is not where I asked him to leave them. I am highly dissatisfied with this service and especially for the price I paid for his cleaning services. He would come after dark many times to clean the pool and it's like washing windows in the dark. The pool has never looked worse. I used Chucks Pools service for nearly 15 years without any problems, and I had to let these guys go after 1.5 months. I wish Chucks pool service was still open, but they abruptly closed in December 2024 so I had to find someone new and now not only do I need to find someone new, I also have to have my pool repaired due to the reckless "cleaning" performed by this company. read more

Abraham has been a blessing in disguise! We were in a time crunch prepping for our first pool party of the summer. I was doing the majority of maintenance on my own however... I got lazy and my water turned a disgusting green color due to the algae growth. I battled this pool for a good 2 weeks and though improved, wasn't party ready. My wife, sensing my ultimate defeat, took it upon herself to locate this knight in shining armor and within days (literally days) water was crystal clear and ready for the party. He even took the time out to explain every process that he was conducting in great detail. Always shows up on time and prior to visiting, provides a courtesy reminder as to ensure our schedule allows for the maintenance to be conducted. If I could give Abraham more stars I would! We we're having trouble getting our water clear, it was always cloudy. We tried another service and it went from cloudy to green with algae and after a couple more days they just left us in the lurch with the mess. Two other services I tried never even returned my call. Frustrated, I called E and A on Thursday as I was leaving work and by the time I got home 25 mins later, Abraham was calling me back and was at our house an hour later. He explained the issue, gave us options and pricing and most importantly cares how we felt and what we wanted. It was a challenge and he came every day if not twice a day and even on Sunday over the holiday weekend! True dedication to his promise to have it clean in 3-4 days! Today I came home to a clear pool and couldn't be happier. Abraham is a wonderful young man who prides himself in his work and it shows.
