We hired BP Water Concepts to build our pool after speaking with a handful of other pool companies. We have used larger companies in the past and we were excited to work with a small family owned local company this time around. Roger came out several times and was super friendly and receptive to our vision. BP initially seemed great until it came time to build the pool! We received our first mock up which we really liked, and were ready to make a couple small changes and move forward, only to never hear from them again. We tried several times to reach out via text as well as set up phone calls but Ben's response was always an apology days or more later, with excuses including "the last week was complicated for me," and even worse, just no response at all. Unfortunately, for us, we are out money, time, and doesn't look like we will have a pool this summer! read more

We had BP come out in early December to talk about a new pool and after spending some good time with us getting our wish list, we were told the actual design and quote would take a week to turn around. The first impressions were pretty good but two weeks go by and no word from the owner. After checking in with him we were told that it would be a little while longer. Here were are at the beginning of Feb and no word from the owner still. I guess walking away from what could have easily been a $100-150K pool project is worth it to these guys. BP Water Concepts was fantastic to work with and made all of our pool and backyard dreams come true! It started with the design by Ben, who took all of our input and suggestions and nailed our design better than any other pool company. We got many other designs and he was by far the best. The great thing about Ben is that he took the time to jump on multiple zoom calls and actually work the design real-time with us. This took several hours and he said no problem as he wanted to get it just right. His attention to detail was second to none and we greatly appreciated it. We used every detail of his design from color schemes, paver pattern and color, stacked stone colors and designs, as well as tile and pebble tech. Everything was spot on and looked even better in person. Roger was our project manager and did a great job talking with us daily and keeping us updated on the teams progress. We did a pool project with 2 other neighbors so they worked on 3 pools at once. They did a good job working between the jobs and sharing resources. All 3 jobs progressed well and turned out amazing even though we all had different designs. Roger goes the extra mile and does whatever he can to make sure you are happy with the construction experience and more importantly the finished product! He would constantly work with us when we had questions and make suggestions to improve our project. He is upfront about pricing so you know the costs if you want to add anything. We swapped out grass for more pavers and Roger and Ben did a great job on pricing and transparency. Overall, you will not find a better pool company to make your dreams come true. Their pricing is better than any other company and their willingness to make your project amazing is the best in the business. BP Water Concepts was the best experience I've had with a pool company or any contractor. When they started they showed up everyday until they were done. And they were fast. Ben has some good people working for him. Ben never had me wondering when/if they're going to show up. A non stressful experience and I've had plenty of experience. Ben is fairly priced and does excellent work I wouldn't waste your time looking and getting too involved in other bids. I will be using this company when I do another pool. read more
