He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! It was a very big (HUGE) decision for us - but we are so happy we trusted you. Our three kids are having the time of their life - this pool brings us so much joy already!! P.S. Month or so later some panels falling apart. Month layer, motor busted. Next find small screws in tub. "TUFF TOP" is warped and does not close Now for the last 5 months trying to get items replaced. Week after week another story ...no one reads the case file as they are fixing piece by piece each time closing the case out. No one returns calls or emails. Perma hold and when you finally get someone they said the case has been resolved . Which is incorrect. Does anyone know if I can sue? BBB does nothing

I have a frog system and was told by my brother in law to go there because he went there to have his water tested ( same frog system) and they were the only ones to get it right. I have very little experience when it comes to pools and trust my brother in laws advice very much. So when he told me to head over there I did not hesitate. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by a friendly worker who asked if I needed help. I asked to have my water tested and she asked If I had ever been there before because they normally go by appointment. I immediately apologized and said I did not know. She was very nice and said it was not a problem and asked what system I had, I told her it was a frog system. A tall women with grey short hair ( I was later told may be the owner??) whipped her head around in the middle of helping another customer and very rudely told me they do not carry that system and would not test the water. I proceeded to tell her my brother in law had the same system and had his water tested with them and they were the only one to get it right and that that is the only reason why I was there because he spoke so highly of them. Again very rudely in front of my 12 year old daughter she proceeded to be very rude and tell me she would not test the water. She said since I purchased the system through Montalbano's she said they would not be testing the water that they need to deal with the problem. Completely unprofessional and shocking to be spoken to that way. I am not a confrontational person at all and I walked away so upset . Why turn business away like that, there is a correct way to speak to people. I was prepared to bring my business there, as I needed a few things. I had planned on buying all the chemicals to get the water corrected, I also needed a new cover for pool and various other items I was actually planning on purchasing. She lost my business and now my brother in law who was apologetic and later told me she was the one who had helped him. With Sea Breeze, I got prompt attention and a written estimate sent to me the day after the company owner stopped by. Not only was he able to provide me with the estimate, he also delivered samples of both the fabric and the anchors so I could see what the finished product would look like. This was one of the most unacceptable service experiences I've ever had, and it goes far beyond…read morepoor customer service--it involved repeated trespassing, negligence, and a complete lack of accountability. Twice in one week, this company sent workers onto my property without permission to open a pool I never scheduled. The first time, we caught them in our backyard and were forced to call the police, who confirmed they had the wrong customer and told them to leave. Despite being clearly warned by both us and the police, they returned the next morning and continued working even after I told them again to leave--this was not a mistake, it was repeated trespassing. When I arrived home after the second time, the damage and disregard were obvious. The pool cover had been removed and equipment was displaced. Nothing was restored. They entered without permission, performed unauthorized work, and left the property in worse condition. What's worse is how the company handled it afterward. They admitted they were in the wrong, yet took no real steps to fix their mistakes. When they returned "to fix it", all they did was loosely put the ladder on. In the process, chlorine was dumped onto our patio, and a jet was left missing. They didn't correct the damage--they created more. When we raised these issues, we were met with outright hostility and dismissal. We were told, "what more do you want," and then hung up on. Both the owner, Steven and support staff, Lisa B, were rude, defensive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility--even after acknowledging their error. This company trespassed multiple times, failed to correct their mistakes, caused additional damage, and then treated us with disrespect when we asked for accountability. Avoid at all costs and go with a reputable and respectful company *Only solution Steven would agree on was to give us a new jet if we showed up to the store with a part number. He said he was not offering any services.
