I gotta say I was pissed off prior to contacting the the Pool & Spa Doctor in Wall Township. If you were in my shoes you would be too. Let me explain. I own an Artesian Piper Glen Spa that I purchased 15 yrs ago and the spa is amazing. My entire family love spending time in the spa and I do believe that I have gotten my money's worth out of it. With that being said I am not ready to get rid of it or get a new one. In Late 2019 my heater died and I had to drain my tub for the winter. Needless to say I was not happy. Then Covid hits and everything goes to SH*T! I was not able to get a replacement heating unit until mid summer. I know right. WTF?!?! Anyway I was able to replace the heater without destroying the Spa or burning down my house. Major accomplishment. On top of that It worked! NICE. So for July through Sept. I had a working spa. Yeah. Then it stopped heating. I was getting those 3 stupid dots telling me that the flow is not adequate. I checked to confirm there is no air in the lines. I checked the fuses. I checked the circulation pump. Everything is working like it should. So I am at my wits end. I reached out to the folks at the Pool & Spa Doctor in Wall Township. I spoke with Scott. First off he talked me of the ledge. He was patient and took time to listen to the issue that I was having. He not only offered me tips and suggestions on fixing the issue but suggested another integrator that was closer to my area that can assist with my issue. Who the hell does that? Giving business to another company because you concern yourself with what the client needs and not your bottom line. I am thoroughly BLOWN AWAY!!!!! I may not have transacted a repair job with the Pool & Spa Doctor but I will and do definitely recommend them. There business practices are second to none!!! Scott your a hell of guy. They will only speak to you via email now. Even then, they don't get back to you. We had a big problem with our pool, which had been service by them in the past. We were existing customers. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, no one got back to us. Three months later, they finally sent us estimate. Thanks but no thanks. When we needed them, they didn't deliver. Don't let these people waste your time. We ended up with Midstate Pool Liners. They were outstanding!

I call the company that made the part and they called Mike and told them to replace it. They scheduled to come out that following Friday and I confirmed that they would be there on Thursday. Again he failed to call or show up as scheduled, I hired another company to come out and look at the multiport and that's when it was found that the port wasn't defective it was installed improperly the return was were the intake should have been, needless to say I would not recommend them.

We called Pool World and they were extremely professional and promptly came out for an estimate. The price was reasonable and I felt like I could trust them. They did not try to upsell us on things we didn't need and were committed to helping us get our pool up and running. I like that they are a small local business and you feel welcomed when you stop by their location. Within two weeks, the liner arrived and they scheduled the install. As it turns out, our pool had an unexpected issue that was not Pool World's fault and they went above and beyond to help us fix it. I was so impressed by their willingness to support us and turn over every stone to identify and correct the issue. They gave us excellent support and far exceeded my expectations. Dave the Service Manager and the team were great and I'm so happy to have worked with them. We will continue to use Pool World and highly recommend them .

I had been waiting weeks for this other company to come and close my pool, including installing new anchors for my pool cover. I called Ricky and he came to my home that same day. He spent the next 3 days re- cleaning the water and draining the filtration system, which supposedly had been done by the previous pool service, but it was still filthy. After the water was completely clean, Ricky expertly installed the anchors into the new pavers I had put in around the pool. Then he closed and covered my pool.
