After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Well, that was a fail and I damaged the cap to the point where the only solution was to have it replaced. I took my truck into Discount without an appointment and James, the store manager, pleasantly greeted me immediately. He came out to assess the damage and made a joke about how all I needed was some super glue. I love jokes so I appreciated the levity. They replaced the stem and patched a hole created by a screw. The best part was they did it at a true Discount- a 100% Discount. I will never grow "tire"d of service like this.

I have spent over $5,000 on faulty work that never solved the problems. * Issue 1: The Exhaust System. I was told my entire exhaust system was faulty and needed replacement. When the Oxygen Sensor light came back on months later, they tried to sell me the same system again. A simple gas cap from a local auto parts store eventually fixed the issue for over a year. * Issue 2: Crankshaft Position Sensor. My car stalled on the highway multiple times and had to be towed to their Roseville shops. Despite multiple "fixes," the car continued to die. I finally took it to another shop in July 2025; they warrantied their work, and the car has run perfectly since. Management refused my refund requests, offering only minor discounts instead of taking responsibility for ineffective repairs. I have escalated this to corporate to recover the thousands of dollars spent on misdiagnoses. Save your time and money--go elsewhere.
