I explained that I didn't have that kind of money and needed to keep it under $2000. He said ok and refigured it so he was only doing what I had asked and said he would bring it in way under what he had quoted me in July which was $1890, like in the neighborhood of $1818. His words, not mine. When I picked up my car I scanned the receipt. I didn't see that he didn't do the wheel rotation or alignment! It came in JUST under the quote BUT he hadn't done all that he quoted me and AGREED to the day before! So FIRST he tried to RIP ME OFF FOR A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY and then he didn't do the work that he had agreed to! I don't know.
