My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. I am so impressed with the honesty of this business. I definitely know they will not try to rip you off. I brought my vehicle here for a radiator flush. It was done promptly and the price was very reasonable. I recommended them to my son when he needed a new battery in his van. They came to his home because his vehicle wouldn't start. They replaced the battery then drove it to the shop and checked out the rest of the electrical system to make sure everything was working properly. I recommend this business to everyone I know. Great pricing and honesty which is rare to find anymore. They had multiple opportunities to upcharge on the service I was completing, and they didn't. I think they strive to do cost effective solutions and understand most people are on a budget and don't want to take advantage of people. It may take a little longer, but I did 3 quotes with other local Auto Repair shops, and they offered $300-$400 cheaper for the same service than all their competitors. With out me saying anything about the cost. They also did a great job! I will be returning for all auto repair services they offer. read more

I am not sure I could love this place more. I have never dealt with such an honest shop. Didn't try to sell me anything. Didn't even suggest I Fix anything as they couldn't be certain it would make a difference. Just suggested I rotate my tires around November but since their service is so amazing, I just decided to replace the 2 front anyway as it would be needed and I wanted to make sure I have new tires for the winter. They were priced amazing. The service was unbelievable as when I returned they remembered my name. Who does that? I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I've taken my car here for several years, and I thought these guys were great. I even bought new tires from them. Recently, I had brought my husbands car, they told me I needed brakes an a wheel baring, took the car back without the service. Took it to the dealership, they said it was fine. Hmmm also realized there were services they said they preformed but never happened, like tire rotation. These guys love drama. If you come in with a complaint or a problem they turn into high school bullies. Untrustworthy and patronizing. Happy to never return. read more

Great experience! I was shopping around for new tires and Steve was very helpful with pricing and information. I called on a Friday and was set up with an appointment for Monday. My car was ready in just 2 hours! Much quicker than other recent work at another shop. I will definitely return here for other services. I couldn't give 5 stars only because the online quote process was unsuccessful. I ended up having to get quotes over the phone which kinda defeats the purpose of "online quoting". I can't believe I am doing a 4-star review for a car place, but I gotta give it up! From the moment I called for info to pulling out of the parking lot when done, these guys hooked me up. EXCELLENT customer service without trying to upsell me into oblivion. The folks at the desk are great, the guys working on your car are too. Others also waiting for their cars gushed to me about how they always go there, love the guys working there, etc... There's a nice, clean waiting area too. Very reasonable price for an oil change, and on this particular day they were able to do it while I waited. There was even a coupon on their website! I've been taking my car(s) here for years! For anything from minor repairs, oil changes to new breaks and major repairs. I have had the complete opposite experience Kevin W. had. Every time I've had to deal with someone there, they are polite, informative and I never feel like they talk down to me or don't want to deal with me because I am woman. I have always received a timely call from them when the work is finished and have never found their prices to be unreasonable. In fact, I think my car is ready for an oil change! read more

Zero customer service. My wife went here to get tires and she felt unwelcome by the customer representative. She took it as they didn't like dealing with women and asked me to go handle when I got home. I emailed them for a tire quote. 48 hours, no response. I called and spoke to Paul. Gave him all the information and he said he would call me later that day. It's been a week a now. I haven't heard a word. This place has zero interest in making any money. Three different times we try to reach out to them as customers and we were turned away every single time. That's okay, we found a place that did our tires same day, for below the average price and then gave us a free premium oil change and a slew of other services because it took an hour longer than originally expected. Their incoming 5 * review from me will reflect how much better than Mack Alger's they are. read more

I have been a customer of MAF for years and for the most part have been satisfied. Then in 2014 I had them install a starter and that went bad. The warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles. Lucky me, just made it before the warranty expired. The second starter has now failed and is outside of the coverage. I was told they could do nothing for me. I'm sure that I am not the only customer that has had a bad starter installed by MAF. It's not so much the cost that bothers me. It's the safety of my family, when the car won't start on the other side of town. I think it would make good business sense to find a new supplier and back the equipment installed in our vehicles. read more

Quick, friendly, and affordable. Steve at front counter was helpful providing an estimate, very friendly and competent. I was surprised they provided electrical work but they replaced the starter in my vehicle. Dropped off my car on Sunday. Monday they provided me with an estimate and completed the work. The price was a little below average. Will use again and highly recommend to others. read more

Very disappointed. I got a flat on the freeway. Called Firestone and they said "come before 4 and we will take care of you. No problem" I got there at 3:40 and they told me I'd have to wait until Monday to get it done. I drove 30 miles because they said they'd get me in. Where's the customer service?! read more

This is the most honest car repair shop in the business. I've bee taking my car here for 15 years. I tell them I need new breaks, they tell me nope we checked it out car is good to go. I'm tell them check it out and let me know what I need. I have not educated myself in car mechanics. They could have sold me anything, but they say "Just an oil change". Would not go anywhere else. What a rip off! I took my car in for an estimate, for which I was charged $20, when they came out with the price I almost fell off my chair! I was told I needed a new axle, bearings, breaks and a few others thigs. Decided to take my car to an indpendent and reputable collusion shop. The owner looked over the estimate and even before looking at my car told me the estimate was way to high! He gave me a free estimate and long story short, this guy fixed my car for less than half of what Firestone was going to charge me AND he told me I didn't even need my brakes done. read more

Dropped of my vehicle this morning with a flat tire that needed to be either repaired or replaced. I was never contacted about the status, finally I called after my car had been there for 5 hours. I was told that they had not looked at my car yet and there was still 2 a head of me. Another hour goes by, about 1.5 hours before they close, I call again and am told that they cannot repair the tire and that I will have to get a new one, not a problem but they will not be able to get the tire until tomorrow morning. Unacceptable! had they bothered to look at the tire when it was first brought in they would have been able to have ordered a new one and had it installed that day. Additionally, had they said at the beginning that they might not be able to perform the repair I would have made other arrangements. I feel like my car was literally held hostage because the felt I had no other choice. Poor communication and poor service 0/10 would not recommend or use again. read more
