I don't know what kind of polish they use or if it's the way it is applied but it takes forever to dry and hours later it is not full dried. Got pedicures for myself and my adult daughter. My tech was *very* rough with my cuticles. When I finally had to stop her to ask what pedicure she thought she was giving me, she acted incredulous that I wanted to select my own service even though (obviously) other customers did. There is an option to select a service at check-in. We had not. And she would not stop asking if I wanted my hands done as well even though we both told her no several times. When I got home I realized my toenails had been cut at odd angles. Finally, she did not cap the polish over the end of my toenails, ensuring the polish would not last long. I tipped 20% because I always do, but in retrospect, I really wish I hadn't. Too many nail salons around to put up with that nonsense.
