Rating 0-1. My daughter had a 3 pm appointment. They told her to come early. She arrived at 2:45. At 3:55 she was still sitting with foil wrapped on her finger (way too long). I said we waited long enough please remove the foils from her fingers. He said I need to charge you $10. I said fine knowing this service would be followed with a review. He said I can do her nails in 30 minutes. We would have been there close to 2 hours by the time he finished. Poor customer service. How about sorry for your delay please let me get those nails off for you. Hope to see you again when you have time. We are next door at a facility 5 days a week. This location is convenient but not worth the wait or service. read more

Disappointing. I was barely greeted. She was rough and prior gel removal was painful at times. She was not interactive at all. My gel manicure was rushed. The color I had chosen could not be found. No moisturizing. No hand massage. My total cost was never told to me - getting my credit card slip to sign was the first time I was aware of the cost. It was reasonably priced, but would have been nice to know. Overall not the "me time" experience I seek and appreciate. read more

I haven't been here in a couple of years and now I remember why. While the people that work there are super nice & friendly, the quality is lacking. In addition, they still have the same nail dryer and the foot part spits out warm air thereby preventing the nail polish to dry. There are better nail salons in the area. read more

HORRIBLE. Not what I wanted at all!! They ended up cutting me and didn't even bother to sanitize. Nails were uneven length wise and some were thicker than others. I do not recommend these people, not worth the money. read more

I have previously visited this nail salon and had excellent experiences. But this was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My nails look worse now than they did when I would try to paint them as a child. Three of my nails are bleeding and they are all still hurting. None of them are the same length. I very specifically asked the nail technician to cut them as short as she could. It looks like she didn't even trim them. They are not smooth at all and they even have visible lumps in them. Not a single nail was shaped so they are all shaped differently. She did not buff the tips so now they are all extremely sharp and jagged. I understand white is a hard color to perfect but I had them done white at this salon by a different technician 2 months ago and they looked amazing. This is not how I wanted to start my vacation. Hopefully no one looks at my nails. I'm honestly so embarrassed of how they look. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I came here today, first time, for a pedicure and powder dip nail removal. The woman that began taking my nails off, got up on several occasions with no explanation and disappeared. She stopped several times to text and make a phone call. Another woman did my pedicure and acted annoyed the entire time and did the sloppiest job I have ever seen. The bottoms of my feet are still scaly, she didn't paint part of my toenail and left a jagged edge when filing. The pedicure took a whopping 15 minutes. Then she grabbed my credit card out of my hand and ran it without telling me my total. When I left her a more than generous $4 tip on a $29 service, she said something snarky to a co-worker under her breath. Terrible experience and service. Save your money and go to a salon where the technicians don't act inconvenienced by your business. read more

I had gone here for a few years largely because it's close to my home. But I've given up on them now. I had a scheduled appointment but had to wait more than 45 minutes just to get in a chair for a pedicure. Needed a mani/pedi for an important event that night. Once I got to the manicure stage, Amy got my nails ready to paint but then switched to another customer to remove gel, I think. I was astonished because she just left me sitting there. I got up to leave without getting my nails polished, but that startled the manager and he made the manicurist finish my polish. They're not there to serve customers but to churn them through and make as much money as possible while working their staff so hard. I'm not going back. read more

I used to love coming here but after today I won't come ever again. My manicure didn't even last on my way out the door! They will talk to you and if you ask them to repeat themselves they look at you like your a smart ass. The last time I got my eyebrows done she got wax ALL over my face and I almost lost my eyelashes. They are rude also, she said how about you get your lip done too I said no thank you she gave me a mirror and said you really need it done look. Just visiting family in town,thought I would get nails done..Worst manicure ever, outside of Kansas, where they aren't allowed to trim cuticle. Anyway 3 days later having to get redone in Chicago. Yes they really are that bad.it was if this chick had no training what so ever. Maybe because she knew I wss visiting from out of town, so didn't put much effort in to it, who knows.
