This would be a zero if possible. My daughter and her boyfriend went to get their nails done together for a photo shoot. The 1 nail tech worked between both of them and one another gal at the same time! It was rushed, took 5-7 minutes max on his nails, did the wrong color on the other gals gel nails. My daughter's nails, a simple clear coat was done bubbly, looked like crap and peeled off just hours later. When she mentioned it was bubbly the response was, it's fine..I'll put a top coat on. I unfortunately cannot recommend this spot to have nails done. I have been here several times without major issues. I got a mani and pedi about 3 weeks before this visit and returned to remove the gel on my fingernails and get a manicure (no polish). The tech drilled creases and divots into my nails leaving them a complete mess for the foreseeable future. There was no need for this other than she clearly felt rushed. I was in town for a wedding and needed to get my nails done, so my friend mentioned that she has been here a couple times and she liked it, so we figured let's hit it up right when they open (10am in a Friday) so we don't have to wait and can knock the "get your nails done" to do item quickly! Well it wasn't quick, but they did a good job and I was very pleased! We walked in 10 mins after they opened, but didn't leave until 12:30... to say it was a lengthy process is an understatement. Everyone was with someone but they said they could get started with us in about 20mins. They did, but DAMN they took their sweet time... although they did suggest to take a seat in the pedicure massage chairs so we could Relax. They started with my Deluxe Pedi so I guess I couldn't be too mad about take your time on my feet... we all love those extra massages and rubs when it comes to pedicures!! $27 for an hour Pedi, all equips with different scrubs, lotion and oils... multiple massages... sign me up! I was get regular polish on my toes, which they had a fairly big selection of. Overall, even though it took an hour, I was very pleased with the outcome of my pedicure. I did point out that I had Gel on my nails currently and they could start soaking them off and they did. Before they jumped into the pedicure they put my fingers in the foil with the cotton balls to start the soaking process. By the time it was time to start my manicure, the Gel Polish was easily scraped away. As far as my manicure, I decided to try the Dip for the first time. I've seen people get it done and it just seemed really unsanitary that different people continuously dip nails in the same jar (yuck!)... but my friend mentioned that they typically paint them on, so I decided today's the day we try it! Since I was a bridesmaid I wanted to keep things neutral and not go too bold, but wanted to keep it fun since the color is going to be on my nails for the next 3 weeks. So I asked they they could do some kind of ombré with gold sparkles. So she did a nude base at the top and gold glitter at the bottom and swiped up for an ombré sparkle to be mixed in with the nude. It turned out AMAZING!!! The staff was fairly friendly, but not very talkative so the place was a little too quite for my taste. It was pretty clean. So although it took WAY too long, they did a great job and I was happy! Would definitely go back and recommend to others! read more

I went for a fill in and they immediately turned me away saying there's too many people in front of me and there were three white women with 2 being serviced and they accept walk ins. I'm black by the way. I could tell that they were super racist by the way they ignored me when I asked if I could come back later. I have never been there before and never will again. Very disappointed in the services we received at Diamond Nails. She added acrylic on top of existing gel that was on my nails when I asked for a fresh set, my nails came out uneven and lumpy which she kept blaming on me and my "thin" nails. My friend didn't even get her nails finished because they took us right before an appointment got there and tried to have us wait to finish her nails while they worked on the appointment that just came in. First time here: will be my last. Staff was incredibly rude. Gaslight me about the shape I wanted telling me I just couldn't see the angle and that my nail bed is too short. Charged me for "long" length when they gave me medium at very best. Had to take them off three times. First because "her English isn't good" which wasn't the problem, she didn't ask me about length until after she started cutting. Second time because she did the wrong shape after I pulled up a picture. I wanted medium length Staley to... left with short length almond. To top it off, they acted incredibly put out the ENTIRE TIME, I don't like confrontation and this experience was just so uncomfortable. At the end of the service they charged me an additional $2 to use a credit card. (They don't tell you this when you call to make the appointment and it's not posted anywhere). Diamond Nails is definitely my new go-to nail salon. I needed a full set of acrylics and a pedicure for an upcoming wedding I'm in, and they gave me exactly what I wanted! Nikki did my nails, and she was not only very talented, but she was so incredibly kind and fun to talk to! I've been going through a hard time lately and she was just a joy to talk to and really cheered me up! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and it was a pink to white ombré, and she went through a few pinks before she mixed a color that was a perfect match. She also got the length and shape perfect! The pedicure was so relaxing, and I don't have much to work with on my toenails, but Nikki still made my feet look cute for my open toed heels. Got the deluxe pedi and full set acrylic manicure with gel polish. For a Sunday, they weren't busy when I first arrived. They started the pedi first. The deluxe involves a bag of hot wax which felt AMAZING and my feet are still very soft three days later. Update: Changing rating from 4 to 5 stars... Everyone at this salon is so sweet and genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction. The owner, Tim, contacted me personally to rectify the situation and make sure I was happy with their service. They fixed my nails without any expectation of an edited review. They're not the closest nail salon to my house but I'll definitely drive a little farther for this kind of customer service. Previous rating: I'm not super happy, however, with my nails. Quite a few people came in as the nail tech was working on them so she started moving faster with each new person who entered. The acrylic is wavy and uneven, thick on the edges and thin in the middle, and still pretty thick around the cuticle. It definitely looks like I have fake nails on. The gel polish is pretty and looks like it'll last until I take it off. read more

They're very very thick and I barely was able to choose my color. The tech pulled my hand to start and was frustrated when I asked for other colors. Came to this nail salon because I was in town for a doctors appointment and they allowed walk ins. Came in for a pedicure, the lady who did this was very sweet and informative, she put on the proper to go foot coverings to get to my car, told me i was all done and i paid however by the time got to my car in the parking lot the polish was ruined. My toes must have accidentally touched another despite not wearing shoes. The polish was not dry at all even though she said I was all done and cashed me out. This is my 1st time visiting this location. i know of other places closer but I wanted to try something new. i had a stinky day of travelling, delayed flights, bad customer service. So to come here & get a great full set (dip powder) & pedicure was such a relief. Clean & hygenic shop. i asked for 7 pm appt & they asked me to come at 730. I prefer that tailored time rather than waiting in shop for 30 mins. They were ready for me & there was no waiting when I arrived. my whole service did take 2 hrs but I am happy with the results. My hands were $47 & pedicure $33. I paid more for the length & also using 2 colors on feet. A basic mani & pedi would run $16 & $26. I will return. read more

I have been going to diamond nails since last August... what I thought was going to be a "just this once" dip manicure for a wedding turned into a twice a month routine for me. Amy, Cindy and most recently Sandy do an excellent job. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I tend to choose neutral colors and I love that they always try to encourage me to do a color. Pedicures are always excellent here as well. It's a clean and relaxing environment and everyone is so accommodating. I just wanted to update: I still go here twice a month sometimes more if I go in for a random pedi. Sandy and Tim still do an awesome job. My mom recently broke her ankle.
