I emphasized over and over that she could be more firm and rough with my feet but it did not click. She barely massaged my feet. And to top it off- she couldn't even paint my toes correctly. I don't know if I'm happy with my service or not. They were very nice and the pedicure was great. I got a full set and it's only been 4-5 days.. Two nails just fell off. I didn't pick at them or anything. They were peeling off from my nail bed. Pretty dissatisfied with that service. I doubt I'll go back for a full set. Small update: Other nails are peeling off from my nail bed too at the base. The two that already fell off were my pointer fingers and fell off from the tip of the nail. I have been getting my nails done there with my Grandma since October of last year & they do great work & r very friendly people. When I arrived at the store I wanted a particular color and they didn't have it, no drama, I chose another, easy. He then proceeded to cut and file my nails, when he applied the acrylic he let it drip all on my fingers to the point it was stuck to my skin, I didn't say anything, just let him do his job, he is the professional, right?! He then told me me he isn't going to continue doing my nails I need to go to another store. I was so confused, he then told me to pay for the removal because he can't make me happy. He said I can have someone else do them, and pointed over at the lady doing another clients nails. He walked off, I waited about 10 minutes and asked the lady if there had been a misunderstanding because I had no issue with my nails. She finished my nails, I would never leave without paying for a service, so I paid in full. Do yourself a favor , and avoid the stress, go somewhere else. I went here tonight with my girl friend to get pedicures. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, which was nice. There was no wait, so we were able to get started right away. We picked out colors, and as soon as we were done, they had everything ready for us. The pedicure itself was amazing. The price was even better! They could charge so much more for what they do, but don't. Contrary to what someone else said, I don't mind the pink lotion that they use. The only thing that bummed me out was that I couldn't use the chair massager because some idiot dropped the remote in water, which caused it to stop working. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I am definitely going to go back in the future!!! =] ETA: Another thing I like about this place is that it didn't have that awful smell that most nail salons have. I came here with one of my friends. We were getting acrylic manicures with gel polish. My friend got hers done first while I sat next to her and waited for the man to do mine. Hers were relatively short square nails, and he said they would be $25-$30. He gets to doing mine and asking how long I want them so I indicated the length, just a few millimeters longer than my friend's in a thin ballerina shape, for him to tell me that length would be $50. I was baffled and disgusted that he would try to double the price for less than half a centimeter more. I knew he was trying to take advantage of our possible ignorance because we are teen girls; he had been doing said friend's mother's nails for years apparently and never done something like that to her, but we came in without her. I had him shorten them to the point where they were barely longer than hers, and he still said they would be $36! I was pissed but finished getting it done as the tips were already glued to and shaped on my fingernails. The finished product was not terrible but it was not what I wanted and the color was noticeably different from the sample I chose. The gel polish began chipping only a day after I got them done and they began falling off after a week. I won't be coming back. read more

I have been going to Le's Nails since I was a sophomore in high school...almost 10 years. They've done a fantastic job on my nails (and my friends nails) for all the dances I went to, special occasions, my wedding and of course, the "just because" pampering sessions. The salon and instruments are clean, the employees are friendly and the prices are really affordable. As another reviewer mentioned, this salon doesn't have the awful "headache inducing" chemical smell that other salons have. As for the services, they always do a very efficient, professional job. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, even if they are really busy. It is nice to know that you can go to Le's Nails for a manicure and pedicure that looks amazing and doesn't take a whole evening to get...so you can go out afterwards and show it off! My teenager goes with me sometimes and gets artwork done on a few of her nails. She gets the designs that she requests (normally that she pulls up on her phone) and she loves it. Was visiting St. Charles and wanted to get a pedicure. I knew I wanted the gel polish so it would last a month. I only got about 5 minutes in the chair (hardly any soaking) and then he had me go to the manicure desk where the light was. He finished my pedicure there and when I got back to the motel I noticed the polish wasn't even all the way on my toes and looked like it had globs on it. It has already begun to peel some and gel never does that. My friend who was with me got a regular polish and hers was coming off by morning.
