I brought my mom here for a birthday mani and got myself a pedi and no chip mani. The mani lasted 3 weeks! Everyone was so nice and professional and the place is really clean, too. There was a woman there the first time giving them a hard time and they handled it so well. I got engaged with the 3-week mani, so I drove the hour-and-a-half again (live in the country) just to get it updated. What a delightful experience! This was my first time in and I was a walk-in client for a mani-pedi and the staff was so fun and friendly! They sat my friend and I in these lovely massage chairs while we soaked our feet in lovely warm massaging water- and I was treated to TWO amazing women pampering me! One did my nails and the other did a pedicure for me and they serve wine! The clients were also so friendly and I felt like I had been getting pampered here my whole life! I got color changing gel polish- which was SO FUN and they have a LOT of options! They have a lot of services, including eye lash extensions- I can see an appointment for that in my future! :) Now I know where I will be every two weeks when I want a nice polish update! A rousing game of musical chairs or maybe I needed to get my steps in. The girl sat down with her mask on didn't say 2 words and started on my nails. She did them. They look ok. She never removed her mask. She could have been Jim Carey for all I knew as I never saw her entire face. She didn't speak. I was pretty disappointed since this place has a lot of good reviews. Came for an acrylic gel mani. I generally like having short nails because of how often I'm working with my hands, I am also not used to long nails so I always ask to go for a shorter more natural look. My nails were slightly crooked, which wasn't the problem. The problem was they were dirty underneath after I left. I noticed that there were parts of the acrylic that were shaved off underneath my nails, the gel that was set for the nail was also not even, resulting in some bulges that are next to the cuticle. It only took 3 days for the nail to become loose and peel. The color was nice, but overall, it wasn't what I had expected. read more

I stopped at Isle Nail Bar at about 11am on a Friday. I had to wait less than 5 minutes for a pedicure. The shop is nice, fairly new, and clean. The basic pedicure is $25 and the basic manicure is $14. I think that's the going rate. I brought my own color, as usual, and was very happy with my pedicure. Their massage chairs give a nice massage! This is a nice convenient location in the valley right near Lowes. I'll be back for sure! read more

First time here and I will not be back. My and a friend just randomly picked a spot that was in the area we were having lunch. The pedicure was good, but the dip powder in my fingers was awful. Not only do they look terrible but I have multiple cuts on my cuticle area along with the color all over my fingers. It's so thick on my nails, they don't even look natural. I love this nail salon. They are so kind and take the time to get to know you, you aren't just one more person to finish quickly and push out the door. I have had wonderful conversations with a lot of the artists there and they all make me feel comfortable and do a great job on my nails as well. The method they use for dip removal is extremely quick and more eco-friendly than the standard aluminum wraps (although you can get that if you ask) and the staff kindly helped me pick out colors. I came in on a Sunday around 2:15 for a pedicure. The salon was pretty busy as far as pedicures went, so I had to wait approximately 15 minutes before a tech was available. While waiting, I noticed that the salon was very clean and that they had a good selection of regular polish and a great selection of gel and dip powder options. I opted for the Isle Pedicure for $35, which ensured all of my rough spots would be buffed away plus a pretty lengthy leg and foot massage. The water was hot, the tech was the right amount of chatty and incredibly attentive and the massage chairs were better than most other places. The finished product was better than what I've received elsewhere, especially for such a reasonable price, so I would definitely recommend. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I haven't utilized any of their other services. I don't often get manicures but when I do, I opt for gel and this is where most places fall short. I'm excited to return to this salon when I do need a manicure and am hopeful they will meet the expectations set by a great pedicure! read more

Well having just moved here from New Jersey I've been researching all the nail salons in the area, and based on reviews, I decided to try Isle nail bar. The people that work here are the cutest, friendliest people I've met thus far in this new city. I did make an appointment because I'm not a fan of waiting but they have a lot of stations so I'm sure the wait wouldn't have been that long anyways. The prices for this area are a little more than what I'm used to but this nail salon was the closest I could find. Basic pedicure was $25 and basic manicure was $14 .. pedicure was awesome but my manicure only lasted 2 days ... for $14 I was expecting them to last AT LEAST a week. I probably will be back for future pedicures but not manicures. Not worth the money for me. read more

5 stars for how well they do their job. I do have very small knicks on my polish, which may have been from being rushed out to leave before fully drying. 3 stars for customer service. They had great reviews so I went after work and wasn't really greeted or made welcome. Stood at the front after picking out a color not really knowing what to do for maybe 5-7 minutes. The lady who did my nails was somewhat nice, but I think the workers expect all of their customers to be regulars and she laughed when I didn't understand that her pointing at something and not speaking meant to put my hand over the dryer. Normally I would agree with the previous reviews, as I've been coming here for about 2 years now (though I live 2 hours away), but I was treated so poorly yesterday and felt completely disrespected, that I left in tears. I had a gel manicure 2 days ago that was unsatisfactory (Ben normally does my nails but he was off and I needed them done for an upcoming performance) My nails were cut shorter than I had requested, they were filed in inconsistent shapes, the polishing of my nails was off, then the gel polish came off less than an hour after I had left. I did not immediately go back because I needed to be back at home by a certain time and I had a 2 hour drive; but I called. I was told that I could come back. I explained that I was headed home and would need to come back in a couple days. I called to see if I could get an appointment with Ben but he wasn't available until later, so I just decided to stop by; as I just wanted a repolish. I signed in was told to pick a polish then was directed to a seat. The technician explained that something must've have happened with the gel light; I just politely listened. She started the gel removal process then got up and left to work on someone who had walked in. The young lady who did my nails 2 days ago, came over to repaint my nails, and I politely asked if I could wait for the lady who started my nails. Next thing I know, there was conversation in their language and I felt the not-so-nice looks at me. I sat and I sat. Others came in and were attended to as they made me wait with the tin foil wrapped around my fingers. Finally, another lady came and sat to do my nails. I felt she was irritated with me and didn't want to polish my nails (and the sad part is that I think she might be the manager). She started to roughly scrape the polish off my nails. It hurt. I asked her if she was ok. In a rude and irritated voice, she said she was tired. As she roughly did my nails, I stayed calm and continued to try and make pleasant conversation, again asking if she had any days off coming soon, and again if she was ok. I was given a scowl and then she angrily and sarcastically but quietly said and said, "I don't have to do your nails! You can just sit and wait for Ben!!!" as she continued to hurt my nails on purpose. I stayed calm. I didn't make a scene. I just left. I'm still confused and very hurt over the incident. I did nothing to deserve the disrespect and treatment I received. Their young nail tech messed up my nails and all I wanted was a repolish. I never should have left in tears for something so simple. It's usually fairly busy when I come in, but I've walked in every time without an appointment no problem. I got a full set here on december 22 and it looks horrid. i'm going to another place to get them redone that's how bad it is. they were fairly busy and the nail tech was clearly rushing because of it which is unacceptable. she hardly filed them down and they don't match the photo I showed her at all. when she did file she made almost all of my cuticles bleed and didn't say a word. I was clearly unhappy with the work and they didn't offer me a discount at all for the terrible job so we paid around $150 for the whole visit (2 pedicures, a powder manicure, and the full set). read more

Tracy is hands down the best nail artist I have ever had! My natural nails are so long ever since Tracy has been doing my dip powder manicures this summer. Many nail salons rush and don't listen to how you prefer your nails to look, but Tracy does exactly what you tell her you like. She's is amazing and it seems like all of the other ladies are great also. They all have recommended me great colors and know exactly what I'm looking for when I describe a natural nail color I would like. Isle also has a huge assortment of gel and dip powder colors to pick from. Most importantly you see them open a freshly sanitized and sealed nail tool packet every single pedicure and manicure. I had been a customer for over a year but my final visit is today after I was shunned once again by the owner and it's staff. I made an appointment for two pedicures. When my husband and I got there we were told to wait a few minutes. Two additional clients came in after us and they were serviced ahead of us. This is the 3rd times this same situation occurred. First time we gave the benefit of doubt. Second incident the client apologized and paid for our service because she acknowledged we should have been serviced ahead of her. Mind you my husband and I are black and the others were white. When we approached the owner and previously the manager. The feedback from both we are sorry but we are short handed or the person had an appointment at the exact time as us. No concern or acknowledgment that we had a scheduled appointment nor apologizing or trying to make amends. Instead they both were trying to place the fault on us. Remembering this new place near Pets Mart. Walked in no appointment and they could take me. Very sanitary. Took my temp I had my own mask and washed my hands.
